La présente invention se rapporte aux enrouleurs de sangle pour volets et persiennes, dont le tambour d'enroulement à ressort peut s'orienter dans différentes directions, par pivotement de la chape qui le supporte, de manière à occuper la position la plus favorable à l'enroulement sans torsion de la sangle. Avec les enrouleurs orientables existants, toutefois, cette po- sition n'est pas fixe et l'enrouleur oscille lorsqu'on enroule ou déroule la sangle, ce qui offre des inconvénients. L'invention a pour but de procurer un enrouleur orientable que l'on puisse rendre fixe après l'avoir orienté dans la position voulue afin d'éviter le ballottement.

Les saillies sont de préférence ménagées sur la.rondelle de bloca- ge et il est avantageux d'en prévoit sur les deux faces de la rondelle, les saillies d'une face étant décalées angulairement par rapport à celles de l'au- tre face, de manière que les saillies d'une face de la rondelle puissent être utilisées pour bloquer l'enrouleur dans certaines positions angulaires, et qu'en retournant la rondelle on dispose des saillies de l'autre face pour bloquer 3'en- rouleur dans d'autres positions angulaires intermédiaireso
