Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

   The present invention relates to a packaging for confectionery articles in the form of a toy.

   Packaging in the form of toys filled with sweets or other confectionery items has been used heretofore, but the filling of these packages and their emptying have always been made difficult because they had to be filled by the operator. bottom or filled and emptied through a small opening,

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

The packaging according to the present invention has the advantage that the toy forming the packaging: truck, boat, etc., has, like a real box, a cover and a bottom, each in one piece,
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example only, in the form of a covered truck, a packaging in accordance with the invention. In this drawing:
Fig.1 is a view of the closed truck package, while Fig.2 is a view of the package with the lid or roof raised.

   We see in Fig.1 and 2 a packaging represented by a truck 1, consisting of a d.'une 2 and a roof 3. The bucket 2 serves as the bottom of the box and is intended to contain, confectionery items , such as cookies, candies, caramels, etc., Above the walls 4 of the bucket 2 is provided a projecting rim 5 intended for the interlocking of the roof or key 3.

   In this way it is very easy to take out of the packaging the sweets or other articles which it contains and the toy forming the packaging is in no way damaged as a result, - It is understood that the height of the roof-cover may vary at will and that one can without departing from the field of the invention use other toys, such as - boats, etc., in two parts, one of which constitutes the bottom and the other the cover,
For the production of these packaging, it is particularly advantageous to use synthetic material, plastic or the like,
