<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
La figure 1, une vue en perspective de la caisse;
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

Box for packaging and transporting bottles.
Articles made from soft materials, either by molding or by pressure, when they are provided with plain faces of fairly large extent, cannot be obtained in a single operation with a satisfactory degree of perfection. , because the contraction of the material gives rise to a warping which is all the more pronounced as the thickness of the respective walls is lower.
The box which forms the subject of the present application for a deposited model and which is intended for the packaging and transport of the bottles has been designed in a shape totally different from those known until now; the usual flat faces! *. have been replaced by wavy surfaces which not only completely avoid the inconvenience evoked
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
ci-dating machine but also allow the use of tough walls ensuring appreciable resistance to deformation, a quality which is improved thanks to the reinforcement obtained by the parts connecting the corrugations to the walls,
which form a frame! ' discontinuous element protecting the edges of the body,
In raiaaza of the wavy shape of the walls. this boot takes * dimensions. scaled down. for the same bottle capacity as the usual cases * $ because the walls approximately follow the contour of the bottles placed inside. A separation block provided for. the interior is also provided with corrugated walls * and its height is less * than half that of the body.
This block keeps the bou- sizes isolated from each other, due to its corrugated walls which form cylindrical cavities with the corre- sponding wall .. of the gains *, the separation blec adjusts it due. the base of the body which it is secured by means of via or other fasteners. If desired, it can also form a one-piece block with the body of the crate, since these objects are obtained by molding.
In order to make better use of the space available, for storage and transport, these boxes are provided with feet, of suitable shape and occupying a suitable position, which allow their stacking by adjusting them on each other. other,
The appended drawing, comprising 3 figures, makes it possible to understand the construction of the case for the packaging and transport of bottles which is the subject of the present application for a registered model.
The figures in the drawings represent!
Figure 1, a perspective view of the body;
Figure 2, a perspective view of the separation block; view
Figure 3.a / in plan of the body with the separation block,
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
Figure 4, a section of the body along line A-B, with the separation block attached-, @
Figure 5, a detail of the system for adjusting and fixing the separation block to the body,
From the study of these figures, it emerges that the box 1 is formed by corrugated walls 6, terminating in a discontinuous edge 2 (Figures 1 and 3).
At the bottom of the mentioned box 1 and inside it are four projections 9 which aim to fix the separation block 3, having cylindrical cavities 4 and delimited by corrugated walls 5 forming, with the corrugations 6 of the walls 1 of the callus, the cavities 7, At the ends of the block 3, four holes 10 are provided, having a small wall inside (Figure 2),
The assembly of the block 3 to the body 1 is * deaf by means of the projections 9, which engage in the holes 10.
In order to obtain a better fixing system, it is possible to use screws which fit into the holes 10, pass through the wall 11 and are introduced into the projections 9 of the bottom of the body 1 (figures 4 and 5).
The characteristics of the body represented by this model give it a particularly high resistance, due to the presence of the corrugated walls and the discontinuous edge, which can also serve as a handle since the asphalt between the corrugations leaves a surface free sufficient for this purpose.
The separation block 3 can have 6, 8, 4 or 2 cavities depending on the quantity of bottles for which the box 1 is provided.
When the bottle. , pack are introduced your into the cavities 7 and the openings 4, there is no danger of breakage, since the projections of the existing corrugations: in the body 1 and in the block 3 prevent them from touching each other.
The base of the box 1 is provided on the outside with four feet 12 for stacking and securing the boxes
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
superimposed, since the special shape of these feet allows them to fit into the inner face of the underlying body,
The box in question can also be used for the transport of any other product, and it suffices for this purpose to remove the separation block.
