La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour ramasser des déjections animales.
On connaît de nombreux dispositifs pour ramasser des déjections animales.
La méthode la plus utilisée jusqu'à présent pour ramasser des déjections animales est l'utilisation d'un sac, l'utilisateur passant sa main dans le sac pour le protéger des déjections, sa main servant alors de moyens de préhension des déjections. Une fois, les déjections dans une partie du sac, le sac est refermé. Le sac ne peut alors être utilisé qu'une seule fois.
Pour éviter un contact protégé par le sac entre la main et la déjection, des dispositifs particuliers ont été mis au point.
Ces dispositifs ont toutefois l'inconvénient de ne permettre qu'une utilisation unique du sac, de sorte que l'utilisateur se doit de se promener avec un sac plein de déjections en main, avant de pouvoir s'en débarrasser.
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif permettant d'éviter tout contact indirect entre la main et la déjection avec interposition du sac, et permettant de recevoir deux déjections animales dans un même sac, plus spécifiquement dans deux parties distinctes du sac.
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour ramasser des déjections animales, en particulier canines, comprenant :
- un support comprenant des moyens pour attacher un sac flexible comportant une extrémité fermée et une extrémité ouverte, l'extrémité ouverte du sac étant destinée à recouvrir une extrémité du support, - une poignée ou un moyen de préhension, et
- une palette adaptée pour être attachée de manière amovible au support. Ce dispositif se caractérise : en ce que le sac est réalisé en une matière souple ou flexible, ledit sac comportant au moins un premier fil entourant au moins partiellement le sac et adapté pour fermer une première partie du sac tournée vers l'extrémité fermée du sac, et au moins un deuxième fil entourant le sac et adjacent du premier fil pour fermer ladite première partie du sac, en ce que le support comporte un premier corps creux et un deuxième corps monté mobile par rapport au premier corps, et en ce que le deuxième corps présente une partie mobile comportant au moins un premier moyen d'attache pour une extrémité du premier fil et un deuxième moyen d'attache pour une extrémité du deuxième fil,
de manière à ce qu'au moins un mouvement de ladite partie mobile par rapport au premier corps creux assure la fermeture de la première partie du sac.
De façon avantageuse, le deuxième corps et/ou le premier corps comporte des moyens pour maintenir le sac en position ouverte au niveau des premier et deuxième fils, lorsque ladite partie mobile du deuxième corps n'est pas déplacée par rapport au premier corps creux dans une position assurant la fermeture de la première partie du sac.
Selon un détail avantageux, le deuxième corps présente un élément avec poignée et une partie mobile comportant au moins un premier moyen d'attache pour une extrémité du premier fil et un deuxième moyen d'attache pour une extrémité du deuxième fil, de manière à ce qu'au moins un mouvement de ladite partie mobile par rapport au premier corps creux assure la fermeture de la première partie du sac, tandis que l'élément avec poignée ou le premier corps présente des moyens pour attacher une partie respectivement du premier fil et du deuxième fil.
Selon une forme de réalisation, le premier corps présente au voisinage de son extrémité destinée à être recouverte par la partie du sac au voisinage de son extrémité ouverte, une fente ouverte adaptée pour recevoir par glissement une partie du sac tournée sur elle-même, partie adjacente de l'extrémité ouverte du sac.
Selon un détail avantageux d'une forme de réalisation, le dispositif comporte un moyen pour maintenir la partie mobile du deuxième corps par rapport au premier corps, dans une position assurant la fermeture de la première partie du sac.
Selon un détail d'une forme de réalisation particulière, la partie mobile comprend deux lattes éventuellement attachées l'une à l'autre, chaque latte portant un doigt engagé dans une fente d'une patte de l'élément avec poignée.
De préférence, chaque latte comporte un orifice ou un renfoncement adapté pour recevoir l'extrémité d'un doigt mobile du premier corps pour maintenir la partie mobile du deuxième corps par rapport au premier corps, dans une position assurant la fermeture de la première partie du sac.
Selon un autre détail d'une forme de réalisation avantageuse, le premier corps présente un volume creux adapté pour recevoir au moins deux parties de sacs chargées en déjections, lesdites parties étant maintenues fermées l'une par rapport à l'autre par lesdits premier et deuxième fil.
Des particularités et détails d'une forme de réalisation préférée ressortiront de la description suivante dans laquelle il est fait référence aux dessins ci-annexés.
