<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

ladite patte étant destinée à couvrir au moins partiellement la butée et étant prolongée par un plat destiné à prendre appui sur une partie de la surface de la butée s'étendant sensiblement dans un plan parallèle au plan dans lequel s'étend le châssis articulé en position fermée ;
lesdites parties latérales présentant chacune un profilé adapté pour être engagé partiellement dans la gorge du profilé du cadre du moustiquaire dans laquelle la partie centrale est partiellement engagée, ledit profilé présentant en section transversale une première courbure formant un canal destiné à recevoir la première aile de la gorge, une deuxième courbure reliée à la première courbure et adaptée pour s'engager dans ladite gorge du profilé, une troisième courbure reliée à ladite deuxième courbure et formant un canal destiné à recevoir la deuxième aile de la gorge, une patte reliée à ladite troisième courbure, ladite patte étant destinée à couvrir au moins partiellement la butée ;
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
l'invention.
Des particularités et détails de l'invention ressortiront de la description détaillée suivante dans laquelle il est fait référence aux dessins ci-annexés. Dans ces dessins, La figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'un dispositif connu monté sur un profil d'un cadre d'un moustiquaire, ledit dispositif maintenant ledit moustiquaire au bâti d'une fenêtre ; La figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif préféré suivant l'invention monté sur un profilé d'un cadre d'un moustiquaire ; La figure 3 est une vue en coupe montrant le moustiquaire de la figure 2 sur le bâti d'une fenêtre en position fermée ; La figure 4 est une vue de dessus du dispositif de la figure 2 ;

<Desc/Clms Page number 8>
<Desc/Clms Page number 9>

parallèle au plan dans lequel s'étend le châssis articulé en position fermée ;
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>
<Desc/Clms Page number 11>
<Desc/Clms Page number 12>
<Desc/Clms Page number 13>

The present invention relates to a device for holding a mosquito net on a window frame to which at least one frame is hinged between an open position and a closed position, said frame consisting of profiles, of which at least two opposite sections each have a stop along which extends part of a hinged frame in the closed position, said stop having a surface extending substantially in a plane parallel to the plane in which the hinged frame extends in the closed position.
Currently, to mount and maintain a mosquito net, parts in the form of a blade are used, part of which is fixed by means of bolts to a groove which has a profile of the frame of the mosquito net and of which another part is intended to rest on a part. of the surface extending substantially in a plane parallel to the plane in which the articulated frame extends in the closed position. To avoid having to unscrew or screw the bolts when removing a mosquito net or when placing a mosquito net, it has been proposed to place a spring along the screw rod and allow the first part of the holding device to move along the rod of the screw against the action of the spring. Such displacement of the device along the screw rod is not always easy.
In addition, such a fastening device is difficult to mount, so that the latter is often mounted in the factory. When devices of this type are factory fitted to a mosquito net, there is a high risk that the heads of the screws will scratch the supports of the mosquito net frames, or even tear the perforated veil of the mosquito net.
The present invention relates to a fixing device easy to mount on a frame of a mosquito net, so that it is no longer required to require mounting of the device in the factory. In addition, according to an advantageous embodiment, the device according to the invention is a device allowing easy placement of a

Said mosquito net comprises a frame consisting of profiles on which is fixed a mesh or perforated film.
Said device comprises a part of which a part is intended to be attached to the window frame or to a part integral with the latter, and of which another part is intended to be connected by means of attachment to a groove of a profile of the frame, the opening of which is delimited by a first wing and a second wing opposite to said first wing.
Said part comprises at least one part having a profile adapted to be partially engaged in the groove of the profile of the screen frame, said profile having in cross section a first curvature forming a channel intended to receive the first wing of the throat, a second curvature connected to the first curvature and adapted to engage in said groove of the profile, a third curvature connected to said second curvature and forming a channel intended to receive the second wing of the groove, and a tab connected to said third curvature, said tab being intended to serve as a means of connection with the window frame or an integral part thereof.
Advantageously, the first and / or the second and / or the third curvature of said part has at least one claw arranged to bear on a surface of a profile of the frame.
Preferably, the second curvature of said part has at least one claw arranged to bear on a surface of a profile of the frame, in particular on a surface of a wing of the groove.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
According to an advantageous embodiment, the second curvature has a first claw in the vicinity of its junction with the first curvature and a second claw in the vicinity of its junction with the third curvature, said

