Description
Pistolet automatique.
<EMI ID=1.1>
<EMI ID=2.1>
<EMI ID=3.1>
<EMI ID=4.1>
<EMI ID=5.1>
<EMI ID=6.1>
<EMI ID=7.1>
<EMI ID=8.1>
<EMI ID=9.1>
<EMI ID=10.1>
<EMI ID=11.1>
<EMI ID=12.1>

Its purpose is to improve the resistance and operation of the weapon and to facilitate handling and disassembly.
The accompanying drawings show by way of example no
limiting one embodiment of the invention. This one
extends to the various original peculiarities that
the arrangement shown
The figol is a perspective view of the parts of the
cylinder head shown in disassembly position
The figo2 is an overview of the movable cylinder head
with the locking lever in the dismantling position
Fig. 3 is a partial section through one of the parts
of fig.l.
Figo4 is a perspective view of the carcass of
the weapon showing the various parts in disassembly position.
Fig. 5 is a general view of the frame of the weapon.
The weapon consists essentially of a movable breech 2
provided with longitudinal grooves such as 2a sliding the
along appropriate ribs 3a provided on the carcass 3 of 1 ', weapon.
The barrel 4 is placed in the movable breech and is
<EMI ID = 2.1>
by rotation in a suitable groove such as 42b provided in the movable yoke. It is held in place
<EMI ID = 3.1>
said element. The barrel normally bears against a face 2a of the movable breech acting as a stop to limit the displacement of the barrel towards the rear. A recovery spring 5 bears on the one hand against the tube-shaped part 42g on which the button 42d is provided and on the other hand against a block 4a integral with the barrel and by means of an element 5a which is adapted the guide rod 5b of the recovery spring. This element 5a is provided with a part 5c in the form of a ring engaging in a corresponding recess 4b of the block 4a of the barrel. When this element is mounted, between the block 4a and the latter there is a housing 5d in which the shaft 6 of a locking lever 6a engages. This axis is at the same time engaged in two holes such as 6b provided in the flanges of the carcass.
In this way, the recovery spring 5 bears on the carcass during the retraction of the movable breech. In order to prevent the escape of this axis out of its housing,
<EMI ID = 4.1>
this is fitted with a ramp (in which a ball 6c fits into the element 5a (see fig. 3).
On the block 4a of the barrel are provided two flat faces, one horizontal 4c, the other inclined 4f. These faces are intended to cooperate with identical flat faces provided on a stop 4d integral with the frame of the weapon. The shape of the section of this stop appears at 4d '(fig. 5). This is shown in dotted lines below block 4a of the barrel in figol.The barrel is locked in relation to the bolt is effected by
<EMI ID = 5.1>
During firing, the movable breech 2 retreats, bringing the barrel 4 with it. After the barrel recedes slightly, the inclined face 4f of the block 4a comes to rest on the corresponding flat face of the stop 4d; this results in a lowering of the rear part of the barrel relative to the bolt This lowering continues until the grooves 4g
of the barrel are released from the grooves 2b of the breech. At this moment the stop 4d is located in the bottom of the inclined groove of the block 4a so that the barrel is blocked with respect to the carcass 3 of the weapon. The movable breech alone continues its recoil movement by arming the external hammer 7 (fig. 4 and 5) as well as the extraction and ejection operations.
It should be noted that the element 5a of the recovery spring guide does not participate in the retraction movement so that the displacement of the movable yoke takes place
<EMI ID = 6.1>
The same movements of the barrel are carried out, but in the opposite direction when the movable breech returns to its initial position When disassembling the weapon, after having withdrawn the axis 6 out of its housing, the movable breech and all the parts which are integral with it can be raised as a unit (Vair f'ig.2) without allowing the sudden relaxation of the recovery spring.
In order to obtain a good seal of the weapon, in particular at the location of the ejection window 2d, the part of the barrel which is normally in front of the latter is provided with a flat face 4h which closes completely said window. Moreover, if foreign matter tended to settle on this face, they would be automatically removed thanks to the scraping effect produced by the lowering of the barrel during recoil.
The rear part of the movable breech consists of a solid part 2f in which the housings for a striker, an extractor and a lever are provided.
shooting ,
This massive part 2f contributes to increasing the rigidity of the cylinder head and to preventing its deformation. The striker 8 and its spring 8a are arranged in a cylindrical central housing, not shown, provided in said solid part. The point of this firing pin reaches during firing
<EMI ID = 7.1>
central part while its rear part is flush with an 8c (fig.2) so as to be in the field of folding of the hammer 7. This rear part 8c passed through a plate 8d closing off the firing pin housing. This is slid vertically by's side edges such as 8h in suitable grooves such as 8f of the rear part 2f of the movable yoke.
