Waterverhittingsinrichting.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
<Desc/Clms Page number 8>
<Desc/Clms Page number 9>
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>
<Desc/Clms Page number 11>
<Desc/Clms Page number 12>
<Desc/Clms Page number 13>
In fig.

Water heating device.
The invention relates to a water heating device for preparing heating and consumption water, wherein a heat exchanger loadable by a heat source can already be connected via a control device comprising a three-way valve, optionally, to heating bodies or a consumable water heat exchanger, which is parallel to the heating bodies connected, the secondary circuit of which is connected to a drinking water tap.
Such devices serve for the preparation of heating water, for the care of heating bodies and simultaneously for the preparation of drinking water by means of a drinking water heat exchanger.
In such known devices, a solenoid valve providing the consumption water heat exchanger opens the supply to this heat exchanger. However, this has the drawback that, at the start of draining, the water already cooled from the primary circuit of the water is first cooled
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Consumable water heat exchanger must be displaced before heating of the flowing consumable water can occur, causing corresponding delays in hot water preparation and corresponding wastage of water.
The object of the invention is now to avoid these drawbacks and to provide a water heating device of the type described above, whereby it is ensured that hot consumable water can be drained quickly at the start of the tapping.
According to the invention, this is now achieved in that a heating water storage is provided which can be kept at a relatively high water temperature by means of a thermostat and which is controlled via a heat exchanger charged by the heat source and the consumption water heat exchanger 3-way valve provided, a further 3-way valve can be connected to the heat exchanger and the discharge of which is connected to the inlet of the consumption water heat exchanger and a control device influenced by the consumption water tapping point is connected to the drives, preferably magnetic drives, of the three-way valves.
These measures make it possible to start hot water very quickly from the heating system when draining
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
water storage in the consumption water heat exchanger and in this way quickly heat the incoming consumption water.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, provision can be made for the control to start at the beginning of the
EMI3.1
draining first controls the solenoid valve that controls the supply to the heating water storage in the sense of connecting the heating water storage to the supply pipe coming from the heat exchanger and connecting it to the heating circuit, so long as one, with the volume of the heat exchanger plus the volumes of the volume corresponding to the heating water storage and pipes running therefrom have flowed to the heating water storage and then control this solenoid valve in the sense of closing the supply to the heating water storage and at the same time the solenoid valve, which supplies the consumable water heat exchanger controls, in the sense of a release of the supply thereto, until the end of tapping.
These measures ensure that hot water flows from the heating water storage into the consumable water heat exchanger at the start of draining, so that a rapid heating of the consumable water is possible.
For a water heating device according to the
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
In accordance with a further feature of the invention, it is proposed that the three-way valves are arranged in series in a pipe running from the heat exchanger to the heating bodies, wherein the third connection of the first three-way valve is connected in a known manner. with the consumable water heat exchanger and the second three-way valve arranged between the heat exchanger and the first three-way valve with its third connection is connected to the inlet of the heating water storage, the output of which is connected to the inlet of the consumable water heat exchanger.
This also provides the advantage that the device can be composed of commercially available parts.
Furthermore, provision can be made for the volume of the heating water storage to correspond at least to the volume of the heat exchanger plus the volumes of the pipes leading to and from the heating water storage (8).
In this way it is ensured that sufficient hot water flows into the heating water storage to displace the water which, in the event of an interruption of the operation of the heat source, flows into the heat exchanger and into the
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
heating water storage and pipelines leading back to the heat exchanger and possibly already cooled.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, provision can be made for the control to cause the control device to control the supply to the heating water storage first, in the sense of a connection of the heating water storage with the heat exchanger coming from the heat exchanger. discharge pipe and connects it to the heating circuit until one has flowed into the heating water storage unit corresponding to the volume of the heat exchanger plus the volumes of the pipes leading to the heating water storage and its downstream water, and then in the sense of shutting off controls the supply to the heating water storage and simultaneously, in the sense of a release of the supply to it, until the end of the draw-off.
These measures ensure that hot water flows from the heating water storage into the consumable water heat exchanger at the start of draining, so that rapid heating of the consumable water is possible.
According to a further feature of the invention, provision can be made for the heating water storage to be provided with a good heat-insulating layer and optionally with a
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
additional heating device, the capacity of which is in principle only sufficient to compensate for the heat losses from the heating water storage.
These measures ensure that the contents of the heating water storage are kept at a high temperature level, so that hot water is quickly available for the primary circuit of the consumable water heat exchanger at the start of draining.
According to a further feature of the invention, provision can be made for the control device to be formed by a rotary slide valve, which is connected to the heat exchanger, the heating bodies, the consumable water heat exchanger and the inlet and outlet of the heating water storage and which cross section substantially triangular valve body.
Such an embodiment of the control device allows a very compact construction thereof and a simple running of the pipes, wherein a single drive for the control device is also sufficient.
A further object of the invention is to propose a rotary slide valve, which is particularly suitable for use with a water heating device, in particular a water heating device according to the
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
invention and which is provided with a substantially cylindrical housing and a valve body rotatably mounted therein.
According to the invention it is therefore proposed that the housing is provided with four connections arranged in a clockwise direction, each about 900 staggered, and with a further connection arranged between two of these connections, the valve body being a connection of the diametrically opposite connections of the valve. rotary gate valve has a control surface running and a further control surface which defines a space which encloses two 90s staggered connections, the valve body being provided with sealing surfaces abutting the inner wall of the rotary valve valve housing.
