<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

la figure 4 est une coupe d'un pieu de fonçage mixte dont le corps est rond; la figure 5 est une coupe d'un pieu de fonçage mixte dont le corps su compose d'un profilé on forme de palplanche; la figure 6 est une coupe d'un pieu de fonçage mixte doté d'un corps à section transversale en forme de double T ;
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

"Method of manufacturing a mixed driving pile and device for its implementation"
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a mixed fonoage pile comprising a sole and a smaller body, joined together oelle-oi, consisting of aoier or steel reinforced concrete and capable of having at its end at the top, a stop bead for the hole in the pile, the concrete filling being introduced around this body.
There is a complete set of shank piles.
EMI1.1
mixed, in which the oemelle ;; ler (1) .lemnt pile is larger on all sides than the body of colu @@@ if and where the sheath of concrete of filling broken free by the sole of the pile in% gradually filled from @@ ut at the bottom laying the sinking or gradually of pitch or high after sinking, by means of feed tubes provided expressly for this purpose.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The footings of these piles, as well as the feed tubes for filling the concrete lining sheath with cement milk, are very expensive. The perfect filling of concrete lining ducts is frequently defective when, as a result of vi. When driving, damage occurs to the feed pipes, which clogs them or causes the soil to crumble in the sinking hole in the event of shifting soil.
The problem posed by the present invention consists in eliminating these drawbacks and in providing a mixed jacking pile by means of which plugging of the feed pipes for the filling concrete is avoided in the area of the pile body.
This problem is solved according to the invention, in that sheaths of concrete lining extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pile are formed and the lining concrete is poured from top to bottom into the pile. 'one of the ducts during driving and is brought back upwards in the other duct.
In the present invention, therefore, it is assumed that the load-bearing force of the mixed driving piles is relatively low in general near the surface of the ground and that they reach a maximum in the vicinity of the body of the pile. As a result, by using slightly larger pile bodies, but much smaller footings than known piles, the same or even greater load bearing capacity is achieved than that previously obtained with known piles.
Therefore, the footings of the piles are designed so that they do not protrude too widely beyond the profile of the pile body *
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
In addition, in the present invention, the profile of the base of the pile protrudes, at least in two places,
not beyond the profile of the stake body or at least larger parts of that body. Preferably, those stake flange portions not protruding beyond the profile of the body are kept small. As a result, in the piles according to the invention, the body is not provided with an enoerolante concrete sheath over its entire length. In this way, at least two concrete lining shells are obtained which are generally only connected to one another in one place near the pile body,
The packing sleeve is subdivided around the pile body into at least two separate shells.
Consequently, it is possible, during the driving process, to press the filling concrete downwards to the pile base approximately, by at least one of the two sheaths, to introduce it also into the pile. second sheath by a link existing near the pile sole between the two sheaths and then push it back upwards through the second sheath to the ground surface. Consequently, at least one sheath is filled continuously and progressively by pouring from top to bottom during sinking and the other sheath is filled by the discharge from bottom to top.
This filling system is free of tubes over the entire length of the pile. A simple seal between the body of the pile and the earth wall of a sheath is exclusively necessary near the surface of the soil, the filling concrete being brought into one of the two sheaths via this seal. The precise filling of the sheath is guaranteed when the filling concrete, introduced on one side of the pile, is driven upwards continuously and gradually with the driving on the other side of the pile to the surface. of the ground
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
and that a small amount of concrete constantly spills over it. This process can be checked visually.
The process described above can be carried out with full success in accordance with the invention by using piles the body of which is not constricted with respect to the pile base over longer or shorter distances, or 'that is to say, stakes which present colleta.
In these piles it must be ensured that a pipe for the downward pouring of a filling concrete is provided on one side in the collar on the unshrunk part of the pile body and that a similar conduit is formed loosely on the other side of the collar for upward discharge of the filling concrete.
Instead of the usual filling apparatus, a simple filling device can also be used, where the desired pressure is determined simply by raising or lowering this device above the ground surface.
Retainers, transmitting load fractions absorbed by the filling concrete directly to the pile body, may be provided on the latter.
Other particularities of the invention emerge from the description below produced with the aid of Examples. ples of realization represented in the attached drawings in which! Figure 1 is a mixed jacking pile in side view; Figure 2 is a sectional view of a mixed jacking pile comprising very small sheaths of concrete lining; Figure 3 is a sectional view of a mixed jacking pile fitted with larger concrete lining sheaths,