Le dispositif pour ramasser des déjections animales, en particulier canines, représenté à la figure 1, comprend :
- un support 1 comprenant des moyens pour attacher un sac flexible 2 (figure 2) comportant une extrémité fermée 3 (fond du sac) et une extrémité ouverte 4, l'extrémité ouverte 4 du sac 2 étant destinée à recouvrir une extrémité du support 1 , - une poignée ou un moyen de préhension 5, et - une palette 6 (voir figures 3 et 4 montrant une vue avant et une vue de coté de la palette 6) adaptée pour être attachée de manière amovible au support 1, le support 1 présentant à cet effet deux glissières 7 entre lesquelles une palette 6 (avantageusement à usage unique) peut être glissée, la palette présentant une protubérance 8 destinée à prendre appui sur le support 1.
Le sac 2 est réalisé en une matière souple ou flexible (par exemple en PE, PVC, PP ou mélange de ceux-ci, avantageusement avec un ou plusieurs colorants ou additifs pour le rendre opaque ou sensiblement opaque). Le sac 2 comporte au moins un premier fil 9 entourant au moins partiellement le sac et adapté pour fermer une première partie 10 du sac tournée vers l'extrémité fermée du sac, et au moins un deuxième fil 11 entourant le sac et adjacent du premier fil 9 pour fermer ladite première partie 10 du sac 2. Lorsqu'une traction est exercée sur les deux fils 9,11 dans des sens opposés, le sac 2 est divisé en deux parties distinctes, à savoir la première partie 10 et une deuxième partie 12 située entre la fermeture au niveau des fils 9,11 et l'extrémité ouverte 4.
En position fermée des fils 9,11, la première partie 10 est sensiblement étanche par rapport à la deuxième partie 12 du sac.
Les fils 9,11 sont maintenus en position sur chacune des faces du sac (la face avant étant montrée à la figure 2, la face arrière étant identique à celle de la face avant) un guide 13 (souple et flexible) dans lequel les fils peuvent glisser.
Le support 1 comporte un premier corps creux 14 de section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire ou carrée, et un deuxième corps 5, 15 (voir figure 5) monté mobile par rapport au premier corps 14.
Le deuxième corps présente une partie mobile gauche 15 comportant au moins un premier moyen d'attache 16 pour une extrémité 17 du premier fil 9. De même, le deuxième corps présente une partie mobile droite (similaire à la partie mobile gauche 15) comportant un deuxième moyen d'attache pour une extrémité 18 du deuxième fil 11, de manière à ce qu'au moins un mouvement de ladite partie mobile ou des dites parties mobiles 15 par rapport au premier corps creux 14 assure la fermeture de la première partie 10 du sac 2.
Le deuxième corps (5,15) et le premier corps 14 comportent des moyens 19,20 qui sont adaptés pour coopérer l'un avec l'autre pour maintenir le sac 2 en position ouverte au niveau des premier et deuxième fils 9,11, lorsque ladite partie mobile 15 du deuxième corps (5,15) n'est pas déplacée par rapport au premier corps creux 14 dans une position assurant la fermeture de la première partie du sac (position montrée à la figure 6).
Le deuxième corps présente un élément avec poignée 5 adapté pour coulisser dans des glissières 21 que présentent deux faces latérales extérieures opposées 22 du corps 14. Les dites faces 22 présentent chacune un crochet 23 pour attacher respectivement l'extrémité 24 du fil en boucle 9 (opposée à l'extrémité 18) et l'extrémité 25 du fil en boucle 11 (opposée à l'extrémité 18). Le cas échéant les fils 9 et 11 peuvent former un seul lien entourant deux fois le sac 2.
Le deuxième corps comprend également des parties mobiles 15 comportant respectivement au moins un premier moyen d'attache 16 pour une extrémité 17 du premier fil 9 et un deuxième moyen d'attache pour une extrémité 18 du deuxième fil 11, de manière à ce qu'au moins un mouvement des parties mobiles 15 par rapport au premier corps creux 14 assure la fermeture de la première partie 10 du sac 2, par rapport à la partie 12 du sac 2.
Lorsque la première partie 10 du sac 2 contient les déjections et est fermée, ladite première partie est déplacée dans le corps creux 14, de manière à ce que la deuxième partie 12 s'étende dans le corps creux 14 pour former une chambre de réception, le bord libre du sac 2 adjacent de son ouverture 4 recouvrant toujours partiellement les parois extérieures du corps 14. Une fois cette deuxième chambre 12 remplie de déjections, les bords du sac sont retirés pour ne plus prendre appui sur les parois extérieures du corps 14. L'extrémité du sac 2 est tournée sur elle-même et est partiellement glissée dans la fente 26 que présente une paroi latérale du corps 14. Cette fente est adaptée pour maintenir en position fermée l'extrémité libre du sac 2, et permet ainsi une fermeture supplémentaire de celle-ci au moyen d'un fil.
