CUILLERE.
La présente invention est relative à une cuillère comportant un manche et une partie creuse.
Les cuillères connues de ce genre ne permettent pas facilement de puiser la matière qui se trouve dans le fond d'un récipient.
La présente invention a notamment pour but de remédier à cet in- convénient.
A cet effet,la cuillère selon l'invention comporte un moyen qui permet de sucer à partir de la partie creuse jusqu'à l'extrémité opposée du manche.
Dans une forme de réalisation avantageuse de l'invention, il est prévu un canal qui traverse le manche.
Dans une forme de réalisation préférée de l'invention. la cuillère comporte un chalumeau et des moyens par lesquels ce chalumeau est fixé au manche, et éventuellement à la partie creuse.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description de deux cuillères selon l'invention, donnée ci-après à titre d'exemple non limitatif et avec référence aux dessins ci-annexés.
La figure 1 est une vue en plan d'une cuillère selon l'invention.

Dans les différentes figures les mêmes notations de référence dé- signent des éléments identiques.
La cuillère selon les figures 1 à 4 présente un manche 1 et une partie creuse 2. Ce manche 1 et cette partie creuse 2 présentent un canal 3.
La matière qui se trouve dans un récipient peut donc être sucée à travers ce canal. Vu que ce canal 3 débouche à l'extrémité de la partie creuse 2 qui est opposée au manche 1, toute la matière qui se trouve dans le récipient peut être aspirée. En effet, si la cuillère est placée dans une position appropriée, le canal 3 débouche tout près du fond du récipient.
Il résulte de cette description que la cuillère permet non seule- ment d'agiter le liquide qui se trouve dans un verre ou un récipient analo- gue,mais qu'elle peut aussi être utilisée comme chalumeau.
Elle peut aussi avantageusement être utilisée pour la consommation de glaces. La glace est alors, comme d'habitude, consommée au moyen d'une cuil- lère; la dernière partie,qui est généralement déjà fondue quand elle est con- sommée, est alors sucée à travers le canal 3,
Lorsque la cuillère est fabriquée en une matière peu coûteuse qui ne résiste pas au liquide consommé, par exemple en papier mâché, elle n'est utilisée qu'une seule fois et le canal 3 ne présente pas.de revêtement. Si, toutefois,la même cuillère doit servir plusieurs fois, elle est fabriquée d'une matière plus durable et le canal 3 présente un revêtement 4 qui est rem- placé après chaque usage.
La cuillère selon les figures 5 et 6 ne présente pas de canal mais comporte des attaches 5 pour la fixation d'un chalumeau 6. Ce chalumeau 6 est amovible et est remplacé après chaque usage.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux formes d'exécution décrites ci-avant et que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées notamment quant à la forme, à la constitution, au nombre et à la disposition des éléments intervenant dans sa réalisation, sans sortir du cadre de la présente demande de brevet.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Cuillère comportant un manche et une partie creuse, caractéri- sée en.ce qu'elle comporte un moyen qui permet de sucer à partir de la partie creuse jusqu'à l'extrémité opposée du manche.

The present invention relates to a spoon comprising a handle and a hollow part.
Known spoons of this type do not easily allow the material to be drawn from the bottom of a container.
The object of the present invention is in particular to remedy this drawback.
To this end, the spoon according to the invention comprises a means which makes it possible to suck from the hollow part to the opposite end of the handle.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a channel is provided which passes through the handle.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention. the spoon comprises a torch and means by which this torch is fixed to the handle, and possibly to the hollow part.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description of two spoons according to the invention, given below by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the various figures, the same reference notations denote identical elements.
The spoon according to Figures 1 to 4 has a handle 1 and a hollow part 2. This handle 1 and this hollow part 2 have a channel 3.
Material in a container can therefore be sucked through this channel. Since this channel 3 opens at the end of the hollow part 2 which is opposite the handle 1, all the material which is in the container can be sucked. Indeed, if the spoon is placed in an appropriate position, the channel 3 opens out very close to the bottom of the container.
It follows from this description that the spoon not only makes it possible to stir the liquid which is in a glass or the like, but that it can also be used as a torch.
It can also advantageously be used for the consumption of ice cream. The ice cream is then, as usual, consumed by means of a spoon; the last part, which is usually already melted when it is consumed, is then sucked through channel 3,
When the spoon is made of an inexpensive material which does not withstand the liquid consumed, for example papier-mâché, it is only used once and the channel 3 has no coating. If, however, the same spoon is to be used several times, it is made of a more durable material and the channel 3 has a coating 4 which is replaced after each use.
The spoon according to Figures 5 and 6 does not have a channel but has fasteners 5 for fixing a torch 6. This torch 6 is removable and is replaced after each use.
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made to it, in particular as regards the form, the constitution, the number and the arrangement of the elements involved. in its implementation, without departing from the scope of the present patent application.
CLAIMS.
1. Spoon comprising a handle and a hollow part, characterized in that it comprises a means which allows sucking from the hollow part to the opposite end of the handle.
