Abstract

De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een pallet voor het transport van bij voorkeur in zakken verpakt transportgoed, door middel van vorkstapelaars of een kraan en bestaande uit horizontaal in een vlak liggende langs- en dwarselementen met essentieel evenwijdig verloop, die op enige afstand van elkaar worden gehouden door krachtige en/of vormvaste aanluitingen.    PALLET 
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een pallet voor het transport van bij voorkeur in zakken verpakt transportgoed door middel van een vorkstapelaar of een kraan, bestaande uit horizontaal in een vlak liggende langselementen en   dwarselementen   met essentieel evenwijdig verloop, die op enige afstand van elkaar worden gehouden door middel van krachtige en/of vormvaste verbindingen. 



   Houten paletten van de voornoemde aard van verschillende grootte en verschillend konstruktietype voor   allerhande   uiteenlopende toepassingen zijn bekend. Bij het transport van zwaar stortgoed in zakken biedt deze uitvoeringswijze echter het nadeel van een hoog eigengewicht der pallet. Aldus bijvoorbeeld kunnen deze bij het laden en lossen in een scheepsruim niet op de gebruikelijke wijze door vier personen worden opgetild en verplaatst zodat omslachtige extra hulpmiddelen moeten worden gebruikt om het transport mogelijk te maken. 



   Een verder nadeel van de bekende palletsystemen bestaat hierin dat de met zwaar stortgoed gevulde zakken gevaar lopen tussen de evenwijdige, op enige afstand van elkaar gemonteerde   dwars- en langselementen   door te zakken en aldus gemakkelijk kunnen worden beschadigd, met als gevolg transportgoedverlies en extra opruimwerk, aangezien de beschadigde transportzakken moeten worden uitgesorteerd en verwijderd. 



   Daarbij komt dat ook het recyclageprobleem van de houten paletten recentelijk opnieuw akuut is geworden. Het houtmateriaal moet immers worden geimpregneerd tegen beschadiging door bijtend, zuurhoudend transportgoed en kan bijgevolg niet langer ekologisch onschadelijk worden gemaakt op de gebruikelijke wijze. 



   Het doel van de onderhavige uitvinding bestaat hierin dat de transportpalletten van de voornoemde aard der wijze worden verbeterd dat veilige behandeling en veilig recycleren gewaarborgd zijn ook in kontakt met agressief stortgoed, waarbij het voor het

 transport vereiste personeel tot een minimum beperkt is. 



   De aldus gestelde opgave wordt volgens de uitvinding   verwezenlijkt   op grond van de in de oktrooiconclusie 1 geformuleerde kenmerken. De praktijkervaring leert immers dat, bij het gebruik van een speciale aluminiumlegering, ook zuurhoudend transportgoed veilig kan worden behandeld, dank zij het feit dat de inschuifopeningen voor het doorsteken van de vorkstapelaar oppervlakbeschadiging van de gebruikte transportzakken voorkomen. Meteen kunnen ook de aanwezige openingen als aanslagoppervlakken voor de bevestiging van kraanhaken worden gebruikt zodat een nieuw, zeer flexibel transportsysteem tot stand komt, hetwelk, dank zij zijn gering gewicht, door niet meer dan 2-3 personen kan worden bediend. 



   De uitvinding wordt hierna verduidelijkt aan de hand van een uitvoeringsvoorbeeld voorgesteld door bijgevoegde tekeningen, waarin : figuur 1 een transportpallet volgens de uitvinding in bovenaanzicht weergeeft ; figuur 2 de transportpallet volgens figuur 1 in dwarsdoorsnede weergeeft ; en figuur 3 een dwarsdoorsnede van een transporthaak volgens de uitvinding in vergroting weergeeft. 



   Het in figuur 1 weergegeven transportpallet volgens de uitvinding is voorzien van elf   langselementen   1-11 en drie dwarselementen 12,13 en 14. 



