La présente invention viae à établir un grilloir d'un type nouveau, facilement transportable et pouvant être uti- lisé dans différentes positions, ce grilloir étant caracté- risa en ce qu'un couvercle et des parois latérales sont ar- ticulé &ux bords supérieurs d'une paroi longitudinale et de deux parois en bout d'un compartiment à braise établi en tôle et affectant une forme prismatique aplatie, comparti- ment pourvu d'une paroi de fond munie d'orifices d'accès d'air, ce couvercle et ces parois latérales pouvant bascu- ler, autour des bords précités, vers le plan ouvert de ce compartiment et pouvant être assujettis les uns aux autres dans la position relevée,

Le grilloir représenté dans les dessins comprend essen- tiellement, un compartiment à braise, de forme prismatique aplatie, établi en tôle noire, ce compartiment étant consti- tué par une paroi de fond rectangulaire 10, conformée de la manière indiquée dans les figs. 5 ot 6, et par quatre parois fixées à cette paroi de fond ou établies d'un tenant avec celle-ci, A savoir, deux parois longitudinales 11 et 13 et deux parois,en bout 12 et la.

Au bord libre de la paroi longitudinale 13 est articu- lé, à l'aide d'une charnière de piano 150, un couvercle plat 15 en tôle, l'axe de cette charnière étant désigné par A-A.
Aux bords libres des parois en bout 12 et 14 sont arti- culées, à l'aide de rivets d'articulation 160 et 180, montés dans les parois longitudinales 11 et 13, des parois latéra- les 16 et 18, respectivement, les axes d'articulation corres- pondants étant désignés par B. Ces parois latérales consti- tuent une protection suffisante contre le vent dans toutes les positions d'utilisation.
Les borda latéraux 161 et 181 des parois latérales 16 et 18 sont plies vers l'extérieur à angle droit, comme il ressort clairement des figs. 2, 3, 4 et 7. D'autre part, les borda latéraux 151 de la plaque-couvercle 15 sont repliés de 180 vers l'intérieur.
Les fins. 3 et 4 font ressortir nettement la manière dont les bords latéraux repliés 151 de la plaque-couvercle 15 servent, dans les deux positions d'utilisation principa- les, à retenir les bords voisins 161, 181 des plaques laté- rales 16, 18.
A proximité des axes B-B des charnières prévues entre les parois latérales 16, 18 sont fixés à ces dernières, paral- lèlement auxdits axes, des rails 162 et 182, profilés en U et orientés vers l'intérieur, qui permettent l'introduction d'une grille 2 à barreaux, comae indiqué clairement dans les fige. 3 et 4. Cette grille présente une largeur inférieure à celle du compartiment à braise, de sorte que, lorsque la grille est mise en place, le grilloir occupant la position de la fig. 3 ou de la fig. 4, on dispose encore d'un inter- valle 20, par lequel on peut ajouter du charbon de bois.
Aux parois latérales 16, 18 sont en outre fixées, au-des- sus des rails profilés 162 et 182, parallèlement à ceux-ci,

dea lames pliées 163 et 183, qui permettent de placer à un niveau plue élevé la grille 2 dans la position d'utilisation suivant la fig. 3. Des lames-cornières 164 et 184, orientées à angle droit aux lames 163 et 183, servent à supporter = plateau 3 muni d'une rigole lèchefrite 30, dans la position d'utilisation suivant la fig. 4. Des entailles 165, 185, pratiquées à partir du bord extérieur des parois latérales 16 et 18 et dont un bord longitudinal est pourvu d'encoches, permettent l'introduction d'une broche rotative 4, comme re- présenté dans la fig. 4.
Deux béquilles doubles 5 sont munies de vis et d'écroué à ailettes 50, qui permettent de les fixer amoviblement à l'aide de "trous de serrure'* 125 et 145, prévus dans les pa- rois en bout 12,14. Des pattes de butée 51, prévues 4 une branche de chacune des doubles béquilles 5, empêchent le basculement du grilloir, lorsque celui-ci est mis en place.
Le passage d'une position d'utilisation à l'autre peut se faire également en cours d'utilisation, c'est-à-dire, lors- que le compartiment à braise contient du charbon incan- descent.
Comme indiqué dans les fige. 5 et 6, la paroi de fond
10 du compartiment à braise est pourvue de trous d'accès d'air 102 formés en repoussant vers l'extérieur, à partir du plan de la paroi de fond, des languettes 101 formées par des incisions longitudinales parallèles. Par conséquent, le charbon de bois incandescent est empêché de tomber à tra- vers les trous d'accès d'air ainsi formés.

Une poignée de transport 7 sert à retirer la grille 2 fortement échauffée, hors du grilloir, lorsque celui-ci occu- pe les positions d'utilisation suivant les fige. 3 et 4, mais surtout 4 maintenir à l'état resserré et à porter le @ grilloir plié en vue du transport, comme indiqué dans la fig. 1.
Dans la position de transport suivant la fig. 1, le grilloir représenté et décrit constitue un réceptacle en for- me de valise pour les accessoires 2, 3, 4, 5 et 6. Il peut être facilement dressé dans les positions d'utilisation sui- vant les fige. 3 et 4, positions dans lesquelles il peut sa- tisfaire à toutes les conditions auxquelles doit répondre un tel appareil.

The broiler shown in the drawings essentially comprises an ember compartment, of flattened prismatic shape, made of black sheet metal, this compartment being constituted by a rectangular bottom wall 10, shaped as shown in Figs. 5 ot 6, and by four walls fixed to this bottom wall or established integrally therewith, namely, two longitudinal walls 11 and 13 and two walls, at the end 12 and the.

At the free edge of the longitudinal wall 13 is articulated, with the aid of a piano hinge 150, a flat sheet cover 15, the axis of this hinge being designated by A-A.
To the free edges of the end walls 12 and 14 are articulated, by means of articulation rivets 160 and 180, mounted in the longitudinal walls 11 and 13, of the side walls 16 and 18, respectively, the axes corresponding articulation joints being designated by B. These side walls constitute sufficient protection against the wind in all positions of use.
The side borders 161 and 181 of the side walls 16 and 18 are bent outward at a right angle, as is clear from Figs. 2, 3, 4 and 7. On the other hand, the side rims 151 of the cover plate 15 are folded 180 inwards.
The endings. 3 and 4 clearly show the way in which the folded side edges 151 of the cover plate 15 serve, in the two main positions of use, to retain the neighboring edges 161, 181 of the side plates 16, 18.
