Abstract
On décrit un procédé pour améliorer le rendement du recyclage de fibres textile PLA comprenant : - La décontamination de la matière textile ; - La séparation des fibres textile PLA des autres fibres textiles non-PLA, par dissolution dans un ester lactique; - L’hydrolyse de cette solution d’ester lactique en acide lactique; - La récupération de l’acide lactique sa polymérisation pour reformer du PLA Caractérisé en ce que l’on soumet les fibres textiles après l’étape de décontamination à une étape de séchage afin de réduire la teneur en eau.
