  Le présent brevet a pour objet un système de montage en carton permettant l'expédition sous boite en une seule fois d'un étalage tout monté et conçu de manière à ce que l'ouverture de la boite soit la seule opération nécessaire à la mise en place de l'ensemble et de tous les éléments qu'il comporte . 



  La description suivante se référant aux dessins n'est à aucun moment limitative .Tous les formats et modèles de boites peuvent être envisagés de même que tous les éléments intérieurs de   l'étalage .   



  L'ensemble peut s'appliquer à n'importe quel produit . 



  En figure I nous avons la boite entièrement fermée. Nous voyons en A le couvercle rabattu, la partie B est une demi-boite s'ouvrant sur le fond .La partie C également et ces deux mêmes   côtés   sont séparés par une coupe Y . La figure II nous montre la boite 'ouverte .Nous avons en A le couvercle soulevé maintenu par une patte spéciale à une hauteur raisonnable . La demi-boite D est ouverte vers la gauche et la demi-boite 0 est ouverte vers la droite .

   Nous voyons en Y les coupures qui se joignaient lorsque la boite était fermée Nous avons en D le panneau de fond de l'étalage puis nous voyons en E le sol proprement dit de l'étalage .Cette partie E, lorsque la boite est fermée, est supportée par les parties S et s' des parties B et   0 .  Cette boite est montée en deux ou trois pièces avec carton ondulé double excessivement résistant .

  Les parties visibles (lorsque la boite est ouverte) du couvercle, de même que tout l'intérieur des parties B et C, toute la surface D et la surface E sont ouvertes et décorées des différentes pièces qui doivent figurer dans l'étalage . 



  L'ensemble est évidemment conçu de manière à ce que la boite se referme parfaitement et qu'aucune des pièces intérieures ne soit déplacée . La figure 3 nous montre en exemple une boite d'étalage décorée ouverte . Nous remarquerons les parties du couvercle en   A   qui sont décorées parce qu'apparentes lorsque la boite est ouverte . Tout l'intérieur des parties B et C de même que D et E, le sol de l'étalage ont été recouvertes des éléments nécessaires .

  The present patent relates to a cardboard mounting system allowing the boxed shipment in one go of a fully assembled display and designed so that opening the box is the only operation necessary for putting place of the whole and all the elements it contains.



  The following description referring to the drawings is in no way limiting. All the formats and models of boxes can be envisaged as well as all the interior elements of the display.



  The set can be applied to any product.



  In figure I we have the box completely closed. We see in A the cover closed, part B is a half-box opening on the bottom. Part C also and these same two sides are separated by a Y cut. Figure II shows us the box 'open. We have in A the lifted cover maintained by a special tab at a reasonable height. Half-box D is open to the left and half-box 0 is open to the right.

   We see in Y the cuts that joined when the box was closed We have in D the bottom panel of the display then we see in E the actual floor of the display. This part E, when the box is closed, is supported by parts S and s' of parts B and 0. This box is assembled in two or three pieces with excessively strong double corrugated cardboard.

  The visible parts (when the box is open) of the lid, as well as the entire interior of parts B and C, the entire surface D and the surface E are opened and decorated with the various parts which must appear in the display.



  The set is obviously designed so that the box closes perfectly and that none of the interior parts are moved. Figure 3 shows an example of an open decorated display box. We will notice the parts of the lid in A which are decorated because they are visible when the box is opened. All the interior of parts B and C as well as D and E, the floor of the display have been covered with the necessary elements.

Claims

Conclusions: Our system therefore allows easy shipment of a display designed according to demand. It allows absolute protection of all the elements of this display and the whole can be put in place, each element in the place that was intended for it, by simply opening the box. Another advantage of this system is that it allows the adaptation of a single display format to several display cabinet dimensions. Indeed, depending on the size of this one we can open the box more or less so as to cover more or less surface. ** CAUTION ** end of field CLMS may contain start of DESC **.
