  BREVET D'INVENTION Nouvelle Tuile 
Cette invention a pour objet une nouvelle tuile à côtes cannelées et caractérisée par le fait qu'elle porte sur le revers au droit des emboitements ou des reliefs des nervures longitudinales plus ou moins prononcées qui permettent de réaliser des emboitements très profonds sans accentuer les reliefs de la faoe de la tuile et son épaisseur; qui augmen- tent la rigidité et la solidité de la tuile, et permettent ainsi de diminuer son poids. 



   Le dessin annexé à titre d'exemple représente : Figure I, un modèle de tuile réalisé suivant cette invention. 



  Figure 2, une coupe suivant l'axe Ä-A   (fig.I)   d'une telle tuile. 



  Figure 3, l'application du nouveau système de nervures et du nouveau modèle de fixation à une tuile losangée.

   Ce dessin montre les caractéristiques nouvelles des tuiles créées. 



   Les tuiles, quelle que soit leur forme, comportent sur le revers une nervure longitudinale I le long de l'emboîtement recouvrant et d'autres nervures longitudinales 2 au droit des reliefs de la face. 



   La nervure I réalise un emboitement très profond sans que les reliefs de la face de la tuile soient accrus. 



   Les nervures I et 2 renforcent la tuile et lui donnent une grande rigidité de sorte qu'il est possible de diminuer son épaisseur et son poids sans nuire à la résistance. 



   Elles permettent de supprimer le panneton de ligature normalement prévu sur les tuiles et de le remplacer par un sim- ple trou 3 pratiqué dans une des nervures.

  PATENT OF INVENTION New Tile
The object of this invention is a new tile with fluted ribs and characterized by the fact that it bears on the reverse side, in line with the interlocking or reliefs, more or less pronounced longitudinal ribs which allow very deep interlocking without accentuating the reliefs of the faoe of the tile and its thickness; which increase the rigidity and solidity of the tile, and thus make it possible to reduce its weight.



   The accompanying drawing by way of example shows: Figure I, a model of a tile made according to this invention.



  Figure 2, a section along the axis Ä-A (fig.I) of such a tile.



  Figure 3, the application of the new system of ribs and the new model of fixation to a diamond-shaped tile.

   This drawing shows the new characteristics of the tiles created.



   The tiles, whatever their shape, have on the reverse side a longitudinal rib I along the overlapping interlocking and other longitudinal ribs 2 in line with the reliefs of the face.



   The rib I produces a very deep interlocking without the reliefs of the face of the tile being increased.



   The ribs I and 2 reinforce the tile and give it great rigidity so that it is possible to reduce its thickness and weight without affecting the resistance.



   They make it possible to remove the ligature bit normally provided on the tiles and to replace it with a simple hole 3 made in one of the ribs.

Claims

As can easily be seen, this manufacturing method can be applied to any model of tile. It suffices to distribute the ribs according to the position of the reliefs of the face of the tile or even simply to the best of the manufacturing requirements in the case of absolutely flat tiles. In particular, this method applies very well to the diamond-shaped tile currently being manufactured as shown in FIG. 3, ABSTRACT : New tile with fluted rib characterized by t I - The provision of a rib on the reverse along the sockets increasing the depth of the sockets without increasing the height of the tile.
