Récipient pour liquides à pulvériser. -

<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Container for spray liquids. -
The object of the present invention is a container for containing liquids to be sprayed, which container differs from other similar containers already known in that it can be placed on the market independently of the piston blower or the like.
The currently known spraying devices have the great drawback that filling by the private individual offers certain difficulties, and generally causes the liquid to be unrolled on the device in question, which makes it difficult to touch and apply, particularly. more than most liquid insecticidal products are petroleum based.
This invention has a double advantage, both for the consumer and for the producer, with regard to the inviolability of the container, excluding any possibility of falsification or subtraction of the product.
The manufacturer still finds his benefit in the exploitation of the invention, in that it prevents the use of the air pump with any other container, and also with any other liquid. This is a real advantage for the manufacturer

insecticides, perfumes and other products; for, if he places a sprayer or vaporizer on the market, it is obviously not for the purpose of selling the apparatus; but well to have its product admitted; the manufacturer of the liquid will even make a sacrifice on the sale of the pump, in order to place the instrument within the reach of the purchaser of his product, but of his product only.
According to the invention, the container is traversed right through by a tube intended to receive the front part of a removable air pump body; on the other hand, a pipe for conveying the liquid originates in the container, and opens into the tube referred to above, very close to the outlet of the pump acting as a blower.
This container has other characteristic points which will be described in more detail below, and claimed in the summary.
In the accompanying drawing is shown, by way of example, an embodiment of the present invention.
The single figure shows a section along the axis of the container in which an air pump is arranged.
The container a is crossed right through by a tube b. This tube is intended to receive, with gentle friction, the front part of a removable air pump body c.
The end 1 of the tube b can constitute, at the outlet orifice, a filter to retain, 'in certain particular cases, the projection of deposits. This filter can be removable.
The tube b comprises, according to the drawing, a threaded part b ', produced for example by simple stamping. This threaded part serves to hold the air pump securely in said tube which, for its part, has the same screw thread at its front part.
It is understood that this mode of coupling can also be done using a bayonet device, or by

simple friction, or possibly by interposing an elastic material, such as rubber, or else felt or another suitable material.
In the container is provided a pipe e, the purpose of which is to allow the evacuation of the liquid under the effect of the blower. For this purpose, this tubing originates at the place where, in its position of use, the receptacle will contain the bottom of the liquid, and opens into the tube b, very close to the place where it is to come to rest. the air pump outlet c 'c. This tubing can optionally be provided with any type of sealing, and can be actuated by the action of the blower itself.
This sealing can be achieved in different ways, in particular by the application of a ball returning to its seat under the pressure of a spring whose tension is less than the force of the blower, or of a valve which can on its side be designed in several ways, or by layering lights. These ways of closing off the outlet orifice of the tubing may, as can be seen, be a few, and no special mode is therefore to be claimed in the present application.
In order to fill canister a, an inlet with sunken and flared edges f is provided.
After filling, a washer g is placed in this opening. and this washer is fixed using a thin layer of solder h.
However, in certain cases it may be necessary to be able to fill the container, and where the question of the authenticity of the product does not play any role.
In these cases, and in order to be able to fill the container without having to damage it, the opening is closed using a screw cap, which can optionally be sealed at its place of origin.
The invention has been described purely as an indication, and in no way limiting, and it goes without saying that many modifications

fioations can be made to its details without departing from its mind.
