<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

"Device for supporting and maintaining an engine
The present invention relates to a device for maintaining an engine, in particular for supporting and maintaining an engine and at least one member driven by this engine ,,
The object of the invention is to provide a device for supporting and maintaining a motor as well as the member driven by this motor, making it possible to considerably reduce the assembly time of said motor, the device being inexpensive, robust. and also allowing the vibrations of the aforesaid engine to be absorbed,
For this purpose, according to the invention, the device is
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
consisting of at least one spring, said spring being, at one of its ends, supported by a fixed element,
the aforesaid motor being arranged so as to be supported and held at the other end of said spring,
According to one embodiment of the invention, ¯ <. <'The aforesaid spring is a conical spiral spring, the motor and the spring being arranged so that the axis of the spring. and the motor axis coincide,
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the motor is arranged in the aforesaid spring so that the greater part of the motor is located inside the spring,
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the axis of the aforesaid spring is vertical, and the motor is placed on the spring and held by at least one;,.;> Of the turns of the latter.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description of the drawing appended hereto and which represents, by way of nonlimiting example, a. particular embodiment of the object of the invention.
FIG. 1 is an elevational view, with partial breakages, showing a device according to the invention, this device being arranged in a centrifugal wringer and being intended to support and hold the motor driving the basket of this wringer.
The device 1, arranged in a centrifugal wringer 2, supports and maintains the motor 3 on which the basket 4 of the wringer is fixed. The device consists of an oonic spiral spring 5 whose axis coincides with the axis of the motor 3. The motor 3. placed on the. spring 5, is supported and
