  RACCORD DEMONTABLE INSTANTANE POUR TUYAUX EN   MATIERE   
SOUPLE OU MALLEABLE 
La présente invention a pour objet un raccord démontable instantané, pour joindre l'un l'autre des tuyaux en matiè= re souple ou malléable, ou pour les raccorder à des autres organes, tels que: réservoirs, pompes, soupapes etc. 



   Ce raccord est caractérisé en ce que le bout du tuyau est raidi par une douille conique mâle qu'on enfonce dans son embouchure et qui, en la dilatant, lui donne une forme co= nique évasée. 



   Sur ce bout conique on fait ajuster une cuvette ou douil= le conique femelle, enfilée sur le tuyau et qu'on force   @   sur l'évasure du tuyau par un moyen de tirage connu. 



   La douille conique interne étant solidaire en manière étanche de l'organe à qui on doit raccorder le tuyau, on

 obtient un raccordement parfait soit au point de vue de l'étanchéité que de la solidité. 



  Au but de rendre l'invention clairement compréhensible, on a illustré le dispositif en plusieurs exemples de réa=   lisation pratique ;- entendu que ces exemples ne bor=   nent nullement l'étendue du brévet, la construction du rac= cord pouvant être ultérieurement modifiée suivant les exi= gences de la pratique. 



  Fig.1 montre un premier exemple de raccord pour joindre un tuyau à un organe de nature différente ( réservoirs, pompe, soupape etc). 



  Fig. 2 est une variante au raccord   fig.l.   



  Fig.3 est un type de raccord pour joindre entre eux deux bouts de tuyau. 



  Fig.4 est un second type de raccord pour bouts de tuyaux, qui permet de détacher à   pliisir   les tuyaux sans démonter les raccord= de ses bouts. 



  Fig.5 montre un troisième type de raccord pour bouts de tuyaux, pourvu de robinet ou soupape. 



  Fig. 6 montre un quatrième type de raccord adapté pour bouts de tuyaux de grand diamètre. 



   -1- désigne le tuyau à raccorder, en caoutchouc, chan= vre, cuir, plombe, aluminium, cuivre, etc.,dans le bout   du=   quel on a enfoncé une douille conique   marne   -2-, pourvue d'un filetage -3- pour la raccorder à un réservoir, pompe, soupape, tuyau d'autre type,etc. et d'un   filetage   -4-(qui peut être la prosécution du filetage -3-,lorsque ce dernier est mâle au lieu que femelle), sur lequel est vissé un é= crou -5- qui sert au tirage d'une douille conique femel= le -6-, enfilée sur le tuyau -1-. 



   Le vissage de l'écrou -5- fait comprimer le bout du tu= au -1- entre les surfaces coniques des douilles -2- et-6- et en assure un fixage sûr et étanche. 



   La surface du cône peut être lisse ou pourvue d'un gou= .   dronnage,   de petites gorges ou autre artifice assurant une bonne adhérence du tuyau.

   Dans la variante fig.2, l'écrou -5- appuye contre une flas= que de la douille-2- et tire la douille-6- par un filetage dont   celle-ci- est   pourvue. 



  Le fonctionnement en est   le'même.   



  Le raccord fig.4 est fonné par deux raccords du type   fig.l   ou   fig.2,   ou semblable, réunis l'un à l'autre au moyen.d'un écrou -7- qui se visse sur l'un et appuye sur une flasque -8- de l'autre. Une garniture -9- assure l'étanchéité de la jonc= tion. Dans la fig.3 un voit un exemple de raccord pour la jonction de deux boutsde tuyaux. Ce raccord comprend une douille mâle -2-,double, qur'on enfonce dans les bouts des tubes, et deux douilles femelles-6- et   -6'-,dont   l'une est filetée pour recevoir un écrou -5- qui, avec son bord -5'- tire la douille   -6'-.   



  En tournant l'écrou -5- on serre en même temps les deux douil les -6- et -6'-. Si l'on prefère, ces deux dernières peuvent être semblables, c'est à dire filetées toutes les deux, l'u= ne à filetage droit, l'autre à filetage gauche. 



