La présente invention est relative à un perfectionnement apporté aux ustensiles de cuisson en général.
Suivant l'invention, un ustensile de cuisson est caractérisé en ce que sous son fond est prévue une chambre de chauffage délimitée à partir dudit fond par une enceinte de forme appropriée.
Dans une forme de réalisation, ladite enceinte est constituée par une paroi se dressant à partir du fond, de préférence obliquement vers l'extérieur de l'ustensile.
Souvent un mode de réalisation préféré, la paroi formant ladite enceinte présente des orifices de passage permettant l'entrée de l'air dans la chambre de chauffage formée, spécialement dans le cas oû ledit ustensile est déposé sur une surface chauffante plane et continue.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après à titre d'exemple non limitatif et avec référence au dessin annexé.
La figure est une vue en élévation et en coupe d'un ustensile de cuisson suivant l'invention, en l'occurrence, dans le cas représenté, une poêlé.
Soue le fond 1 de la poêle 2 de la figura est formée une chambre de chauffage délimitée par une paroi d'enceinte 4. Celle-ci est constituée d'une pièce avec la poêle ou peut être rapportée sur celle-ci.
Dans la paroi 4, sont prévus un certain nombre d'orifices 5 permettant l'entrée d'air dans la chambre de chauffage 3 ainsi formée.
Lorsque l'ustensile en question sera, par exemple, déposé sur une surface chauffante plane 6, comme à la figure, on comprendra aisément que la chaleur dégagée par .cette surface 6.se répartira uniformément sous l'entièreté du fond 1, en permettant ainsi une cuisson uniforme dans la poêle.
Si un tel ustensile est utilisé avec un chauffage à flamme apparente, par exemple au gaz, une moins grande puissance de chauffage sera nécessaire, du fond de ladite chambre 3, pour obtenir non seulement une cuisson aussi rapide, mais en plus une cuisson uniforme.
Il est évident que ce perfectionnement suivant l'invention pourra s'appliquer d'une manière générale, à tous les ustensiles de cuisson.
Il doit, en outré, être entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux détails ci-avant mais que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées sans sortir pour cela du cadre du présent brevet.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. - Ustensile de cuisson, caractérisé en ce que sous son fond est prévue une chambre de chauffage délimitée à partir dudit fond par une enceinte de forme appropriée.

The figure is a view in elevation and in section of a cooking utensil according to the invention, in this case, in the case shown, a pan.
Soue the bottom 1 of the pan 2 of the figure is formed a heating chamber delimited by an enclosure wall 4. The latter consists of one piece with the pan or can be attached to it.
In the wall 4, a number of orifices 5 are provided allowing the entry of air into the heating chamber 3 thus formed.
When the utensil in question will, for example, be placed on a flat heating surface 6, as in the figure, it will easily be understood that the heat given off by this surface 6 will be distributed uniformly under the entire bottom 1, allowing thus even cooking in the pan.
If such a utensil is used with apparent flame heating, for example gas, less heating power will be necessary, from the bottom of said chamber 3, to obtain not only such rapid cooking, but in addition uniform cooking.
It is obvious that this improvement according to the invention can be applied in a general manner to all cooking utensils.
It should, in addition, be understood that the invention is not limited to the above details but that many modifications can be made without going beyond the scope of the present patent.