Le dispositif comporte des moyens (16,17) pour maintenir au moins partiellement la partie mobile 15 du deuxième corps par rapport au premier corps 14, dans une position assurant la fermeture de la première partie 10 du sac 2 (fils 9 et 11 étirés dans des sens opposés).
La partie mobile 15 comprend deux lattes 30 (une seule est représentée) éventuellement attachées l'une à l'autre, chaque latte portant un doigt 31 engagé dans une fente 34 d'une patte 32 située à l'intérieur du corps 14, ainsi que dans une fente 33 d'une paroi latérale du corps 14, avant d'être attachée à l'élément en forme de poignée 5.
Le déplacement d'une latte 30 par rapport à sa patte 32 est guidé par le guide 35 situé à la partie inférieure de la patte 32 et par le glissement du doigt 31 dans les fentes 33 et 34.
Lors du mouvement de l'élément 5 vers le haut, le doigt 31 glisse dans les fentes 33 et 34, de sorte que les lattes 30 se déplacent vers le haut pour obturer la première partie 10 en tirant sur les fils 9,11.
Lors de ce mouvement, le doigt 31 atteint l'extrémité haute de la fente 34 de la patte 32, de sorte que cette patte se déplace vers le haut, l'extrémité supérieure de cette patte 32 s'engage dans la fente 37 de manière à ce que l'orifice 16 se trouve en face du doigt 20. (voir figure 6)
Lors de ce déplacement, les bords du sac recouvrant les parois extérieures du premier corps 14 se déplacent dans le corps 14 et forment une deuxième chambre de réception pour des déjections. La figure 7 montre la position du sac 2 avec la première chambre 10 en position ouverte.

The present invention relates to a device for picking up animal waste.
Many devices are known for picking up animal waste.
The most common method used to collect animal dung so far is the use of a bag, the user passing his hand into the bag to protect him from droppings, his hand then serving as a means of gripping the droppings. The invention relates to a device for preventing indirect contact between the hand and the dejection with interposition of the bag, and to receive two animal waste in the same bag, more specifically in two separate parts of the bag.
The invention relates to a device for collecting animal waste, in particular canines, comprising:
a support comprising means for attaching a flexible bag having a closed end and an open end, the open end of the bag being intended to cover one end of the support, a handle or a gripping means, and
a pallet adapted to be removably attached to the support. This device is characterized in that the bag is made of a flexible or flexible material, said bag comprising at least a first wire at least partially surrounding the bag and adapted to close a first portion of the bag facing the closed end of the bag , and at least one second wire surrounding the bag and adjacent the first wire to close said first portion of the bag, in that the support comprises a first hollow body and a second body mounted movable relative to the first body, and in that the second body has a movable portion comprising at least a first attachment means for an end of the first wire and a second attachment means for an end of the second wire,
so that at least one movement of said movable portion relative to the first hollow body ensures the closure of the first portion of the bag.
Advantageously, the second body and / or the first body comprises means for keeping the bag in the open position at the level of the first and second wires, when said movable portion of the second body is not displaced with respect to the first hollow body in a position ensuring the closure of the first part of the bag.
According to an advantageous detail, the second body has a handle element and a movable part comprising at least a first attachment means for one end of the first wire and a second attachment means for one end of the second wire, so that at least one movement of said movable portion relative to the first hollow body ensures the closure of the first portion of the bag, while the element with handle or the first body has means for attaching a portion respectively of the first wire and the second thread.
According to one embodiment, the first body has in the vicinity of its end to be covered by the portion of the bag near its open end, an open slot adapted to receive by sliding a portion of the bag turned on itself, part adjacent to the open end of the bag.
According to an advantageous detail of an embodiment, the device comprises means for maintaining the movable portion of the second body relative to the first body, in a position ensuring the closure of the first part of the bag.
According to a detail of a particular embodiment, the movable part comprises two slats possibly attached to each other, each slat carrying a finger engaged in a slot of a leg of the element with handle.
Preferably, each slat comprises an orifice or a recess adapted to receive the end of a movable finger of the first body to maintain the movable portion of the second body relative to the first body, in a position ensuring the closure of the first part of the bag.
According to another detail of an advantageous embodiment, the first body has a hollow volume adapted to receive at least two parts of bags loaded with droppings, said parts being kept closed relative to each other by said first and second thread.
Features and details of a preferred embodiment will be apparent from the following description in which reference is made to the accompanying drawings.
The device for collecting animal waste, in particular canines, represented in FIG. 1, comprises:
a support 1 comprising means for attaching a flexible bag 2 (FIG. 2) having a closed end 3 (bottom of the bag) and an open end 4, the open end 4 of the bag 2 being intended to cover one end of the support 1 - a handle or a gripping means 5, and - a pallet 6 (see FIGS. 3 and 4 showing a front view and a side view of the pallet 6) adapted to be removably attached to the support 1, the support 1 presenting for this purpose two slides 7 between which a pallet 6 (advantageously disposable) can be slid, the pallet having a protrusion 8 intended to bear on the support 1.
