  TITRE Procédé de reconstitution ou de copie de pavage à l'ancienne, à partir de (matrice en silicone) moulée à même les vieux pavés blancs et bosselés de la région d'Ohain en Belgique. 



  DESCRIPTION L'invention a pour but de reproduire intégralement et facilement un recouvrement rustique du sol en (pavés blancs rejointoyés). Pavés blancs devenus introuvables. 



  Le pavage se pratique avec des dalles en béton de (50cm X 50cm X 7cm) (Fig. 1) faisant apparaître sur leurs faces supérieures   !   16 pavés anciens blancs rejointoyés au ciment gris. On retrouve l'authenticité par la solidité, la forme, la couleur et l'aspérité. 



  Le rejointoyage entre les dalles est à faire avec du ciment gris de même couleur que celle utilisée lors de la préfabrication de l'assemblage des pavés. 



  Afin d'éviter l'effet répétitif, chaque pose de dalle se pratique avec une rotation de 90'par rapport à la précédente. 



  Ce procédé de reconstitution et de préfabrication ne se limite pas au recouvrement du sol, il permet également par le truchement de dalles pliées à 90* (Fig. 2) la construction rapide et facile, d'escaliers, de piliers, de murs, de bordures et d'architectures rustiques diverses. 



  Pour la finition de certains travaux, une troisième dalle a été prévue (Fig. 3). Elle laisse apparaître sur ses bords les pavés dans leur entrièreté. Exemple : le dessus d'un pilier. 



  La présente invention est le résultat d'un moulage obtenu à partir de modèles achevés, calibrés et construits avec des matériaux d'époque. 



  Cinq produits entre dans la composition de ces dalles modules : 1) Gravier 2) Sable gris 3) Ciment gris 4) Sable blanc 5) Ciment blanc.

 La solidité des matériaux est fonction des proportions, de la composition. Une dalle   pèse ! 26   kgs. Elle résiste à des températures de   +50 à-20   degrés. 



  Afin de supporter des poids plus lourd, les dalles seront coulées avec du béton armé.

  DESCRIPTION The object of the invention is to reproduce completely and easily a rustic covering of the ground in (white cobblestones). White cobblestones become impossible to find.



  Paving is done with concrete slabs (50cm X 50cm X 7cm) (Fig. 1) showing on their upper faces! 16 old white pavers repointed with gray cement. We find authenticity through solidity, shape, color and roughness.



  Repointing between the slabs is to be done with gray cement of the same color as that used during the prefabrication of the assembly of the pavers.



  In order to avoid the repetitive effect, each installation of the slab is done with a rotation of 90 'compared to the previous one.



  This reconstitution and prefabrication process is not limited to covering the floor, it also allows fast and easy construction, via slabs folded at 90 * (Fig. 2), of stairs, pillars, walls, borders and various rustic architectures.



  For the completion of certain works, a third slab has been planned (Fig. 3). It lets appear on its edges the paving stones in their entirety. Example: the top of a pillar.



  The present invention is the result of a molding obtained from completed models, calibrated and constructed with period materials.



  Five products are used in the composition of these module tiles: 1) Gravel 2) Gray sand 3) Gray cement 4) White sand 5) White cement.

 The solidity of the materials is a function of the proportions, of the composition. A slab weighs! 26 kgs. It withstands temperatures from +50 to -20 degrees.



  In order to support heavier weights, the slabs will be poured with reinforced concrete.

Claims

CLAIMS 1) The object of the invention is to reconstitute old white and bumpy cobblestones from the Ohain region of Belgium (highly appreciated material but nowhere to be found).

2) The flowers of the pavers are molded from old natural pavers.

3) The result is a true copy of the natural material.

4) Details, finesse, authenticity, can only be obtained by imprint with (silicone mold).

5) To facilitate paving, a dozen pavers are assembled and repointed.

6) The sets of pavers are executed in 4 different flowers, the combination of which eliminates any impression of repetition.

7) No natural stone is used in the composition of this material.

8) The edges of the assemblies are not straight.

9) A photocopy of the 4 flowers is found in Figure A.

10) The paving can be mono or polychrome.

ABRIDGE Method of reconstitution or copying of old-style paving, from (silicone matrix) molded from old white and bumpy paving stones from the Ohain region of Belgium.

DESCRIPTION 1st Operation: Find and select old white and bumpy cobblestones from the Ohain region of Belgium.

2nd Operation: Paving with precision (4 times) an area of 42.5 cm x 42.5 cm, or four different flowers.

3rd Operation: Re-join the pavers with mortar (depth of the joints 1.5 cm).

Leave to dry for a few days.

4th Operation: Coat the 4 surfaces with a product for demolding.

5th Operation: Take the impressions of the 4 surfaces with silicone in order to obtain 4 female molds of 42.5 cm x 42.5 cm x 7 cm. (See fig. A).

6th Operation: After removing from the mold and turning over the 4 silicone molds, fill to a height of 1.5 cm with white mortar (50% white cement, 50% white sand) and the rest in normal concrete.

7th Operation: Demoulding of the slab: after + 24 hours.