FIG. 1 schematically shows part of a frame 1 of a mosquito net carrying a perforated veil 2, said frame being mounted on the frame 3 of a window by means of devices 4 of the known type.
The frame 3 is made up of profiles, at least two opposite profiles of which, for example the lower profile 3A and the upper profile, each have a stop 30 along which extends part of a frame articulated in the closed position, said stop 30 having a surface 30A extending substantially in a plane parallel to the plane X in which the articulated frame extends in the closed position. The mosquito net comprises a frame 1 made up of profiles 1A on which is fixed a mesh or perforated film or veil 2.
Said profiles lA have a groove 1B whose longitudinal opening is defined between two opposite wings lC, lD. The device 4 comprises a part 40 of which a part 40A is intended to cover at least partially the stop 30, of which another part 40B is intended to be connected by a system of screws 50 and of spring 51 to the groove IB, and of which also another part 40C is intended to bear on the surface 30A of the stop of the frame. The spring 51 extends between one end of the screw 50 and the part 40, so as to push this part 40 against the frame 1 of the mosquito net.
For the placement of the mosquito net or for the removal of the mosquito net, it is therefore necessary to move the parts 40 of at least two devices 4 against the action of the springs to move them away from a profile of the frame 1. This is difficult.
Figure 2 shows in perspective a device according to the invention 100 mounted on a profile lA of a frame of a mosquito net. The profile lA has a groove 1B whose longitudinal opening is defined between the free edges of two opposite wings 1C, lD.

