Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

   <Desc / Clms Page number 1>

  The entire bottle holder comes in the form of a closed box without a lid with handles at the top and, inside, partitions preventing the bottles from colliding. The following description referring to the drawing is not at any time limiting and all formats, all graphic adaptations can be considered with this system.

  Figure I shows us all the parts put in place as they will appear on the cutting sheet. We will notice in a and a the handles. These handles are intended to allow the grip of the bottle holder in a quite easy manner.

  They are reinforced by parts b and b 'The third part of the drawing, a and a' b and b 'being removed, shows us the entire bottle holder itself. We have in c and c 'the bottom of the bottle holder. We will notice that this bottom is marked with an OP fold which allows the bottle holder to be placed flat once it is mounted. At d and d 'we have the two long sides of the bottle holder. The two large sides will support most of the decoration. E and e 'are two closing tabs of one of the small ones with We will notice the traced folds, z, y and wv and the two small tabs 1 and 1' intended for be placed one on top of the other and stapled so as to close the short side.

  We have in ss 'g and g' hh 'ii' jj 'kk' on the one hand the two tabs closing the small opposite side of the bottle holder and on the other hand the separations intended to clip either to the inner part (handle) either to the outer part d and d 'and intended to separate the bottles so as to avoid collision. Figure 2 shows the system for mounting the handles.

   A and 4 'fold over each other as do b and b' so that the handles cut out of each part are facing each other. The parts a a 'are then inserted between the two flaps b and b' always so that

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 the handles are facing each other and the whole is stapled. Figure 3 shows the folding system of the entire body of the bottle holder. We have at d and d the two long sides which serve as the outer walls. In e and e 'we have the small side formed by two legs which are stapled by the parts 1 and 1' juxtaposed perpendicular to the short side.

  In f and ft we have the other 2 legs forming the second small side of the bottle holder G and G 'clip together. H and H 'serve as a separation for the bottles while i and i' clip along, in the center and in the middle of the long side d and d '. J and J again serve as a separation for the bottles and K and K 'are stapled together by keeping the legs L and 1' between them. All the handles a and a 'and b and b "are inserted between the parts g and g 'and kk' so as to close the central part between the squares intended to receive the bottles and limited by H and J h 'i' j '. Figure 4 shows us in perspective the bottle holder fully assembled, the different parts put in place.

   We will notice the long sides, d and as well as the separations and the short sides of the bottle holder constituted by the parts e and e 'f and f and the separations hh', j J 'All the handles in place obstruct the surface assembly intended to receive the two central bottles and thus prevent coming into contact with one another. We will notice in c and c 'the folding bottom in two which allows the whole bottle holder to lay flat. Figure 5 shows the bottle holder completely assembled and laid flat.

  We will notice that it bends all together in one direction The outer parts of the legs ee 'come into contact with each other while the bottom moves away from the whole according to the fold marked OF and that all large sides as well as the internal separation tabs allow by their absolute coincidence according to the folds marked rr 'the absolute setting flat.