The extractor 9 is also slipped into a longitudinal housing (not shown) of the movable breech arranged in the v
side of the ejection window 2d. It is held in place by a groove 9a in which one of the edges engages
<EMI ID = 8.1>
The firing lever 10 is housed in a groove-shaped recess made in the lower part of the solid part 2f and can pivot about an axis 10a disposed transversely to the breech The axis 10a is carried by a part 10b plate-shaped accommodating in a corresponding recess 10c of the movable yoke This part also carries a rod 10 notched along a portion of circumference corresponding to the bulge 9b of the extractor so that this extractor fixedly holds the rod 10d as well as the organs which are attached to it
The rear part of the breech is removed as follows: the rear part of the firing pin is pushed back, for example by means of the end 6d of the pin 6; by a slight upward pull, the plate 8d is removed, which allows the extractor 8 and its spring 8a to be withdrawn; the removal of the plate also has the effect of releasing the extractor 9 as a result of the release of its groove 9a; after having carried out the withdrawal of the extractor, the part 10b can also be withdrawn and consequently determine the release of the firing lever 10.
The firing lever 10 (shown in dotted lines in fig. 5)
is arranged on the movable breech such that in the normal position thereof, it cooperates simultaneously with a finger 11 moved by the trigger 11 and with a trigger 12
(see fig. 4 and 5)
The trigger 12 can pivot about an axis 12a which engages both in holes such as 12b of the frame of the weapon and in the hole 12c of the trigger.
<EMI ID = 9.1>
such that it is flush with the inner surface of the slide grooves 3a of the movable yoke so that this pin cannot come out of its housing when the movable yoke is in place,
A leaf spring 13 mounted in the handle 3d is supported under said trigger and tends to rotate it around its axis in the direction of clockwise. The upper part of the trigger is fitted with a block
12f which cooperates with two notches of the trigger, one of which 7b is the weapon notch and the other 7a of which is a very deep intermediate notch for which the weapon is safe. The hammer pivots around an axis 7c penetrating into the hole 7d of said hammer and carried by the safety lever 7f. Automatic arming of the hammer is done during the retraction of the breech by the action of the lower edge of the plate 8d acting against the flat part 7h of said hammer. A rod 14 is articulated to the hammer 7 and is provided with a spring 14h which at rest bears against two stops 14a and 14b of said rod.
When the hammer is mounted, the rod 14a engages in a groove 14c separating two neighboring lugs 14d and
14g against which the spring 14h rests when cocking the hammer. These lugs also constitute one of the support points of the leaf spring 13. In addition, a hole 7k is provided in the hammer so as to cooperate in its lightening while constituting with the hole 7d a locating means facilitating its manufacture.
The safety pin 7c is provided with an annular bulge 7m engaging in an opening 7n of the same diameter of the carcass
The safety of the weapon is obtained by turning the safety 7f in the direction of the needles of a shown. This rotation has the effect of making the nozzle 7p penetrate into
<EMI ID = 10.1>
at the same t mps to press an element 7q integral with the safety below the trigger 12 so as to block the latter. Limiting the movement of the safety device 7f is achieved by virtue of the presence of a ring portion groove 7r through which the element 7q penetrates.
The ejector 15 is made in the form of a cut strip and is held on the frame of the weapon on the one hand by the axis 12a of the trigger entering the hole 15a and on the other hand, by the axis 7c security penetrating the
<EMI ID = 11.1>
It should be noted that this hole 15b has an elongated shape so as to allow the passage of a pin 7t
<EMI ID = 12.1>
such that when the ejector is mounted, it is different from the direction of the lug 7t so that the axis 7c is axially blocked by this ejector
The dismantling of the carcass is carried out as follows:
After removing the breech and using the tip of the firing pin removed beforehand, the trigger pin 12a is pushed out of its housing, which allows the trigger 12 and the spring 13 to be removed; in addition, the ejector 15 can drive downwards around the axis 7c until the elongated hole 15b is disposed in the same direction as the lug 7t. In this position of the voter the safety can
be removed by exerting pressure on the end of the pivot at the same time as the ejector, the hammer and the parts which are integral with it.
The breech stop lever 6 is fitted with a 6m lug
(see fig.l) which is normally in the path of the transporter 16 of the magazine 16a so that after the firing of the last cartridge this lug is pushed upwards and determines the engagement of the end 6k of said lever in a corresponding notch 6p of the movable yoke so as to keep the latter back. The release of the movable yoke can be carried out by hand by acting on the aforementioned end.