FIG. 4 is a section through a mixed driving pile, the body of which is round; FIG. 5 is a section through a mixed sinking pile, the body of which consists of a section formed into a sheet pile; Fig. 6 is a sectional view of a combination jacking pile having a double T-shaped cross-section body;
Figure 7 is a perspective view of a mixed sinking pile equipped with a double T cross section body and a lower and upper wing.
The operating mode of the predecessor according to the invention is as follows: the pile shown in FIG. 1 comprises a sole 1 and a body 2 as well as a lower reinforcement 3 and an upper reinforcement 4 of the pile body. Over the entire length of the body 2, a body rib 5 is provided which extends downwardly to the vicinity of the sole 1 and which, in the present example, protrudes with a cutting edge beyond the profile of the sole. A similar rib 5, made on the opposite face of the pile body 2, corresponds to the aforementioned first rib. Ducts 6 and 7 are practical on one side of the pile in the two reinforcements 3 and 4 and pipes 8 and 9, arranged on the other side of the pile, also correspond to the pipes mentioned first.
When the pile is driven in, the lining sleeve 10 freely broken by the flange on one of the faces of the pile is filled with concrete continuously by pouring up and down gradually with the driving, part of the concrete being pressed into the sleeve of packing 13 on the other side of the pile through the opening 12 between the sole 1 and the rib 5 of the pile body 2. When the
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
forcing 3 of body 2 penetrates into the ground during sinking, the lining concrete is pushed back internally into the sheath 10 through the duct 6 of the reinforcement 3 and is then forced upwards into the sheath 13 through the opening 12 .
This concrete is then brought back in part to the surface of the earth through the pipe 8 of the reinforcement 3. 'The process for filling the sheath 11 between the two reinforcements 3 and 4 on one of the faces of the pile and of the other sheath 14 on the other face of the pile is similar to that described above. If, during driving, the upper reinforcement 4 penetrates the ground, the filling concrete is pressed downwards into the sheath 11 through the duct 7 and into the sheath 10 through the duct 6 and is then forced upwards into the sheath 13 through the opening 12 and in the sheath 14 through the conduit 8. It finally reaches the surface of the ground through the oonduit 9.
Figures 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 show cross sections of various embodiments of body profiles and pile flanges. Figure 2 shows a pile body profile 18 which protrudes beyond the sole profile 42, as well as a body profile 19 which is flush with the sole profile 42. These two body profiles 18 and
19 correspond to the profiles 20 and 21 provided on the other faoe of the pile. The filling concrete can be pressed down through conduit 22 between the earth and the pile body, freely formed by the flange 42 and limited by the body profiles 18 and 19. This concrete can be forced. up by the remaining entire sheath 45. The same arrangement is reproduced in Figure 3. The sheath 44 is interrupted by the body profiles 23, 24 and 25.
If the profile 25 is removed, the filling concrete descends on one of the faces of the sheath 44 and rises on the other face of this sheath 44. On the other hand, if the profile 23 is removed, the filling concrete depends on conduit 26 and reassembled through the remaining sheath 44, enrolling the pre-
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
that whole stake body. FIG. 4 shows that the method can also be implemented for round pile bodies, when the earth 28 contacts the round profile 27 of the pile body at two places. This gives the sheath 29 which can be filled with concrete by pouring from top to bottom, and the sheath 30 which can be filled by lifting the concrete.
FIG. 5 shows a section in the form of a sheet pile 31 which has, on the one hand, thin flanges 32 and 33 and, on the other hand, a wide flange 34. The edges 35 and 36 of the sheet pile are located at the bottom. exterior of the body and thus divide the sheath into two shells, In Figure 6, there is shown a sinking body 37, in which the sheath 39 is filled by means of the sheath 38 and the sheath 41 by the sheath 40. FIG. 7 finally shows a profile 46 with a cross section in the shape of a double T, comprising a lower wing 47 with flanges 48, as well as an upper wing 49 provided with a reinforcement 50 and a duct 51 for the concrete topping.
In addition, the concrete reinforcement 52 and the openings 53 used for the passage of the filling concrete and allowing the pouring down of the latter in one of the ducts and the rise of the concrete in the other duct were reproduced. .
