De uitvinding beoogt het gebruik van holle dwarslatten uit kunststof waardoor een lichte en sterke constructie wordt bekomen. Volgens een ander kenmerk van de uitvinding worden de afstandhouders gevormd uit T-vormige holle kunststofprofielen.
Van een dergelijk profiel worden onder een schuine lijn tenopzichte van de lengte as parallelogram- of ruitvormige blokjes afgezaagd. De opstaande middenribbe van deze afstandhouders dient met een licht klemmende passing te kunnen worden aangebracht in het open uiteinde van de holle dwarslatten. Beide delen dienen dus gelijkvormig te zijn. Wanneer men gebruik maakt van dwarslatten met rechthoekige dwarsdcorsnede tnoet de middenribbe van de afstandhouder in een volgende bewerking rechthoekig worden gemaakt. Bij het samenstellen van de jaloezie worden een reeks samengestelde elementen opgebouwd, elk bestaande uit een dwarslat en twee afstandihouders waarvan de middenribben als kurken of stoppen in de open uiteinden van de dwarslat steken.
Deze samengestelde elementen worden opgestapeld tussen de twee opstaande stijlen met de afstandhouders in de U-vormige geleidingslauven van de stijlen om aldus de eigenlijke jaloezie te voimen.
Uit het bovenstaande blijkt dat het hier om een eenvoudige constructie gaet en dat speciale voorzieningen om de afstandhouders in de gleuven van de stijlen te houden overbodig zijn áaax deze door de dwarslatten in de gleuven wor- den gehouden. De doelstellingen en kenmerken van de uitvinding zullen duidelijker worden uit de volgende beschrijving en bijgaande tekeningen, waarin Fig. 1 een algemene voorstelling is van de jaloezie toe- gepast als vensterluik;

In een volgende bewerking II wordt de middenribbe van de blokjes I reohthoekig gemaakt, waarna de blokjes afstandhoudors worden genoemd. De afstandhouders 5 worden met de middenribbe als kurken of stoppen in de open uiteinden van de dwars Jatten 6 geduwd (zie fig. 6). Hiervoor is het nodig dat de middenribbe en dwarslatten gelijke doorsneden hebben. Het is in wezen niet nodig de middenribbe in bewerking II rechthoekig te maken, ze kan zondermeer in de oorspronkelijke vorm gelaten word6n d.w.z. parallelogramvormig.
De dwarslat dient dan een overeenkomstige vorm te hebben. Om tot de eigenlijke jaloezie te komen, worden een reeks van deze samenstellen of elementen 5, 6,5 met de afstandhouders 5 in @ de geleidingagleuven tussen de opstaande stijlen 3, 4 van het raam opgestapeld. Hierna wordt het raam 2,3,4 met een profiel 1 afgesloten. De driehoekige lege ruimten onder- en bovenaan de geleidingsgleuven, ontstaan tengevolge van de ruitvorm van de afstandhouders, kunnen worden opgevuld met driehoekige tukjes kunststof.
De uitvinding is in de beschrijving toegepast op een vensterluik met jaloezie. Het ligt voor de hand dat de beschreven methode ook bij deuren en andere panelen is toe te passen.

The object of the invention is the use of hollow transverse slats made of plastic, whereby a light and strong construction is obtained. According to another feature of the invention, the spacers are formed from T-shaped hollow plastic profiles.
Parallelogram or diamond-shaped blocks are sawn off from such a profile under an oblique line with respect to the longitudinal axis.
