La présente invention concerne un appareil obtenant la eu il son des aliments directement placés sur une taque chauffante ou introduits dans un four recevant la chaleur par 4 cotés du prisme rectangulaire ou carré.Cet effet n'est encore obtenu par aucun appareil dénommé foyer continu.Cet appareil "CUITOUT" consiste simplement en un coffre hermétique sorvant de four de cuisson enfermé dans un plus grand donnant tirage entre les parois intérieures et extérieures,inférieures et supérieures l'un de l'autre Une clef permet d'obstruer le tirage par le dessous du four,dès lors tous les gaz d'échappement passent entre les parois supérieu:

Se référant à la fig 1: 1 représente la chambre gaz, le tuyau d'entrée des gaz placé presque au niveau du passage inférieur,3le tuyau de sortie placé presque au niveau du passage supérieurele four intérieur c de cuisson,5la chicane de retient et de dispersion des gaz,6 la clef de fermeture,7la fermeture dans sa position ouverte, 8 le bouton de la porte du coffre,9d'un ventilateur ordinaire complet avec un arbre flexible exécuté par un simple ressort à boudin,spi res serées etfaisant 1' office d'aspirateur.

Des lors le chauffage de l'appareil (taque) et du four se comprend aisément de la manière suivante (fig 3) La clef étant, fermée, les gaz sont obligés de s'échapper par le dessus de l'appareil et chauffent fortement et entièrement la taque grâce et la chicane 5(fig l).le tuyau d'échanappement 2 étant assez relevé pour ne pas avoir des pertes de tirage.Dans ce cas, le four chauffe très jeu.
La clef 2 étant baissée, l'ouverture 3 du tuyau d'entrée .étant au niveau du passage inférieur,une partie des gaz passera sous le four et une autre par le dessus.Il y aura donc 4 faces du four chauffées par les gaz.
A titre facultatif,pour les tirages défectueux,il sera possible d' introduire dans letuyau d'échappement un aspirateur ordinaire avec arbre de commande flexible comme indiqué au 10(fig l)qui aura pour effet de produire une reprise rapide du feu.
Il va de soi que la présente invention ne se limite pas à la forme de réalisation décrite et représentée dans les figures du dessin annexé,mais que celle-ci peut subir des modifications constructionnelles, sans pour cela se départir du domaine de la présente invention.

The present invention relates to an apparatus obtaining the sound of food directly placed on a hotplate or introduced into an oven receiving heat by 4 sides of the rectangular or square prism. This effect is not yet obtained by any apparatus called continuous hearth. This "CUITOUT" appliance consists simply of an airtight box leaving the baking oven enclosed in a larger one giving a draft between the inner and outer walls, lower and upper one from the other. A key makes it possible to obstruct the draft by the under the oven, therefore all the exhaust gases pass between the upper walls:

Referring to fig 1: 1 shows the gas chamber, the gas inlet pipe placed almost at the level of the lower passage, 3 the outlet pipe placed almost at the level of the upper passage, the interior baking oven c, 5 the retaining baffle and gas dispersion, 6 the locking key, 7 the lock in its open position, 8 the boot door button, 9 an ordinary fan complete with a flexible shaft executed by a simple coil spring, tightened coils and making 1 vacuum cleaner.

Therefore the heating of the appliance (hob) and of the oven is easily understood as follows (fig 3) The key being closed, the gases are forced to escape through the top of the appliance and heat up strongly and the plate thanks to and the baffle 5 (fig l). the exhaust pipe 2 being raised enough not to have any draft losses. In this case, the oven heats up very much.
With key 2 lowered, opening 3 of the inlet pipe being at the level of the lower passage, part of the gases will pass under the oven and another from the top. There will therefore be 4 sides of the oven heated by the gases .
As an option, for defective drafts, it will be possible to introduce into the exhaust pipe an ordinary vacuum cleaner with flexible control shaft as indicated in 10 (fig l) which will have the effect of producing a rapid resumption of the fire.
It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the figures of the appended drawing, but that the latter can undergo constructional modifications, without thereby departing from the scope of the present invention.
