Abstract
The automatic press is intended for compressing plastic, cardboard, tubes and paper and for all materials, which can be processed in this way. The press mainly comprises a closed compartment in which a spindle driven stamp is situated. This can be driven by any type of motor. This press requires a small area in relation to the pressing force obtained. The whole is made with three hinged doors (10, 11 and 12). Two doors (10 and 11) allow the conveyance of products. The second door can be used after one or more pressing operations to add further material to be pressed without releasing the material, which has already been pressed. The door (12) can also be used in addition to the doors (10 and 11) to discharge materials. This allows considerable flexibility of use. The entire system is equipped in such a way that lifting hooks and tracks can be moved smoothly in all circumstances.<IMAGE>

NO 1) Hiervoor kunnen verschillende profielen gebruikt worden zoals rechthoekig en vierkant, L-profiel of rond of elke andere uitvoering die aan de eisen der stevigheid voldoet. Binnen het frame dat een rechthoekig of elk ander profiel kan hebben wordt een persstempel (5) vooruit geduwd. Deze stempel beweegt zich binnen de persruimte maar moet niet noodzakelijk een gelijkaardige doorsnede hebben. De persstempel wordt door middel van een combinatie van een enkele of meerdere kettingen (3), kettingwielen (6) en één of meer schroefassen (4) in de langsrichting aangedreven om alzo een kracht uit te oefenen op het materiaal dat langs boven in de persruimte ingebracht wordt en langs de zijkant uitgeduwd.
De tandwielen zijn verwisselbaar om alzo de maximale perskracht en de maximale snelheid instelbaar te maken.
De aandrijving kan gebeuren met een elctrische motor (2), een pneumatische of elk ander soort motor. De motor kan uitgevoerd zijn met een of meerdere snelheden of continu in snelheid regelbaar. De persstempel kan scharnierend uitgevoerd worden zodat men de samengeperste materialen gemakkelijk uit de persruimte kan duwen met de persstempel. Tussen motor en aandrijfwiel kan men een reductiekast (8) opstellen om de snelheden en krachten aan te passen.
Een kettingspanner (9) kan eventueel toegevoegd worden evenals een beveiIigingseindschakelaar (lO) die eventuele overbelasting van ketting en of motor kan opvangen. De ketting (3) kan elk soort profiel hebben voor zover zij de aandrijffunctie kan uitvoeren. Het zou dus eveneens een stalen kabel kunnen zijn met verdikkingsprofielen.
De ganse uitvoering kan rijdend voorzien worden door het aanbrengen van wielen (7) of een glijdmechanisme zodat de plaats van opstelling gemakkelijk kan veranderd worden.
Naargelang de gewenste glijdweerstand kunnen de wanden van de persruimte uitgevoerd worden in geperforeerde of vlakke platen uit metaal of kunststof

Het binden van het eindproduct kan gebeuren met koord of met aan de machine bevestigde bindmechanismen voor band of draad.
Het deksel is in tweedelig (Zie fig. 2 ? ! 0en 11) uitgevoerd zodat het bijvullen tijdens de persoperatie mogelijk is. Het samengeperst materiaal kan langs deur (12) afgevoerd worden. De opstelling kan ook vertikal gebeuren, bvb voor het persen van bussen. Bij verticale opstelling wordt dan de materiaalingang ook als uitgang van de samengeperste producten gebruikt. Er zijn vier haken voor de ophanging voorzien welke geplaatst worden op aanvraag. Er zijn eveneens padden voorzien voor het behandelen met een vorklift.

The entire version can be provided in a driving condition by fitting wheels (7) or a sliding mechanism so that the place of installation can easily be changed.

Binding of the finished product can be by cord or by machine or belt or wire-mounted binding mechanisms.
The lid is made in two parts (see fig. 2?! 0and 11) so that refilling is possible during the pressing operation. The compressed material can be discharged along door (12). The set-up can also be done vertically, eg for pressing buses. In the case of a vertical arrangement, the material input is then also used as the output of the compressed products. There are four hooks for the suspension which are placed on request. Toads are also provided for fork lift handling.
