Abstract
A mass of chocolate based product attached to a stick that is constructed of at least three layers of chocolate or other confectionery goods, which either partially or fully encase each other, and together form a whole that is different to a lolly or another type of food mass with a handle. The handle can have the shape of a figure. Layers are laid around the core. When the lolly is licked the various layers are slowly uncovered whereby various flavours are released. Having it in layers makes it possible to eat chocolate in a hygienic fashion without getting the fingers dirty and taking more time to enjoy it.
Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

Description: Multi-tagged chocotade ioiiy In the candy world there are numerous variations of candies and their presentations. Usually these are spheres, shapes or rectangles that are poured into a certain material, such as gum, sugar combinations, such as caramel. Mixtures are often visible, eg a colored spiral.
A special type is the lick stick or lollipop, which consists of a straight stick of wood or paper around which a sugar body is poured.
Lollipops give a longer consumption because the consumer licks instead of biting. The normal sugar lollipop was expanded by laying several layers around the stick, gradually "discovering" a new flavor.
In addition to the pure confectionery, which includes the normal and multi-layered sugar lollipop, there is also a very important sector of chocolate specialties. Chocolate is a food and stimulant that has much more fineness in flavor and perfume than that of confectionery. Many more combinations per se, and more parallel products are possible, eg combinations with milk, with nuts, with fruits.
Besides a two-layer lollipop of nougat with a layer of chocolate, a lollipop in chocolate has never been made. The invention here therefore encompasses a chocolate-based lollipop with combinable confectionery wares containing at least three layers. So there is an essential difference in terms of product, structure, consumption effect and consumer.
Thus, for example, lollipops with 6 or 7 layers can be obtained.
This gives a rich combination of choclade flavors and their like-minded products such as marzipan, nuts, fondants, creams, ... which are normally also used in pralines.
Currently, no one on the market offers this association of flavor combinations with the pure and convenient lick combination.

The production of the layers (the core and its cover layers) is thus obtained by initially making a core by, for example, dipping - and possibly turning - the head of the stick, pipe or handle in a liquid warm mass of, for example, praline. The core can also be made by twisting or squeezing an initial mass into a sphere that is placed as a core on the stick, pipe or handle.
The core is cooled, and then the stick with core is dipped by hand or by machine in a second liquid-possibly warm mass (e.g. white chocolate). After cooling, in the third instance, the core with the first cooled layer is again dipped in a new other liquid mass (e.g. dark chocolate), and possibly further layering in other masses or pushing the whole into powder or small particles of chocolate grains, nuts, ... that will stick to it.
The layers can contain additional flavors, pigments, dyes, or small made or shredded foods, but additional decorations can also be applied such as candies (13), walnut, hazelnut, nougadur, rice (12), almonds, pistachios, other nuts , raisins, chocolate chips, coconut (14), sugar, seeds, grains, figurines, ...; The core can also be laid by placing a chocolate or other layer around a bulge at the top of the stick, pipe or handle that is formed by a ball, a figure, a cup (8). When the layers are completely licked off, the figure can only be discovered, which can be a nice surprise for the child, and where children can collect the different figures.
Thus, a lollipop of, for example, 35 grams is obtained, which is licked in about 15 minutes. The hardness and mixing of the chocolate layers can play a role in this. A similar grammage of chocolates would be "consumed" in about 2 minutes

by the average candy. The chocolate lollipop will therefore cause more respect for the product because the taste buds are stimulated longer and more intensely. This slower process will also give a greater feeling of satiety.
This multi-layered lollipop consists of a stick (1), pipe (10), or handle (2) on which the volume (3) is placed.
It is important that at least three layers (core and two layers) are processed. These layers can fully (6) or partially (7) enclose each other as can be seen in figure 2. The chocolate-based volume can have various shapes such as spherical, rectangular, ovoid, cylindrical, figurative or other.
Nougat, praliné (11), marzipan, dough, jams, jams, all chocolate varieties (white, coffee, dark, milk, pistachio, colored, perfumed, ..), nut butters, fondant, creams, etc. can be combined with the chocolate are processed,... ; The stick, pipe or handle consists of plastic, another plastic or processed natural materials, wood or paper, or a combination thereof. and it can have various shapes, such as a stick with an animal head (8), a flat (9) or three-dimensional figure of a known cartoon character. It can consist of several parts and have various shapes.
It could also be eaten and consists of wafer (wafer bread), erasers, bran, dough, soy, edible paper and / or gelatins; So here we have a new multi-layered chocolate lollipop that stays hygienic because it doesn't come in contact with dirty fingers, and can be licked and / or bitten off without getting the fingers dirty, and which gradually reveals its various taste secrets, and possibly also the appearance of the head of the baton.
