   La présente invention se rapporte à un cadre ou une caisse d'emballage repliable, de forme pratiquement rectangulaire. 



  Le cadre repliable peut servir de garde, par exemple, pour des plateaux de chargement, caisses de chargement, etc. ou bien il peut aussi servir à former les parois latérales de caisses re- pliables de différents types pour l'emballage et l'emmagasinage. 



  Suivant l'invention, le cadre ou caisse repliable est caractérisé essentiellement en ce qu'il comporte une liaison d'angle prévue à la partie inférieure de côtés adjacents du cadre et entre ces côtés, ces liaisons étant constituées essentiellement par des   goujon   ou boulons, en T ou en L, dont la tige pivote dans un de deux côtés adjacents du cadre, de manière que cette tige forme un axe de rotation qui s'étend perpendiculairement aux bords

 d'about des-deux côtés adjacents et autour duquel peut pivoter l'autre de ces côtés du cadre, et la branche transversale de ce boulon, qui est perpendiculaire à la tige, est montée dans le bord extrême du côté cité en dernier lieu,

Il est avantageux que la hauteur du cadre corres- ponde, tout au plus, à la demi-longueur du côté de cadre le plus court (côté frontal),, ce qui donne la possibilité de replier le cadre avec le minimum d'encombrement. Le pivotement de la tige du pivot ou boulon en T se fait alors dans le côté frontàl et celui de la branche transversale dans le côté longitudinal adja- cent du cadre. 



   Les appellations "côté frontal" et "côté longitudinal" ne doivent pas être comprises comme limitant l'invention et signi- fiant que les parties frontales du cadre forment les côtés courts et que les côtés s'étendant longitudinalement constituent les lon- gues parois latérales du cadre. Sans sortir du cadre de l'inven- tion, les parties frontales du cadre peuvent tout aussi bien for- mer les longues parois latérales du cadre. Dans les deux cas, la hauteur totale du cadre à l'état replié, ne correspond,.qu'au

   .Les cadres peuvent comme d'habitude être faits en bois ou matière analogue, mais l'invention n'y est pas liée et on peut aussi.utiliser des cadres entièrement enfer,, ou faits en   d'atres   métaux, ou d'autres matières, en ayant des liaisons d'angle appropriées au matériau du cadre, par exemple faites directement dans le matériau du cadre. 



     L"invention   sera décrite plus en détail ci-après, avec référence au dessin annexé montrant, à titre d'exemple, une forme   de réalisation ; cette forme de réalisation le cadre replia-   ble est en bois ou autre matériau semblable. 



   La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une partie d'un cadre d'emballage suivant l'invention, pour un plateau de chargement. La figure 2 est une coupe horizontale de la liaison d'angle supérieure du cadre.    Dans cette forme de réalisation, le cadre est constitué      par des côtés frontaux, courts, 1 et des côtés longitudinaux 2, le tout en bois, renforcé éventuellement par des garnitures 3 ou 4 en tôle de fer ou autre matériau, profilées en U ou autre profil analogue. 



   Dans les garnitures 4 des côtés longitudinaux 2 sont ménagées deux ou plusieurs encoches 5 et 9, dont l'inférieure 5 est triangulaire, ou en forme de L; dans celle-ci est engagé un boulon en T, à tige ronde ou l'équivalent, dont la branche trans- versale 6 s'étend parallèlement au bord du côté longitudinal, tandis que sa tige 7 s'étend perpendiculairement à ce bord.

   Pour replier le cadre, on soulève légèrement les côtés frontaux par rapport aux côtés longitudinaux, les boulons à tête 8 étant ainsi dégagés des rainures et pouvant sortir des encoches 9. 



  Les côtés longitudinaux 2 peuvent alors être rabattus vers l'in- térieur, dans la'position horizontale (fig. 4), en basculant autour de la tige 7 du boulon en T. Les côtés frontaux 1 sont ensuite rabattus l'un vers l'autre sur les côtés longitudinaux 2, par pivotement autour de la branche transversale 6 du boulon en T servant d'axe de rotation. 



   Dans les cadres de grandes dimensions, on peut éventuel- lement prévoir l'une au-dessus de l'autre plusieurs liaisons d'angle du type à boulon 8, 9. Lorsque l'invention est appliquée aux caisses, le fond peut être fixé de toute manière convenable au cadre. 



   Pour faire tenir le cadre sur un plateau de chargement 12 ou autre élément formant fond, et pour permettre d'empiler les cadres l'un sur l'autre dans une position stable, les garnitures 3 des côtés frontaux du cadre sont avantageusement pourvues d'un prolongement 11, dirigé vers le bas et qui emboîte l'angle formé par les bords latéraux adjacents du fond, ou du cadre situé en- dessous.

   In this embodiment, the frame is formed by front sides, short, 1 and longitudinal sides 2, all in wood, possibly reinforced by linings 3 or 4 made of sheet iron or other material, U-shaped or other analogous profile.

  The longitudinal sides 2 can then be folded inwards, in the horizontal position (fig. 4), by swinging around the rod 7 of the T-bolt. The front sides 1 are then folded towards each other. the other on the longitudinal sides 2, by pivoting around the transverse branch 6 of the T-bolt serving as the axis of rotation.

   CLAIMS
1., Folding packaging frame or box, of generally rectangular shape, characterized in that it comprises a corner connection provided at the lower part of adjacent sides of the frame and between these sides, these links being essentially constituted by studs or bolts, T or L, the rod of which pivots in one of two adjacent sides of the frame, so that this rod forms an axis of rotation which extends perpendicularly to the butt edges of the two adjacent sides and around which the other of these sides of the frame can pivot, and the transverse branch of this bolt, which is perpendicular to the rod, is mounted in the extreme edge of the side last mentioned, so as to form an axis of rotation practically parallel to this extreme edge and around which the first mentioned side can pivot.
