<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
<Desc/Clms Page number 8>

. The present invention relates to a hot air cooker, stove or the like, with a liquid fuel heating device.
In heaters of the above type, combustion residues form in the burner pot. These residues must be removed from time to time in order to avoid a decrease in the heat energy of the cooker or stove or the appearance of other difficulties.
Now, in known cookers or stoves of this type, the necessary installation of the burner pot housed at the lower end of a heating chamber is only possible with great difficulty and insufficiently. . The ignition of these liquid fuel cookers and stoves is therefore often difficult and complicated.
The object of the invention is to obviate the aforementioned drawbacks and to improve the stoves and stoves in question by a better use of the fuel, by the extension of the possibilities: of employment, by handling, monitoring and easier service.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
This objective is achieved as follows: the heating device of a cooker or stove of the aforementioned type consists of an upper part of the hearth, fixed, in the form of a chimney and provided with a gas outlet. heater, located under a hotplate or a stove top, and in a burner pot located below and arranged so that it can be moved and rotated vis-à-vis that part of focus.
As a connecting means between the movable burner pot and the above and fixed hearth part, a combination of rods has been provided which can be operated from the outside. A heating chamber is located between the fixed chimney-shaped hearth part and the heating gas outlet above it. This heating chamber extends over the entire transverse plane of the cooker or stove. At the back of said heating chamber is a junction channel or a junction pipe to the ceiling heater for the cooking chamber of the cooker to which is adapted a pipe or gas discharge channel which leads to the outdoor fireplace.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge more clearly from a few embodiments considered by way of non-limiting examples, of a hot-air cooker, stove or the like, the summary description of which is given below in with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 represents an embodiment of a hot air stove or stove fitted with the new heating device and the burner pot in a vertical folded position, seen in perspective.
Figure 2 shows the same cooker or stove with the burner pot in the upper service position, seen in perspective.
Figure 3 shows another embodiment of a hot air cooker or stove with the new device.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
heating element, seen from the front, the front wall being suppressed in the drawing.
Figure 4 is the same cooker or hot air stove viewed from the side with the side wall removed in the drawing.
Figures 1 and 2 show the frame 1 of the cooker or hot air stove with the heating plate or the plate 2 which contains in the middle an opening 4 covered by a removable plate 3 and which can be covered by a neck. - tilting cover 5 containing a hot air outlet opening 7 covered by '.. a decorative or protective mesh screen 6, depending on the use of the stove or the hot air stove as a stove and as a stove or only as a heater.
@
Below the plate 3 and the opening 4 is provided a fixed and chimney-shaped part 8 and below this a burner pot 9, housed so that it can be moved and turned opposite this part of the fireplace. By lowering and tilting it, the burner pot can be carried forward, as shown in figure 1.
A heating gas evacuation channel 10 leads from the part of the hearth in the form of a chimney and fixes 8 very close below the plate 3 towards the external chimney or towards another part of the stove or the stove to be heated . In this heating gas evacuation channel 10, a valve or regulating slide can be arranged which regulates the evacuation of heating gas and which makes it possible to increase the calorific energy by a discharge of the heating gases or d 'adapt to the draft of the existing exterior chimney, the outlet of the heating gases' when lighting.
For this adjustment, it is also possible to use in this heating gas discharge channel 10 a rotator pipe cut transversely in two 11 which, depending on its position with the opening at the bottom,: at the top or in the intermediate position, will allow the free outlet of heating gas, or will prevent it more or less
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
It is also possible to have between the fixed hearth part and in the form of a chimney 8 and the plate 2, a heating chamber extending over the entire transverse plane of the cooker or stove, with the aid of which all of the hob 2 can be heated by the heating gases rising and licking the lower part of the hob before being able to escape into the exterior chimney or into another part of the cooker or stove through the exhaust pipe,
provided or not with a regulator then starting from the back of this heating chamber.
The lower and mobile burner pot 9 is held in its upper heating or service position by its upper edge against the. lower edge of the part of the fixed fireplace and in the form of a chimney 8, or partially inserted therein.
Symmetrical rods have been provided as a junction means between the hearth part 8 and the burner pot 9.
They are placed on the diametrically opposite sides of these two parts and consist, each time, of a vertical bar 12 fixed to the hearth part 8 having an oblong hole or a slot 13 near its lower end, of a lever pivoting 14, disposed in the middle of the length of the bar 12 and rotatable relative thereto, of a control plate 16 disposed above the oblong hole or slot 13 by means of a pivot 15 movably fixed to the bar 12.
This control plate is connected, in the distance from the pivot point 15 by a control lever 17, in a manner articulated to the pivoting lever 14 and it comprises, between these objects, a pipe slot in the form of a curve 18 for each times, a pivot 19 attached to the burner pot 9 which also pierces the oblong hole or slot 13 relating thereto in the vertical bar 12. 'The pivoting levers 14 on both sides are connected by a handle in the form of a bar. connection 20 which can be controlled from the outside. When the pivoting levers 14 are put by turning the lever 20 to the next upper position
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
in figure 1, the burner pot is lowered and can be tilted forwards, with its upper opening for easy cleaning.
