Abstract

The box has a bottom, side walls, sliding piece and a lid (1). The sliding piece made of foldable carton covers body of the box, where the sliding piece comprises a space for receiving the body of the box. Tongues of the sliding piece have two holes (4) along an axis of a hinge of the box for accommodating fasteners. The lid has two side walls (3). The fasteners are released when the sliding piece is slid towards outside.

  Boîtes à charnières à fermeture intégrée pour boîtes en carton 

  
L'invention concerne le domaine des boîtes et des charnières en général et en particulier celui des charnières combinées avec une fermeture verrouillant. Les charnières, en général, ont comme inconvénient de n'être que des systèmes qui font basculer un couvercle, sans toutes fois le verrouiller à la fermeture. 

  
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients. L'invention, telle qu'elle est caractérisée dans ses revendications, résout les problèmes en créant un ensemble de pièces qui permettent à la charnière à la fois à faire basculer le couvercle, et d'ensuite, une fois basculé, de verrouiller le couvercle. Pour permettre, par exemple, à un couvercle d'une boîte de s'ouvrir, ce couvercle va coulisser, ensemble avec une pièce en carton, qui coulisse comme un tube sur un tube, ici, sur les faces intérieures et extérieures de la boîte. En coulissant jusqu'au bout de sa course, elle va libérer l'axe de la charnière sur le couvercle, et ainsi le couvercle va pouvoir basculer. Dans le sens inverse, le couvercle doit être d'abord rabaissé, et puis en coulissant va se verrouiller sur la boîte.   

  
Ces avantages sont obtenus par les améliorations des présentes inventions qui consistent essentiellement en 

  
1[deg.] D'une boîte, en carton. 2[deg.] Un couvercle en carton, pourvue de deux trous. 3[deg.] Ce couvercle est fixé par des attaches parisiennes, sur un élément qui coulisse sur la boîte. Cet élément coulissant est en carton, et est simplement plié autour du corps de la boîte, en l'épousant parfaitement. Il est pourvu à une de ses extrémités de deux languettes, pourvu de trous, pour mettre des attaches parisiennes. 

  
Pour permettre à une boîte en carton, d'être fermée, et verrouillé, par son couvercle, ou, au contraire d'être ouvert, une pièce en carton peut coulisser autour du corps de la boîte. Cette pièce est pourvue de deux languettes pourvue de trous, destinée à recevoir les attaches parisiennes servant à l'axe de charnières. 

  
Lorsque cette pièce est coulissée dans un sens, elle libère la charnière. Dans l'autre sens, elle empêche la charnière de s'ouvrir.   

  
L'invention est exposée ci-après plus en détail à l'aide de dessins représentants seulement un mode de l'exécution.

Une boîte 5 est pourvue d'un fond 6, et de parois latéraux 7. Le couvercle 1 est pourvu de panneaux latéraux 3 qui sont pourvus de deux trous 4, destinés à servir de trou d'axe de charnière, et destinés à recevoir les attaches parisiennes, comme leurs axes. Cette boîte 5 est pourvue d'un élément coulissant 8, qui épouse parfaitement le corps de la boîte 5. Cet élément 8 est ainsi pourvu d'un espace 12, qui correspond à l'épaisseur de la boîte 5. Ce qui permet à cet élément 8 de coulisser sur la boîte 5 et de pouvoir faire un va et vient à la demande. On constate sur la figure 4, que lorsque l'on coulisse cette pièce 8, vers l'extérieur, il libère deux languettes 10, dans lesquelles se trouvent les trous de charnières 11 , destinées à être mis en contact avec les attaches parisiennes.

   Les parois de cet élément coulissant 8 sont composées de montants 9, qui épousent les parois 7 de la boîte 5. Cet élément 8 est donc pourvu d'un espace 12, enserrant la boîte 5. Ce qui permet à cette pièce 8 de coulisser sur la boîte 5.

The invention relates to the field of boxes and hinges in general and in particular that of hinges combined with a locking closure. The hinges, in general, have the disadvantage of being only systems that tilt a lid, without locking it all on closing.

  
The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages. The invention, as characterized in its claims, solves the problems by creating a set of parts that allow the hinge to both tilt the lid, and then, once tilted, to lock the lid . To allow, for example, a lid of a box to open, this lid will slide together with a piece of cardboard, which slides like a tube on a tube, here, on the inner and outer sides of the box . Sliding to the end of its stroke, it will release the axis of the hinge on the lid, and so the lid will be able to switch. In the opposite direction, the lid must be lowered first, and then sliding will lock on the box.

  
These advantages are achieved by the improvements of the present inventions which consist essentially of

This sliding element is made of cardboard, and is simply folded around the body of the box, marrying it perfectly. It is provided at one of its ends with two tongues, provided with holes, to put fasteners parisiennes.

  
To allow a cardboard box to be closed, and locked, by its lid, or, unlike being open, a cardboard piece can slide around the body of the box. This piece is provided with two tongues provided with holes, intended to receive the Parisian fasteners serving the hinge axis.

  
When this piece is slid in one direction, it releases the hinge. In the other direction, it prevents the hinge from opening.

A box 5 is provided with a bottom 6, and side walls 7. The cover 1 is provided with side panels 3 which are provided with two holes 4, intended to serve as a hinge axis hole, and intended to receive the Parisian ties, like their axes. This box 5 is provided with a sliding element 8, which fits perfectly the body of the box 5. This element 8 is thus provided with a space 12, which corresponds to the thickness of the box 5. This allows this element 8 to slide on the box 5 and to be able to go back and forth on demand. It can be seen in FIG. 4 that when this piece 8 is slid outwards, it releases two tongues 10, in which there are the hinge holes 11 intended to be brought into contact with the Parisian fasteners.

   The walls of this sliding element 8 are composed of uprights 9, which follow the walls 7 of the box 5. This element 8 is therefore provided with a space 12, enclosing the box 5. This allows this piece 8 to slide on the box 5.

Claims

Claims:

1 [deg.] A box 5, cardboard, or any other synthetic or metallic material, of any size, has a bottom 6 and side walls 7. This box is provided with a sliding part 8 and a lid 1 .

2 [deg.] A box 5 according to claim 1 [deg.], Whose sliding piece 8 is made of a cardboard folding such that it covers the body of the box. He thus composes a space 12, intended to receive the body of the box.

3 [deg.] A box 5 according to claim 1 [deg.] And 2 [deg.], Whose sliding piece 8 is provided with two tongues 10, provided with two holes 11 to be used for the axis of the hinge of box 5. These two holes 11 will accommodate Parisian ties.