said side parts each having a profile adapted to be partially engaged in the groove IB of the profile of the screen frame in which the central part is partially engaged, said profile of the side parts having in cross section a first curvature 101 B forming a channel 102B intended to receive the first wing 1 D of the groove 1 B, a second curvature 103B connected to the first curvature and adapted to engage in said groove of the profile, a third curvature 105B connected to said second curvature and forming a channel 108B intended for receive the second wing 1 e of the groove, a tab 104B connected to said third curvature
105B, said tab being intended to cover at least partially the stop 30 (FIG. 3).
The flat 107A, the tab 104A, the third curvature 105A, the flat section 106A and partially the second curvature 103A of the central part 100e are separated from the tab 104B, the third curvature 105B and the second curvature 103B of the first part. lateral 100A and the second lateral part 100B.
<Desc / Clms Page number 10>
The tab 104A, the third curvature 105A, the section 106A and partially the second curvature 103A of the central part extend between a first lateral edge ll OA and a second lateral edge 111 A opposite to said first edge ll OA (see FIG. 4) .
The tab 104B, the third curvature 105B and partially the second curvature 103B of the first lateral part 100A has a lateral edge lOB adjacent and distant from the first lateral edge 110A of the tab, of the third curvature, of the section and partially of the second curvature of the central part 10OC. The tab 104 B, the third curvature 105B and partially the second curvature 103B of the second lateral part 100B has a lateral edge 111B adjacent and distant from the second lateral edge 111A of the tab, of the third curvature and at least partially the second curvature of the central part.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, the first curvature 101A of the central part 100e is respectively connected to the first curvatures 101B of the side pieces 1 OOB, 1 ooe, while the second curvature 103A of the central piece 100e is partially connected to the second bends 103B of the side pieces 100A, 100B.
The tab 104A of the central part 100e is resiliently movable between a rest position in which the tab 104A is intended to bear on the stop 30 of the frame and a position remote from this rest position. To promote the elastic bending of the tab 104A, said tab has a slot 120 defining a flexible finger 121 or pivoting along an adjacent axis of the third curvature
105A. This finger also serves as a gripping means and / or a means for holding the tab 104A in a position remote from its rest position.
EMI10.1
In the embodiment, the maximum distance Dl between the section 106A and the second curvature 103A of the central part 100C (distance calculated in a plane parallel to the plane in which the tab 104A extends) is less than the maximum distance D2 between one end of the second curvature 103B adjacent to the
<Desc / Clms Page number 11>
third curvature 105B, and one end of the second curvature adjacent to the first curvature 101 B.
Along their free edges 200A, 200B, the lateral parts 104B have claws 201,202, a first claw 201 being adjacent to the third curvature 105B forming the channel 108B, while the other claw 202 is adjacent to the first curvature 101 B and of channel 102B. Said claws 201,202 have their free end arranged to be turned towards a wing (1 C or 1 D) of the groove 1 B in which the second curvature is engaged. These claws 201,202 serve as means to oppose the removal of the second curvature 103 out of the groove IB. Preferably, the claws are adapted to touch said wings of the throat, so as to serve as a means for preventing or opposing a sliding of the device in the throat 1B.
In addition, in this case, the claws act as a means for stabilizing the legs 104B during the pivoting of the tab 104A (means opposing any pivoting of the legs 104B during the pivoting of the tab 104A).
FIG. 9 schematically shows a mosquito net comprising a frame 1 on which is fixed a veil 2. The frame 1 comprises two opposite sections 1 A, on which are mounted four devices 4 according to FIG. 2.
Figure 10 shows the screen of Figure 9 mounted on a window frame in the open position. The profiles 1 A are attached by means of the devices 4 to the lower cross member and to the upper cross member of the frame 3.
To remove the screen from frame 3, simply apply a force F to the finger
121 of two devices 4, for example the devices connecting the mosquito net to the lower cross member of the frame, to ensure pivoting of the central part 1 OOC with respect to an axis Y situated substantially at the intersection of the second part 103A and the section 106A. During this pivoting P, the retaining plate 107A bearing on the surface 30A of the stop 30 is spaced from the stop so as to allow said flat to pass above the stop 30. In addition, the force F being
<Desc / Clms Page number 12>
directed outward, said force pushes the frame outward to ensure the separation of the screen frame from the lower crossmember of the frame.
The separation of the frame from the upper cross member is then obtained by simply sliding the frame down.
For the placement of a mosquito net, one can proceed as follows, the upper profile of the frame is secured by means of devices 4 with the upper crosspiece (or with the lower crosspiece) of the frame 3. Then act on the finger 121 to pivot the tab 104A to a position remote from its rest position and to a position in which the retaining plate 107A is able to slide on the stop or to move along the stop 30, for the bring up to the level of the retaining surface 30A of the stop 30. By releasing the pivoting force exerted on the legs 104A, the legs 104A return by their flexibility or their elasticity towards their rest position, thus bringing to the dishes 107A to bear on the retaining surface 30A of the frame.
In the screen of Figure 9, the frame is provided with four devices according to the invention, so that the placement or removal of the screen can be done either by exerting a force either on the lower devices, or on the upper devices . It is clear that the frame of the mosquito net could have been provided with two devices according to the invention and two devices not according to the invention.
Figures 7 and 8 are views of an embodiment of a device according to the invention, less advantageous embodiment than that of Figure 2. In this embodiment, the central part 100C and the side parts 100A and
100B have the same profile for the first curvature 101, the second curvature 103 and the third curvature 105.
The device according to the invention can be made of various materials, for example steel (flexible blade), plastic, etc.
<Desc / Clms Page number 13>
The device according to the invention can be easily attached in the groove of a profile of the frame, for example by simple pressure.
FIG. 11 shows a device according to the invention intended for example to serve as parts for holding lateral sides of the frame to an upright of the frame of a window.
This device is similar to that shown in Figure 2.
This device consists of a part having a profile adapted to be partially engaged in the groove IB of a profile of the frame. This profile comprises a first curvature 301 A forming a channel 302A intended to receive the first wing ID of the groove Ib, a second curvature 303A connected to the first curvature 101A and adapted to engage in said groove of the profile, a tab 304A connected to said second curvature 303A by a third curvature 305A. The tab advantageously has a slot 306 forming a slide in which can be inserted a finger integral with the amount of the window.
Along the free edges 200A, 200B, the part has claws 201,202, a first claw 201 being adjacent to the third curvature 305A forming the channel 308A, while the other claw 202 is adjacent to the first curvature 301A and the channel 302A . Said claws 201,202 have their free end arranged to be turned towards a wing (1 C or ID) of the groove 1 B in which the second curvature is engaged. These claws 201,202 serve as means to oppose the removal of the second curvature 303 out of the groove 1B.
Preferably, the claws are adapted to touch said wings of the throat, so as to serve as a means for preventing or opposing a sliding of the device in the throat I B. In addition, in this case, the claws act in as a means for stabilizing the tab 304, means opposing any pivoting of the tab 304.
