La présente invention concerne un dispositif   d'accouplement   à manchon pour la réalisation de structures   ou.   échafaudages industriels par- ticulièrement du type   à   treillis. 



   L'objet de l'invention est substantiellement caractérisé en ce   qu'il   est constitué par un manchon divisé en parties séparées le long de génératrices. chaque partie présentant à ses bords extrêmes deux ailettes radiales$ de façon qu'en serrant entre elles au moyen d'organes filetés les ailettes opposées des différentes parties, on détermine la fermeture du   man-   chon sur   l'élément   de la structure sur laquelle il est appliqué et par   consé-   quent l'union des parties par frottement, et en même temps- la liaison avec les ailettes radiales des extrémités d'autres éléments de la structure qui sont disposés dans des plans passant par l'axe du manchon. 



   Une forme de réalisation de l'invention est illustrée dans le des-   sin   schématique annexé, dans lequel

Le manchon illustré est réalisé en deux parties A et B et divisé le long de génératrices disposées à 90  1-'une de l'autre..

   Les bords exté- rieurs de la partie A sont munis d'ailettes radiales 2 et   4.,  tandis que la partie B présente les ailettes radiales 6   et 8.   Le développement périphé- rique total de chacune des parties A et B est un peu moindre   qu'un   cercle complet de façon   à   laisser une certaine distance entre les ailettes oppo- sées 6 - 8 et 2 - 6 permettant la fermeture du manchon et l'arrangement éven- tuel entre les couples d'ailettes, de plaques   d'extrémité   des éléments de la structure qui convergent vers l'axe du manchon. 



   Dans l'exemple illustré le manchon A-B est appliqué sur   Isolé-   ment tubulaire C. Deux autres éléments tubulaires D (non illustrés dans la fig. 2) convergent vers l'axe du manchon et sont munis de deux plaques d'ex-

 trémité 10 qui sont enfermées entre les ailettes 2 et 6 du dit manchon. 



  Les dites ailettes et les plaques 10 ont un trou 12 permettant l'introduc- tion d'un boulon de serrage. Deux autres trous 14 dans les ailettes 2 et 6 (des trous analogues se trouvent aussi, naturellement, dans les ailettes 6 et 8) permettent l'introduction de boulons de serrage. 



   On obtient de la sorte l'accouplement d'éléments de structures et échafaudages sans la nécessité de soudages et sans déformations des dits éléments. 



   Il est entendu que le nombre de parties suivant lequel le man- chon est divisé peut être quelconque et selon un ordre ou une valeur quel que soit l'arc embrassé par chaque élément. 



   REVENDICATIONS. 



   1/ Dispositif d'accouplement pour la réalisation de structures ou échaufaudages   industriels,   particulièrement du type à treillis, caracté- risé en ce qu'il est constitué par un manchon divisé en parties séparées le long de génératrices, chaque partie présentant aux bords extrêmes deux ailettes radiales de sorte que, en serrant entre elles les ailettes opposées des différentes parties au moyen d'organes   à 'vis,on   détermine la fermeture du manchon sur l'élément de la structure sur laquelle il est appliqué et par conséquent l'accouplement des parties par frottement, et en même temps l'accouplement avec les ailettes radiales, des bouts d'autres éléments de la structure qui sont disposés dans des plans passant par l'axe du manchon.

The present invention relates to a sleeve coupling device for the production of structures or. industrial scaffolding particularly of the truss type.



   The object of the invention is substantially characterized in that it is constituted by a sleeve divided into separate parts along generators. each part having at its end edges two radial fins $ so that by clamping between them by means of threaded members the opposite fins of the different parts, the closure of the sleeve on the element of the structure on which it is determined. is applied and therefore the union of the parts by friction, and at the same time the connection with the radial fins of the ends of other elements of the structure which are arranged in planes passing through the axis of the sleeve.



   An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying schematic drawing, in which

The illustrated sleeve is made in two parts A and B and divided along generatrices arranged 90 1-'from each other.

   The outer edges of part A are provided with radial fins 2 and 4., while part B has radial fins 6 and 8. The total peripheral development of each of parts A and B is somewhat less. a complete circle so as to leave a certain distance between the opposite fins 6 - 8 and 2 - 6 allowing the closure of the sleeve and the possible arrangement between the pairs of fins, of the end plates of the elements of the structure which converge towards the axis of the sleeve.



   In the example illustrated the sleeve A-B is applied to tubular insulation C. Two other tubular elements D (not shown in fig. 2) converge towards the axis of the sleeve and are provided with two ex- plates.

  Said fins and plates 10 have a hole 12 allowing the introduction of a tightening bolt. Two other holes 14 in the fins 2 and 6 (similar holes are also, of course, in the fins 6 and 8) allow the introduction of tightening bolts.



   In this way, the coupling of structural elements and scaffolding is obtained without the need for welding and without deformation of said elements.



   It is understood that the number of parts according to which the sleeve is divided can be any and according to an order or a value whatever the arc embraced by each element.



   CLAIMS.
