Pistolet<B>à</B> peinture La présente invention se rapporte<B>à</B> un pistolet<B>à</B> peinture comportant un réservoir<B>à</B> peinture, une buse de pulvérisation de cette dernière et une pompe aspi rant la peinture et la refoulant dans la buse.
Selon la présente invention, ladite pompe,<B>à</B> pis, ton, est actionnée par un moteur couple, dont le rotor oscille sous l'impulsion d'un courant électrique alter natif et comporte un élément déplaçant le piston contre l'action d'un organe élastique.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécu tion de l'objet de l'invention, donnée<B>à</B> titre d'exem ple, et une variante du moteur.
La fig. <B>1</B> en est une coupe verticale longitudinale. La fig. 2 en est une coupe par 11-II de la fig. <B>1.</B> La fig. <B>3</B> est une coupe transversale du moteur couple.
La fig. 4 est une vue identique de la variante du moteur.
Le pistolet représenté se compose d'un bâti<B>1</B> avec poignée 2, sous lequel (en position d'utilisation représentée) se trouve le, réservoir ou pot<B>à</B> pein ture<B>3.</B>
En 4 se trouve la buse de pulvérisation,<B>à</B> laquelle une pompe<B>à</B> piston<B>5</B> et soupape<B>à</B> bille<B>6</B> conduit la peinture aspirée par le canal<B>7.</B>
Un ressort<B>8</B> cherche constamment<B>à</B> ramener<B>le</B> piston<B>5</B> en arrière, contre l'action du moteur décrit ci-après et d'une quantité limitée par la butée<B>9.</B>
Celle-ci termine une tige<B>10,</B> vissée dans le bâti et qu'un bouton de commande extérieur<B>11</B> permet de déplacer pour des fins<B>de</B> réglage.
La butée elle-même sera<B>de</B> préférence faite d'une matière propre<B>à</B> amortir le bruit, caoutchouc, fibre, etc.
Au bâti est fixée une plaque 12 portant un moteur <B>13</B> pénétrant en partie dans le pot<B>3.</B> Il s'agit d'un moteur couple, dont<B>le</B> rotor 14 (voir fig. <B>3)</B> vibre angulairement sous l'action d'un courant électrique alternatif traversant l'enroulement <B>15</B> de son stator<B>16.</B>
Sur l'axe du rotor 14 est disposé un plot<B>17,</B> dans lequel se visse une vis de blocage<B>18,</B> formant un bras de levier vibrant angulairement et passant entre l'extrémité libre du piston<B>5</B> et la butée<B>9.</B>
<B>Il</B> est clair que le rotor 14, périodiquement solli cité par l'attraction du stator<B>16</B> tendant<B>à le</B> faire tourner dans le sens de la flèche<B>19,</B> sera ramené en arrière par l'action du ressort<B>8,</B> la butée<B>9</B> fixant l'amplitude<B>de</B> ce mouvement vibratoire.
Le piston ainsi mis en mouvement transportera la peinture du pot<B>3 à</B> la buse 4.
La mise en marche du moteur se fait en fermant l'interrupteur 20 au moyen de la gâchette 21.
<B>A</B> noter que la vis<B>18</B> pouvant se bloquer sur l'axe du rotor 14 dans telle position -angulaire que l'on voudra, sert<B>à</B> la fois de bras de levier moteur et d'organe de réglage.
Le moteur peut, bien entendu, prévoir d'autres dispositions des bobinages et des tôles diversement profilées, par exemple en<B>U,</B> selon la variante de la fig. 4.
Un tel moteur couple est notablement plus silen cieux qu7un vibreur simple.
