Si on désire disposer d'un faux-col de type relativement raide ou à couches ou épaisseurs d'étoffe réunies par fusion, on peut réaliser la doublure 24 de la partie rabattue 9 en matière thermoplastique et la faire adhérer par fusion aux couches ou épaisseurs d'étoffe extérieure et intérieure 22 et 23.
Dans la variante d'exécution représentée aux figures 7 à 9 inclusivement, on fait passer les parties raidies 30 des pattes d'attache 28 de la partie rabattue 9 vers le haut dans des boutonnières 35 prévues dans la couche intérieure 13 'et dans la doublure 14 du sous-col 7. CLAIMS.

Detachable collar or cuff assembly for shirts, comprising an inner band, a longitudinal edge of which is attached to the shirt, a detachable outer part covering the outer side, of said band and having an inward facing edge, which is applied to the free longitudinal edge of the strip and covers the interior side thereof, as well as means for releasably securing said strip, the edge facing inwardly of said exterior part.
2. A detachable collar or cuff assembly according to claim 1, wherein the part of the edge facing inwardly of said outer part, which is arranged to cover the inner side.

3. A detachable neck or cuff assembly as claimed in claim 1 including a stiffening member which extends along the free longitudinal marginal portion of said inwardly facing edge and serves to stiffen said marginal portion.