   Uit de dwarsdoorsnede volgens figuur 2 blijkt dat de dwarselementen 12,13 en 14 een rechthoekige doorsnede hebben, waarbij de bovenas 15,16, 17 van deze dwarselementen meteen als centrale as van een vormstabiel en/of krachtig verband met de langselementen 1 fungeert. 



   In deze dwarselementen 12,13, 14 kunnen oogvormige kraanhaakopeningen 20 worden aangebracht, welke in figuur 3 in dwarsdoorsnede zijn voorgesteld. De afgeschuinde aansluitstukken 21 en 22 kunnen vormstabiel en/of krachtig, onwrikbaar, in de openingen van de dwarselementen 12,13, 14 worden bevestigd, bij

 voorbeeld door middel van bouten ingeschoven volgens de boorassen 23,24, 25,26 en 27. 



   In figuur 2a is de struktuur van een transportpallet volgens de uitvinding met twee verschillend gedimensioneerde inschuifopeningen 18 en 19 voor het doorsteken van de vorkstapelaar, principieel toegelicht. Hieruit blijkt dat enerzijds de korrekte werking van een dwarselement en anderzijds de beveiliging van de transportzakken tegen beschadiging verzekerd zijn door de aanwezigheid van de inschuifopeningen volgens de uitvinding. 



   Het is principieel mogelijk de inschuifopeningen voor het doorsteken van de vork aan te brengen in het centrale deel   1-11   van het pallet. Bij speciale palletformaten kan het ook noodzakelijk zijn inschuifopeningen buiten de centrale zone aan te brengen. Dit wordt vergemakkelijkt door het gebruik volgens de uitvinding van gesloten holle profielen als raamprofielen voor het insteken van de vork, aangezien beschadiging ten gevolge van excentrische belasting door het draagvlak van het profiel wordt voorkomen.

   Wood pallets of the aforementioned nature of different sizes and different construction types for all kinds of different applications are known. However, this method of transport offers the disadvantage of a high dead weight of the pallet when transporting heavy bulk goods in bags. Thus, for example, when loading and unloading in a ship's hold, these cannot be lifted and moved in the usual manner by four people, so that cumbersome additional aids must be used to enable transportation.



   A further drawback of the known pallet systems consists in that the bags filled with heavy bulk material are in danger of sagging between the parallel, spaced apart transverse and longitudinal elements and can thus be easily damaged, resulting in loss of transport material and extra cleaning work, since the damaged transport bags must be sorted out and removed.



   In addition, the recycling problem of the wooden pallets has recently become acute again. After all, the wood material must be impregnated against damage by corrosive, acidic transport goods and can therefore no longer be rendered ecologically harmless in the usual way.



   The object of the present invention is to improve the transport pallets of the aforementioned nature so that safe handling and safe recycling are ensured also in contact with aggressive bulk material, whereby the

 transportation required personnel is kept to a minimum.



   According to the invention, the statement thus made is realized on the basis of the characteristics formulated in the patent claim 1. Practical experience has taught us that, when using a special aluminum alloy, acidic transport goods can also be handled safely, thanks to the fact that the insertion openings for piercing the fork stacker prevent surface damage to the used transport bags. The existing openings can also be used as stop surfaces for the attachment of crane hooks, so that a new, very flexible transport system is created, which, thanks to its low weight, can be operated by no more than 2-3 people.



   The invention is explained below with reference to an exemplary embodiment represented by the accompanying drawings, in which: figure 1 shows a top view of a transport pallet according to the invention; figure 2 shows the transport pallet according to figure 1 in cross section; and figure 3 shows a cross-section of a transport hook according to the invention in enlargement.



   The transport pallet according to the invention shown in figure 1 is provided with eleven longitudinal elements 1-11 and three transverse elements 12,13 and 14.



   It is apparent from the cross section according to figure 2 that the transverse elements 12,13 and 14 have a rectangular cross section, the top axis 15,16, 17 of these transverse elements immediately acting as the central axis of a dimensionally stable and / or strong connection with the longitudinal elements 1.



   In these transverse elements 12, 13, 14, eye-shaped crane hook openings 20 can be arranged, which are shown in cross section in Figure 3.