The bag 2 is made of a flexible or flexible material (for example PE, PVC, PP or mixture thereof, advantageously with one or more dyes or additives to make it opaque or substantially opaque). The bag 2 comprises at least a first thread 9 at least partially surrounding the bag and adapted to close a first portion 10 of the bag facing the closed end of the bag, and at least a second thread 11 surrounding the bag and adjacent to the first thread. 9 to close said first portion 10 of the bag 2. When traction is exerted on the two son 9,11 in opposite directions, the bag 2 is divided into two distinct parts, namely the first part 10 and a second part 12 located between the closure at the level of the wires 9, 11 and the open end 4.
In the closed position of the son 9,11, the first portion 10 is substantially sealed with respect to the second portion 12 of the bag.
The threads 9, 11 are held in position on each of the faces of the bag (the front face being shown in FIG. 2, the rear face being identical to that of the front face) a guide 13 (flexible and flexible) in which the threads can slip.
The support 1 comprises a first hollow body 14 of substantially rectangular or square cross-section, and a second body 5, 15 (see FIG. 5) movably mounted relative to the first body 14.
The second body has a left movable portion 15 having at least a first attachment means 16 for an end 17 of the first wire 9. Similarly, the second body has a straight movable portion (similar to the left movable portion 15) having a second attachment means for an end 18 of the second wire 11, so that at least one movement of said movable part or said moving parts 15 with respect to the first hollow body 14 ensures the closure of the first part 10 of the bag 2.
The second body (5,15) and the first body 14 comprise means 19,20 which are adapted to cooperate with each other to maintain the bag 2 in the open position at the first and second son 9,11, when said movable portion 15 of the second body (5,15) is not displaced relative to the first hollow body 14 in a position ensuring the closure of the first portion of the bag (position shown in Figure 6).
The second body has an element with a handle 5 adapted to slide in slides 21 that have two opposite outer lateral faces 22 of the body 14. The said faces 22 each have a hook 23 for attaching respectively the end 24 of the looped wire 9 ( opposite the end 18) and the end 25 of the loop wire 11 (opposite the end 18). If necessary the son 9 and 11 can form a single link surrounding twice the bag 2.
The second body also comprises moving parts 15 respectively comprising at least a first attachment means 16 for an end 17 of the first wire 9 and a second attachment means for an end 18 of the second wire 11, so that at least one movement of the moving parts 15 relative to the first hollow body 14 ensures the closure of the first portion 10 of the bag 2, with respect to the portion 12 of the bag 2.
When the first portion 10 of the bag 2 contains the droppings and is closed, said first portion is moved in the hollow body 14, so that the second portion 12 extends into the hollow body 14 to form a receiving chamber, the free edge of the bag 2 adjacent to its opening 4 still partially covering the outer walls of the body 14. Once this second chamber 12 filled with droppings, the edges of the bag are removed so as not to bear against the outer walls of the body 14. The end of the bag 2 is turned on itself and is partially slid into the slot 26 that has a side wall of the body 14. This slot is adapted to maintain in closed position the free end of the bag 2, and thus allows a additional closure of the latter by means of a wire.
The device comprises means (16, 17) for at least partially maintaining the mobile part 15 of the second body relative to the first body 14, in a position ensuring the closure of the first portion 10 of the bag 2 (son 9 and 11 stretched in opposite senses).
The movable portion 15 comprises two slats 30 (only one is shown) possibly attached to each other, each slat carrying a finger 31 engaged in a slot 34 of a tab 32 located inside the body 14, and only in a slot 33 of a side wall of the body 14, before being attached to the handle-shaped element 5.
The displacement of a slat 30 relative to its tab 32 is guided by the guide 35 located at the lower part of the tab 32 and by the sliding of the finger 31 in the slots 33 and 34.
During the movement of the element 5 upwards, the finger 31 slides in the slots 33 and 34, so that the slats 30 move upwards to close the first part 10 by pulling the son 9,11.
During this movement, the finger 31 reaches the upper end of the slot 34 of the tab 32, so that this tab moves upwards, the upper end of this tab 32 engages in the slot 37 so that that the orifice 16 is in front of the finger 20. (see FIG. 6)
During this movement, the edges of the bag covering the outer walls of the first body 14 move in the body 14 and form a second receiving chamber for droppings. Figure 7 shows the position of the bag 2 with the first chamber 10 in the open position.