  L'écrou -5- en ce cas est pourvu lui aussi d'un double file= tage droit et gauche. 



  Ce type de raccord permet de séparer les deux troncs de tu= yaux sans dégarnir leurs bouts. 



  En fig.5 on voit un type de raccord double ( ou triple, qua= druple etc.) pourvu d'un robinet, soupape, distribution, etc.

   La fig.6, enfin, montre un raccord semblable à celui de la fig.3, mais dans lequel le tirage est fait par des bou= lons -11-. Ce type de raccord est adapté pour les grands . tuyaux, et au lieu des boulons on   peut   prévoir des clés à ex= centrique ou autres organes de tirage à démontage rapide (joints à bayonnette etc. )

The object of the present invention is an instantaneous removable connector, for joining pipes of flexible or malleable material to one another, or for connecting them to other components, such as: reservoirs, pumps, valves, etc.



   This connection is characterized in that the end of the pipe is stiffened by a conical male socket which is pushed into its mouth and which, by expanding it, gives it a conical flared shape.



   On this conical end we adjust a bowl or socket = the female conical, threaded on the pipe and that we force @ on the widening of the pipe by a known pulling means.



   The internal conical bush being integral in a sealed manner to the member to which the pipe is to be connected, we

 obtains a perfect connection both from the point of view of tightness and solidity.



  In order to make the invention clearly understandable, the device has been illustrated in several examples of practical realization; - understood that these examples in no way limit the scope of the patent, the construction of the connector being able to be subsequently modified according to the requirements of the practice.



  Fig. 1 shows a first example of a connection for joining a pipe to a component of a different nature (tanks, pump, valve, etc.).



  Fig. 2 is a variant of the connection fig.l.



  Fig.3 is a type of connector for joining two ends of pipe together.



  Fig.4 is a second type of connector for hose ends, which allows the hoses to be detached by bending without removing the connectors from their ends.



  Fig. 5 shows a third type of connection for hose ends, provided with a tap or valve.



  Fig. 6 shows a fourth type of fitting suitable for large diameter pipe ends.



   -1- designates the pipe to be connected, in rubber, chan = vre, leather, lead, aluminum, copper, etc., in the end of which a conical marl bush has been inserted -2-, provided with a thread - 3- to connect it to a tank, pump, valve, pipe of another type, etc. and a thread -4- (which can be the prosecution of the thread -3-, when the latter is male instead of female), on which is screwed a é = nut -5- which is used to draw a socket female conical = the -6-, threaded on the pipe -1-.

   In the variant fig.2, the nut -5- rests against a flange = that of the sleeve-2- and pulls the sleeve-6- by a thread with which the latter is provided.



  The operation is the same.



  The connector fig.4 is formed by two connectors of the type fig.l or fig.2, or similar, joined to each other by means of a nut -7- which is screwed on one and rests on one flange -8- on the other. A gasket -9- ensures the tightness of the junction. In fig.3 a see an example of a fitting for the junction of two pipe ends. This fitting includes a male socket -2-, double, which is pushed into the ends of the tubes, and two female sockets-6- and -6 '-, one of which is threaded to receive a nut -5- which, with its edge -5'- pull the sleeve -6'-.



  Turning the nut -5- simultaneously tightens the two sockets -6- and -6'-. If preferred, these last two can be similar, that is to say both threaded, one with right thread, the other with left thread.



  The nut -5- in this case is also provided with a double thread = right and left floor.



  This type of connection makes it possible to separate the two trunks of tu = yaux without stripping their ends.



  In fig. 5 we see a type of double connection (or triple, qua = druple etc.) provided with a tap, valve, distribution, etc.

   Fig.6, finally, shows a connection similar to that of fig.3, but in which the pulling is made by bolts -11-. This type of fitting is suitable for adults. pipes, and instead of bolts one can provide ex = centric wrenches or other quick-release pulling members (bayonet joints etc.)