In this way a very simple construction of the rotary slide is obtained. The connections of the rotary slide valve can be connected in a clockwise direction to the heat exchanger, the inlet of the heating water storage, the consumption water heat exchanger, the outlet of the heating water storage and the heating bodies. As a result, a very simple course of the pipes can be achieved.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to
<Desc / Clms Page number 8>
exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. In the drawing: Fig. 1 schematically a first embodiment of a water heating device according to the invention; Fig. 2 schematically a second embodiment of a water heating device according to the invention; and FIG. 3 to 6 schematically show a rotary slide valve according to the invention in different switching positions.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 1, the heat exchanger 1 is loadable by a burner 2 and is connected via a discharge pipe 3 and a return pipe 4 to a heating body assembly 5. In the discharge pipe 3 there is a three-way valve. 6 provided with a magnetic drive 7, which optionally opens the way to or closes a heating water storage 8, in the latter case the flow of the discharge pipe is released.
This heating water storage 8 is provided with heat insulation 9 and is therefore well insulated from heat losses. Furthermore, provision can also be made for the heating water storage 8 to have an additional heat source, the capacity of which, however, need only be sufficient to compensate for the remaining heat losses of the storage. This ensures that the water present in the heating water storage runs out
<Desc / Clms Page number 9>
an appropriately high temperature is maintained.
The heating water storage 8 is further connected to the inlet of the primary circuit of the consumable water heat exchanger 9, wherein it is also connected to a three-way valve 10 further arranged in the discharge pipe 3, which is also provided with a magnetic drive 11.
This three-way valve 10 optionally opens the way to the consumable water heat exchanger 9 or interrupts it while simultaneously releasing the flow to the heating body 5.
The primary circuit drain from the consumable water heat exchanger 9 is connected to the return line 4.
The secondary circuit of the consumable water heat exchanger 9 is connected to a consumable water draw-off location 12, which acts on a control 13 and upon opening the consumable water draw-off location 12 produces a signal which provides a predetermined termination of the control of drives 7,11 of the both three-way valves 6, 10.
The three-way valve 6 is controlled in the sense of releasing the connection to the heating water storage 8 when the drinking water tap 12 is opened and it remains open until such a volume
<Desc / Clms Page number 10>
water in the heating water storage 8 has flowed as corresponds to the volume Vj of the heat exchanger 1, the volume V2 of the pipes running from the heat exchanger 1 to the heating water storage 8 and the volume V3 of the from the heating water storage 8 to the return connection of the heat exchanger 1 running pipes, including the volume of the primary circuit of the consumable water heat exchanger 9.
This concerns water that has been heated up to the discharge temperature of the heating body assembly 5, since the burner 2 starts up when the consumption water draw-off point 12 is opened, if it is not already in operation due to an existing heat demand of the assembly 5.
Thereafter, the three-way valve 6 is controlled in the sense of closing the supply to the heating water storage 8 and opening the discharge pipe 3 while simultaneously controlling the three-way valve 10 in the sense of releasing the supply to the consumable water heat exchanger 9 and shut off the discharge pipe 3.
Thereby, the further supply of the primary circuit of the consumption water heat exchanger 9 with heating water is ensured.
After tapping has ended, the three-way valve 10 is controlled in the sense of closing the supply to the consumable heat exchanger 9 and releasing the
<Desc / Clms Page number 11>
flow in the supply line. The contents of the heating water storage are kept at the desired temperature via the thermostat 14, during the time that no consumable water is drawn off. To this end, the valve 6 is held in the sense of a supply to the storage 8 via a suitable control technique and the burner 2 is activated. When the desired value is reached, the burner is switched off and the valve 6 is switched over in the sense of a supply to the heating bodies 5. The heating of the heating water storage can alternatively also be effected by a preferably electric heat source, independently of the burner 2.
The circulation of the heating water is ensured by the pump 15, which is located in the return pipe between the connection of the consumable water heat exchanger and the heat exchanger 1.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 1, control device 20 is formed by the two three-way valves 6 and 10. The two three-way valves 6 and 10 are located between the lines 3 and a, the latter running to the heating bodies 5. The third connection of these two three-way valves 6 and 10 are connected via the pipes b to the inlet of the heating water storage 8 and via the pipe c to the outlet thereof, the connection connected to the pipe c also also via the pipe d
<Desc / Clms Page number 12>
is connected to the inlet of the consumable water heat exchanger 9.
The embodiment according to Fig. 2 differs from that of Fig. 1 only in that the control device 20 is formed by a rotary slide valve 21 and the actuator 22 thereof. This rotary slide valve 21 has five connections, which are connected in a clockwise direction to the pipes 3, b, d, c and a, which are connected to the different parts, such as the heat exchanger 1, in a similar manner as in the embodiment according to Fig. 1. , heating water storage 8, consumable water heat exchanger 9 and the heating bodies
EMI12.1
5. The rotary slide valve 21 has a valve body 23, which has a substantially triangular cross section.
Thereby, a control surface 24 extends directly adjacent to the diametrical surface of the housing 25 of the rotary slide valve 21, the second control surface 26 delimiting a space comprising two connections offset by an angle of 900.
As a result, it is possible in a certain position (fig. 3) to have only the heating bodies 5 provided by the heat exchanger 1, the other connections being short-circuited and thus no water flowing through the parts connected to these connections.
<Desc / Clms Page number 13>
Fig. 4 shows an intermediate position in which the flow to the heating bodies 5 has been interrupted and the connection to the heating water storage 8 has not yet been opened.
Fig. 5 shows a position of the rotary slide valve 21 in which heating water flows from the heat exchanger 1 via the heating water storage 8 to the consumable water heat exchanger 9, i.e. a position of the valve 21 in which only consumable water is prepared, this position corresponding to that at the beginning of draining.
Fig. 6 shows the position of the rotary slide valve 21, which corresponds to the draining of drinking water after a start-up phase. The heating water flows from the heat exchanger 1 directly to the consumption water heat exchanger 9 and the hot water that flows into the hot water storage 8 remains therein.
