Le présent brevet a pour objet une ceinture abdominale carac- térisée en ce que la partie dorsale est composée de deux parties en tissu non extensible assemblées l'une à l'autre par un lacet ou autre moyen approprié et en ce que chacune de ces deux parties au voisinage des hanches se dédoublent en deux autres en tissu extensible dont l'une formant sangle et entourant l'abdomen, s'accroche par agrafes à sa correspondante et ceci latéralement, tandis que l'autre moins longue est pourvue à son bord extérieur latéral de lanières ou bandes de traction en tissu non extensi- ble munies d'oeillets et d'un crochet d'attache ,qui passent au travers de boucles attachées à une bande centrale en tissu non extensible fixée extérieurement sur toute la hauteur de la partie en tissu extensible recouvrant l'abdomen,
et formant la branche verticale d'un T dont les ailes également en tissu non extensible sont entièrement dégagées, forment le soutien stomacal, et portent à leur extrémité vers l'extérieur une bou-

cle dans laquelle s'engage une lanière ou bande de traction en tissu élastique avec oeillets et crochet d'attache fixée la- téralement sur le haut des parties dorsales en tissu non extensi- ble de la ceinture.

A cet effet, afin de mieux faire comprendre l'objet de l'invention les dessins annexés figurant à titre explicatif et non limitatif représentent:
La fig.I une vue de devant de la ceinture envisagée con- formément à l'objet de l'invention,montrant à droite la ceinture dont la sangle est agraféé, ,les bandes de traction ainsi que la bande de traction du soutien stomacal, coupées en partie pour mieux laisser apercevoir les parties composantes de la ceinture et leur rôle.

En se reportant aux figures ci-dessus, 1 et 1' représentent les parties en tissu non extensible formant le dos de la ceinture et reliées l'une à l'autre par un lacet 2 ou autre moyen appro- prié convenable au but envisagé. De chaque côté du laçage, de hau- teur variable suivant la destination de la ceinture se trouvent des ressorts ou baleines 32 et 33.
A l'extrémité latérale des parties 1 et 1' sur le bord 3, celles-ci se dédoublent en deux parties 4 et 8 respectivement 5 et 7 en tissu entensible.
Les parties 4 et 5 formant une sangle enveloppant l'abdomen sont réunies voir fig.I par des agrafes- 6. Les parties 7 et 8 plus courtes sont munies à, leut bord extérieur de lanière ou bandes de traction 18 respectivement 15 en ,'--eau non extensible pourvues d'oeillets 16 respectivement 34 et de crochet d'attache .

Les bandes de traction 15 sont passées dans les boucles 13 puis une fois accrochées en 17, les extrémités sont recueil- lies par une lanière en cuir 20.
Les bandes de traction 18 sont pareillement passées dans les boucles 14, puis une fois accrochées en 19 les extrémités sont recueillies par une lanière en cuir 21.
Les boucles 13 et .14. sont fixées de part et d'autre d'une bande centrale 9 en tissu non extensible cousue sur la partie 4 en tissu extensible et formant la branche médiane de la pièce en forme de T de nature non extensible constituant le soutien sto- macal, dont les ailes 10 et II sont complètement dégagées du reste de la ceinture ,sauf par¯sa patte ou partie centrale 9.
Ce soutien stomacal 9-10-11 est pourvu dans sa partie su- périeure de trois petites baleines 12, afin d'éviter que ce sou- tien ne se plisse,perdant ainsi sa raison d'être. Afin d'éviter d'autre part, toute gêne au sujet, le soutien stomacal . est réglé par deux bandes;- élastiques 24 et 25, passant par les bou- cles 23 respectivement 22 garnissant les extrémités des ailes Il respectivement 10
La bande de traction élastique 24 cousue dans le haut de la partie dorsale 1' et pourvue d'oeillets .39 et d'un crochet d'attache 31, se recueille, après avoir passe flans la boucle 23 @ : sous la lanière en cuir 27.
De même la bande élastique 25 cousue dans le haut de la partie dorsale 1!.,et' pourvue d'oeillets 28 et d'un crochet d'attache 30 se recueille après avoir passé dans la boucle 22 sous la lanière en cuir 26.
Les ceintures du genre pour femmes seront pourvues de j.arretelles 36, se fixant à la partie inférieure extrême des parties dorsales I et 1 ' et de jarretelles 35 se fixant à la partie inférieure de la sangle élastique 4 de part et d'autre de la branche médiane 9.

