Abstract

The invention relates to an assembly formed by a frame and a plurality of containers which can be mounted on the said frame, the said containers being intended to contain food products, particularly hams, during their cooking. The frame (10) consists of two longitudinal members (12 and 13) which are parallel with each other and on the lower faces of which are respectively fixed the ends of a plurality of covers (11a, 11b, 11c and 11d) having two vertical wings (14 and 15) and a core (16). Each container consists of a channel (30) able to receive one cover (11) of the frame (10), the said channel (30) being provided at each of its ends with centering means (33). A channel (30) is thus perfectly centred on a frame (10) when mounted on top of it.
