La bobine selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce quel sur au moins un des flasques, une partie de celui-ci, en l'occurence celle qui s'oppose à l'accès de la partie du moyeu portant le dispositif de fixation de l'extrémité du film, est montée sur la bobine de manière à permettre un déplacement momentané de ladite partie du flasque en dégageant cette partie du moyeu au moment 'où l'on procède à la fixation de l'extrémité du film au moyeu, des moyens étant prévus pour assurer ensuite, dans sa position normale, la solidarisation de ladite partie du flasque avec le reste de la bobine.
Le dégagement peut être 'obtenu par différents moyens, par exemple par enlèvement de ladite partie du flasque, par ' .rotation d'une partie du flasque' dans son plan ou dans un plan perpendiculaire et la solidarisation est réalisée par tous moyens de fixation ou de verrouillage appropriés.
Trois formes de réalisation sont données ci-après à titre d'exemples non limitatifs illustrés par les figures du dessin annexé, les figures 1 et 2 montrent l'une et l'autre une bobine vue en élévation du côté d'un des flasques per.. fectionné selon l'invention. Les figures 3 à 7' montrent une variante.

Sur la forme d'exécution de la figure 2, on a sectionné un segment du flasque selon une ligne A-B qui'coupe la jante 2 en deux endroits ainsi.que le bras 3 qui masque le dispo- sitif de fixation 4a Deux charnières 9 permettent de rabattre le segment autour de l'axe A-B des deux charnières et de dégager ainsi le dispositif de fixation. Au lieu d'articuler le segment de flasque au moyen de charnières il pourrait être fixé à l'autre partie du flasque de façon amovible, par exemple par emmanchement à frottement dur, ainsi qu'il est représenté sur les figures 3 et 4 qui sont des coupes longitudinales d'une bobine perfectionnée selon l'invention.