ressort clairement de l'exposé ci-dessus et on se dispensera d'en développer le mode d'emploi car il se conçoit aisément que la mise en place comportera d'abord l'agrafage en 6 des parties 4 et 5 ,l'accrochage des bandes de traction 15 et 18 et enfin la fixation du soutien stomacal 10-11
Comme on peut le remarquer par ce qui précède, l'objet de l'invention se prête à de nombreuses modalités d'exécution dans les dimensions et l'aspect de la ceinture, suivant le sexe, l'âge et la corpulence du sujet.
Dans un autre ordre d'idées ,la sangle 4-5 pourra s'agrafer sur le côté droit ou gauche suivant le désir.
On remarquera spécialement que les bandes de traction telles que 15-18 confectionnées en tissu extra fort non extensible forment un appui absolument ferme faisant office de support et remontant immanquablement les organes qui une fois remontés sont contenus par le soutien stomacal 10-11, prévu à cet effet et fixé à la sangle élastique 4 sur toute la hauteur de celle-ci au moyen de la bande centrale 9 comme représenté et spécifié cidessus.

Referring to the figures above, 1 and 1 'show the non-stretch fabric parts forming the back of the belt and connected to each other by a lace 2 or other suitable means suitable for the intended purpose. The traction bands 15 are passed through the loops 13 then, once hooked at 17, the ends are collected by a leather strap 20.
The traction bands 18 are similarly passed through the loops 14, then once hooked at 19 the ends are collected by a leather strap 21.
Loops 13 and .14. are fixed on either side of a central strip 9 of non-extensible fabric sewn onto part 4 of extensible fabric and forming the middle branch of the T-shaped piece of non-extensible nature constituting the stomatal support, of which the wings 10 and II are completely free from the rest of the belt, except by its tab or central part 9.
This stomach support 9-10-11 is provided in its upper part with three small ribs 12, in order to prevent this support from wrinkling, thus losing its purpose. In order to avoid on the other hand, any discomfort about, stomach support. is regulated by two bands; - elastic bands 24 and 25, passing through the buckles 23 respectively 22 lining the ends of the wings II respectively 10
The elastic traction band 24 sewn into the top of the dorsal part 1 'and provided with eyelets .39 and an attachment hook 31, is collected, after passing through the loop 23 @: under the leather strap 27.
Likewise the elastic band 25 sewn into the top of the dorsal part 1!., And 'provided with eyelets 28 and an attachment hook 30 is collected after passing through the loop 22 under the leather strap 26.
Belts of the kind for women will be provided with suspenders 36, attaching to the extreme lower part of the back parts I and 1 ', and suspenders 35 attaching to the lower part of the elastic strap 4 on either side of the waistband. the middle branch 9.

emerges clearly from the above description and we will dispense with developing the instructions for use because it is easily understood that the installation will first include the stapling in 6 of parts 4 and 5, the hook traction bands 15 and 18 and finally the fixation of the stomach support 10-11
As can be seen from the foregoing, the subject of the invention lends itself to numerous methods of execution in the dimensions and appearance of the belt, depending on the sex, age and build of the subject.
In another vein, the strap 4-5 can be stuck on the right or left side as desired.
It will be especially noted that the traction bands such as 15-18 made of extra strong non-stretch fabric form an absolutely firm support acting as a support and inevitably raising the organs which, once reassembled, are contained by the stomach support 10-11, provided for this effect and fixed to the elastic strap 4 over the entire height thereof by means of the central band 9 as shown and specified above.
