Le dispositif,objet de l'invention, est caractérisa par un socle logé dans le pied creux de la cuvette et ancré dans le sol et par deux organes de traction reliant ce socle à la partie supérieure de la cuvette, la liaison réalisée par ces organes de traction pouvant être établie ou démontée grâce à deux troua prévus dans cette partie supérieure et servant en même temps à la fixation d'un siège rabattable annulaire formant abattant.