When the burner pot 9 is returned to its vertical position and the pivoting lever 14 is pushed down, the burner pot returns to the upper operating position. Then the pivots 19 of the burner pot 9 take either the lower terminal position or the upper terminal position in the oblong hole cu in the slot 13.
The curved conduit slot 18 in the control plates 16 has a greater distance from the pivot point 15 at one end than at the other end. The difference between these distances corresponds to the length of the vertical oblong hole 13 and the maximum vertical movement radius of the burner pot 9 from the service position to the swing position and vice versa. The burner pot 9 communicates at its lower end with a fuel tank 22 by a flexible and bendable pipe of tubes or pipes 21. Between these objects is arranged a regulating and closing valve 23, by which can be determined and regulated the quantity of liquid fuel in the form of fuel oil or other, by means of the lever 24, this fuel being brought by gravity or by pumping.
By placing a thermostat in the heating gas evacuation channel or anywhere else on the stove or stove, it is also possible to obtain automatic heating regulation at certain minimum and maximum temperatures.
The regulating and closing valve 23 is controlled from the outside by a lever 24. The filling orifice or the filler neck 25 / can also be placed in an easily accessible place on the cooker or stove. .
The space between the fixed hearth part and the external walls arranged at the frame of the cooker or stove 1 can also be used as a passage chamber for the ambient air with inlet openings in bottom and top outlet slits 26, as the heating air rotation chamber.
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
@ The front face of the cooker or stove can be covered within the radius of the fixed hearth part 8, by a solid wall 27 and, over the entire front extent of the inlet opening for installation. heating, by a hinged door 28 which can be locked, which will usefully be fitted with a hot air outlet 29 with a mesh or protective mesh 30.
The fixed and chimney-shaped hearth part 8 can be provided with a heat-insulating jacket 31, in which a heating coil 32 can be placed for liquid circulation heating or for a water heater.
The fixed and chimney-shaped hearth part 8 may, in addition to the outer jacket 31, whether or not provided with thermal insulation, be provided with an inner jacket having sieve-shaped piercing openings 33, which correspond. then, sectional view, to the burner pot 9 located below. The space between the inner liner 33 and the outer liner 31 will usefully be closed at the top and open at the bottom, so that it serves, admitting ambient air through lower openings or slits in the liner. outside the cooker or stove, as an inlet duct for fresh air or combustion air for the heating system.
The intake of fresh air or combustion air to the heating chamber of the cooker or stove can be regulated by closing the lower air inlet openings by means of control valves, drawers or other organs.
In the embodiment according to Figures 3 and 4, the cooker or the. stove was produced as a hot air cooker, having, - above a heating gas chamber 34 and above the hot plate or the plate 2, a baking oven, 'for roasting. 'and to be heated 36, which can be closed by a tilting front door 35 and above this a ceiling heating chamber 37. The heating gas chamber 34 communicates with the ceiling heating chamber 37 by a
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
vertical channel arranged in the hollow rear wall or by a pipe 38.
By placing the heating system unilaterally in the lower part of the hot air cooker, the communication pipe line 38 is placed on the opposite side between the heating gas chamber 34 and the ceiling heating chamber 37. , so that the heating plate or the plate 2 is affected, over its entire extent, by the heating gases, before these are evacuated to the ceiling heating chamber 37. It is also possible to provide above from the ceiling heating chamber, a boiler, preferably removable, which will then be touched and heated by the heating gases at its lower part, before these are evacuated to the external chimney through a directed pipe upwards or backwards 39 and an ad hoc pipe line.
It is also possible, by arranging control valves, drawers, etc., to slow down the evacuation of the heating gases to a greater or lesser extent and thus, by a pressure effect, to increase the heat energy of the cooker or the stove. stove.
If the heating installation is arranged unilaterally in the lower part of the cooker, the space available next to the heating installation below the gas heating chamber 34 and the plate 2 can be used at housing a heating chamber, a dryer or a boiler; in doing so, the part receiving the heating installation and the part receiving the heating installation of the front surface of the cooker are usefully produced by installing separate external doors 40 and 41, each of which can be closed in isolation.
The ceiling heating chamber 37 will be subdivided, in the case of a one-sided upward heating gas pipe, by a vertical middle wall having the passage opening 43 at the front; the heating gases will then first be routed to the neighboring part of the heating chamber, before these arrive in the external chimney, so
<Desc / Clms Page number 8>
that they must run through the entire ceiling heating chamber. The boiler will then be fitted, as usual, with a filler opening or pipe and a tap.
By way of thermal insulation and to prevent a too rapid loss of the heat contained in the heating gases in the ceiling heating chamber 37, the latter can also be subdivided, in addition to the vertical separation 42, by a horizontal separation. , thus creating two superimposed chambers, of which the lower chamber heats, first of all, the cooking chamber downwards and of which the part of the ceiling heating chamber 37, located above, does not deliver heat. heat to the ambient air located below, or to the boiler placed above,. after having sufficiently heated the part of the ceiling heating chamber 37, located below.
The upper cover wall of the ceiling heating chamber 37 may, in turn, be provided with an opening or a cover closing it in a gas-tight manner, having above the latter a tilting cover 44.
