Abstract

The machine comprises a carriage and a hollow shaft (3) for winding up or unwinding a cloth (10), both of which are driven by at least one electric motor (6). The carriage is mounted on wheels (2) and comprises at least two pivotally connected parts. The hollow shaft also comprises two or more pivotally connected parts.

    Toestel   om sportterrein vol-automatisch open en dicht te leggen door middel van een zeil 
Beschrijving : 
De uitvinding behelst een constructie die bestaat uit een as die wordt aangebracht op een bewegend onderstel .Zowel de as , waarrond een zeil wordt aangebracht , als het onderstel worden aangedreven met behulp van (een ) electromotor(en ) . 



  Deze constructie kan gebruikt worden om een sportterrein ( vol-automatisch ) te voorzien van een beschermingszeil. 



  Bij het dichtleggen van het sportterrein worden de wielen van het onderstel bekrachtigd en beweegt het toestel op die manier over het terrein. 



  Het zeil wordt op dit ogenblik afgerold.De holle as waarrond het zeil is aangebracht bevindt zich dan in een vrijloopregime . 



  Bij het oprollen van het zeil wordt de as bekrachtigd waaraan het zeil is bevestigd. 



  De wielen van het onderstel bevinden zich dan in een vrijloopregime . 



  De totale constructie beweegt op dat ogenblik in de omgekeerde richting over het sportterrein. 



  Het onderstel, in aluminium of staal , wordt opgebouwd uit minimaal 2   hielen.   



  Deze delen worden scharnierend ten opzichte van elkaar gemonteerd . 



  De as , waarrond het zeil is aangebracht, wordt eveneens uit minimaal 2 delen geconstrueerd en eveneens scharnierend gemonteerd . 



  Op die manier kan zowel de as als het onderstel horizontale en verticale krachten opvangen en zichzelf indien nodig bijregelen . 



  Het zeil zal , in het geval van de toepassing als beschermzeil , aan één zijde worden bevestigd aan een vast punt Bij de toepassing op een sportveld waarop in het midden een net is aangebracht, gebruikt men één toestel per speelhelft . 



  Indien het zeil niet bevestigd wordt aan een vast punt op het terrein, kan men de constructie , volledig electrisch-gestuurd vrij laten bewegen over het terrein .In deze tweede toepassing dient de constructie enkel en alleen als bewegende reclame . De afmetingen van het zeil vormen dan geen beperking meer voor de reikwijdte van het toestel . 



  Op het zeil , vervaardigd uit een waterdicht materiaal , kan reclame worden aangebracht Het geheel kan voorzien worden van een pluviometer en eindeloopcontacten zodat het zeil vol-automatisch kan worden aangebracht De electromotor(en ) zijn scharnierend en door middel van veren opgesteld om op die manier de overbrenging steeds te optimaliseren . 



  Het toestel bezit eveneens de mogelijkheid om bij afwijking naar links of rechts zichzelf terug recht te plaatsen.Dit gebeurt door de wielen , links of rechts, apart bij te sturen . 



  Het dak op de constructie wordt scharnierend aangebracht om zo bij onderhoud of herstellingen elk onderdeel beter bereikbaarte maken . 



  Hierdoor wordt eveneens het zeil tegen de borstels gedrukt om zo een reinigend effect te garanderen

    Device to open and close the sports field fully automatically by means of a sail
Description :
The invention comprises a construction consisting of an axle which is mounted on a moving chassis. Both the axis around which a sail is fitted and the chassis are driven with the aid of an electric motor (s).



  This construction can be used to provide a sports field (fully automatic) with a protective cover.



  When the sports field is closed, the wheels of the chassis are energized and the device moves in this way over the terrain.



  The sail is currently being unrolled. The hollow axis around which the sail is mounted is then in a freewheel regime.



  When the sail is rolled up, the shaft to which the sail is attached is energized.



  The wheels of the chassis are then in a freewheel regime.



  The total structure moves over the sports field in the opposite direction at that time.



  The frame, in aluminum or steel, is made up of at least 2 heels.



  These parts are hinged to each other.



  The shaft around which the sail is mounted is also constructed from at least 2 parts and is also hinged.



  In this way, both the axle and the chassis can absorb horizontal and vertical forces and adjust themselves if necessary.

Claims

Conclusions: 1. The invention simplifies and improves the opening and closing of a tarpaulin on a sports field for protection against external influences.

The developed construction can absorb vertical and horizontal forces through the use of non-rigid connections on the axle and the chassis.

The sail is cleaned by means of brushes.

The hinged and resilient arrangement of the roof construction ensures a cleaning effect of the sail because it is pressed against the provided brushes.

The transmission of the electric motor (s) is guaranteed by a hinged and resilient arrangement of these motor (s).

2. The developed construction also serves as electrically-controlled moving advertising on sports grounds.

If the sail is not fixed to the terrain at a fixed point, the whole can be moved freely over the entire terrain. At this moment the size of the sail is not a limitation on the scope of the structure.

3. High-flanged construction will work fully automatically by placing a pluviometer, speed controller and end-of-line contacts.

Because the option of the steering is provided to adjust the wheels, left and right, separately, this construction guarantees complete self-regulation
