   L'invention a pour objet   d'améliorer   le système actuel de broyage du café par un appareil donnant le   thème   résultat dans un temps beaucoup plus court, un mouvement moins fastidieux et l'avantage pratique de déterminer une mesure   quan-   titative. 



   La   fig.l   représente   à   titre d'exemple et de réalisation un appareil mural vu de faoe, montrant le corps principal 1 l'ouverture du réservoir 2, le petit levier oscillant 3 et le grand levier d'aotionnement 4.

   La fig. II présente le corps de l'appareil coupé ainsi que l'assemblage au noeud du grand levier 4 et suivant   l'axe   A-A
Un piston 5 dont l'extérieur est fileté, est relié au grand levier par une tige 6 et un axe 7 ; un   bube   8 termine l'appareil. 



   La fig. III est un agrandissement du profil du filet de piston. 



   Fonctionnement.- Un mouvement de haut en bas du grand levier actionne le piston d'un mouvement rectiligne et de même sens, entraînant les graina de café sur l'angle 9 du corps de l'appareil; ces grains se trouvent brisés dans une petite chambre formant entonnoir où ils se trouvent   entraînés   de nouveau dans un anneau cylindrique de même diamètre que le piston et réduits en petits grains dont la grosseur est déterminée par la   profonoeur   du filet. 



   REVENDICATIONS
1 ) un broyeur à   café,,   caractérisé en ce que le broyage se fait par entraînement des grains entre   le s   parois d'un piston mobile et les parois d'un cylindre fixe. 



   2 ) broyeur suivant 1 ), caractérisé en ce que le corps du cylindre comporte une saillie contre laquelle les grains sont broyés, le cylindre présentant lui-même une série   d'arrêtés   horizontales parallèles.

   Operation.- An up and down movement of the large lever activates the piston in a rectilinear movement in the same direction, driving the coffee beans on angle 9 of the body of the device; these grains are found broken in a small chamber forming a funnel where they are entrained again in a cylindrical ring of the same diameter as the piston and reduced into small grains whose size is determined by the depth of the thread.
