Abstract

A hollow plastic block is molded with the dimensions of a brick or building block and can include half sizes. Each block has holes (1, 2) in its upper and lower surfaces, and the blocks are laid in courses and filled with concrete as each course is completed to give stability. They are left in place when the wall is finished.

  PLASTIQUE BLOC FORME.

  DESCRIPTION.

  PLASTIC BLOCK SHAPE.

  DESCRIPTION.

The present invention relates to a module in P.V.C material in the size and shape of a brick or block to be used in the construction of buildings.

In the manufacture of the blocks, molds (shapes) are used and after several operations (filling, drying, etc.) the blocks come out of the shape and it can be used again.

With the PEETERS BLOC FORME (P. B. F.) the form is used only once, because it serves as a final formwork. (Permanent.) With the P. B. F. we build using the empty form and the concreting is done layer by layer after laying the forms. The holes at the top and bottom of the form (see fig.!.) Allow stabilization between the layers and stabilization of the entire construction.

We thus obtain a concrete wall in the form of blocks wrapped in a P.V.

Because of its nesting structure (see fig. 3.) the form P. B. F. arises very easily. You don't have to be a mason by profession. The shapes are available in whole blocks (see fig. 1.) and in half blocks (fig. 2.) and in several colors to obtain a superb finish.

   ADVANTAGES of the INVENTION.

   Reduction of the cost price.

   Better aesthetic appearance.

     Jointing is no longer necessary.

Very good results can be obtained with less qualified labor.

For concreting, reusable materials can be used. (bricks or crushed stones instead of gravel.)
The manufacturing of P. B. F. can be done in material
P. V. C. recycted and does not pollute after use.

Fig. NI 3 shows the assembly method to make a construction using the form P. B. F.

Fig. NI 1 shows the holes at the top (1) and at the bottom (2) in the form and where the concreting is done after installation.

These orifices also allow stabilization between the layers and stabilization of the final construction.
