La plaque peut consister en métal ou en une autre matière appropriée . AU bord extérieur, la plaque est pourvue de crochets 3, au moyen desquels elle peut être fixée au   gardeboue   en faisant entrer des tenons de la plaque dans des évidements ou lumières 5. 



   6 désigne un trou dans la partie intérieure de la plaque de protection qui sert à la connecter aux tubes correspondants du cadre arrière. 



   Grâce à eette construction , les plaques de protec- tion peuvent facilement être placées aur chaque côté le au besoin et être à nouveau enlevées pour nettoyer cyele a ou quand ou n'en/pas besoin.

   6 designates a hole in the inner part of the protection plate which serves to connect it to the corresponding tubes of the rear frame.



   Thanks to this construction, the protective plates can easily be placed on either side as needed and be removed again for cleaning or when or not needed.
