La présente invention a pour objet une anse ou poignée pour seaux, marmites, valises, malles, caisses, et en général, tous colis ou instruments nécessitant une poignée ou une anse, essentiellement caractérisée en ce que chaque extrémité de 1 anse métallique est recourbée pour pivoter sur un pivot formé ou porté par deux oreilles s'emboîtant fixement l'une dans ou sur l'autre, les dites oreilles étant fixées, rapportées au seau, malle, etc...
Les extrémités de l'anse peuvent être recourbées pour former un oeillet complet, ou un demi o eill et. Dans ce dernier cas, chaque extrémité est enfermée dans la botte formée par les deux oreilles supportant le pivot de tourillonnage, et cette boite est pourvue latéralement d'une fenêtre délimitant les oscillations permises de l'anse.

Aux fig. 1 à 3 , la paroi extérieure 11 du seau porte, au- dessous de son bourrelet supérieur 12, une oreille.! contournant le bourrelet 12 et s'étendant verticalement au-dessus du seau.
Il y a évidemment deux oreilles semblables, diamétralement op- posées. Ces oreilles sont soudées, brasées, rivées ou autrement fixées à la paroi du seau, avant ou après étamage mais cette opération peut s'exécuter d'elle-même en procédant à l'opéra- tion de la galvanisation du seau. Chaque oreille porte, sur sa face interne, un petit manchon creux 13 dans lequel est emboîté exactement un manchon 5 porté par une autre oreille 3 qui s'ap- puie contre la face interne du seau. On constitue ainsi un pi- vot 5 -13 bordé par les oreilles 4 et 3 , et sur lequel peut tourillonner dans les deux sens l'oeil .2. terminant l' anse 1 de chaque coté. L'anse peut ainsi pivoter librement, et s'appuyer sur le rebord 12 du seau ou de la casserole ; son pivot, très solide, n'est pas apparent, et l'oeil 2 est bordé de part et d'autre par les oreilles 3 et 4, de sorte que tout accrochage de vête- ments, toute blessure est rendue impossible.
Dans l'exemple de la fig.4, 'l'oreille 3 s'étend le long de la face interne du seau, à laquelle elle est fixée, l'oreil- le 4 étant simplement repliée sous le bourrelet 12. On peut é- videmment aussi fixer les deux oreilles au seau, mais ceci n' est nullement nécessaire. De même, les manchons 5 et 13 peuvent être inversés de position.
Dans l'exemple de la fig.5, l'oreille 4, montée comme dans la fig.3, porte son manchon sur sa face externe, l'oreille 3. s'appuyant par un coude 14 contre l'oreille 4 (à laquelle el- le peut être fixée ). Ce montage permet à l'anse de se rabattre au-delà du bourrelet 12, contre la face du seau.
Le même montage que celui des fige.1 à 4 peut être appli- qué aux poignées de malle, valise, etc. , les oreilles possédant alors un talon 15 percé de trous 16 pour le passage de pointes, vis ou rivets devant les réunir à la malle.
Pour les malles et valises, il est généralement préféra- ble de limiter l'oscillation de la poignée. Dans ce cas, comme le montrent plus particulièrement les fige. 7 à 9, les oreilles ne portent plus de manchon, mais elles s'emboîtent sur tout le pourtour de leur partie verticale, possédant à cet effet un rebord périphérique 17. Les deux oreilles sont réunies par un boulon, rivet ou tige 9 servant de liaison entre les deux oreil - les, tout en empêchant la poignée de s'échapper. Le pivotement de l'oeil 2 d.e la poignée 1 se fait donc particulièrement sur sa périphérie intérieure.
Les rebords 17 des deux oreilles sont coupés suivant une fenêtre 10 (figs.9 et 10 ) dans laquelle passe le bout de la poignée 1 , cette fenêtre délimitant, par son bord supérieur 6 ,

l'amplitude de pivotement de la poignée 1.
L'oeil 2 peut n'ttre fermé qu'à demi, comme dans l'exemple de la fig.10, ce qui permet, d'une part, de faire des oreilles moins hautes, et d'autre part d'offrir, par le frottement et appui du bout droit de l'oeil contre la face interne de l'oreil- le 3 (en 18) une aide efficace déchargeant l'arête 6, de l'effort exercé par le poids porté. Il est à noter à ce sujet, que dans l'exemple de la fig. 9 , l'oeil 2 est en contact sur tout son pourtour, avec l'oreille 8.
On peut évidemment, comme le montre le pointillé de la fig.6 , réunir les talons 15 des deux oreilles internes de cha- que extrémité de la poignée, l'ensemble ne comportant alors plus que 4 pièces : les deux oreilles 3., la poignée 1 et la double oreille 4.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Anse ou poignée pour seaux, marmites, malles, valises, etc.. dans laquelle la partie mobile est formée d'une tige mé- tallique, caractérisée par ce que les extrémités de cette tige, recourbées, tourillonnent autour d'un axe formé ou porté par deux oreilles emboîtées fixement l'une sur ou dans l'autre et dont l'une ou les deux sont fixées au seau, malle, etc...
2. Mode de réalisation de la poignée suivant revendica- tion 1, caractérisé par ce que les deux oreilles portent chacu- ne un manchon, ces manchons s'emboftant l'un dans l'autre pour assembler les oreilles et former le pivot de l'oeil terminal de la poignée.
3. Mode de réalisation de la poignée suivant la revendica- tion 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour les malles, valises, cais- ses et colis analogues, particulièrement, chaque oreille possè- de un talon horizontal pour sa fixation à la malle, etc...
