La présente invention concerne un récipient comportant : - un corps présentant au moins une paroi qui détermine une cavité, - une ouverture dans le corps délimitée par un bord périphérique, - un couvercle capable de fermer l'ouverture, et - une bande de sécurité arrachable qui scelle le couvercle au corps, le long du bord périphérique.
On connaît des récipients avec couvercle et bande de sécurité arrachable, cette dernière faisant partie du rebord de couvercle qui coiffe le bord du récipient. Ce bord présente par exemple une nervure qui est agencée le long du bord et qui coopère avec une rainure de la bande de sécurité pour maintenir le couvercle fixé sur le récipient de façon que, pour pouvoir enlever le couvercle, il faut d'abord arracher la bande de sécurité le long du couvercle.
Cependant on a constaté que cet agencement de bande de sécurité connu n'est pas absolument sûr. L'invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et de procurer un récipient avec couvercle et bande de sécurité dont toute tentative d'ouverture frauduleuse du récipient entraîne inélucta-

blement la destruction de la bande de sécurité, le scellage réalisé déviant en outre un fluide que l'on veut introduire frauduleusement, etc.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, la bande de sécurité fait partie intégrante du récipient, le long du bord périphérique.
Suivant une forme de réalisation de l'invention, le bord périphérique et la bande de sécurité constituent un canal en formant chacun au moins une partie d'un côté respectif de ce canal, le couvercle présente un rebord introduit dans ledit canal, et au moins un de ces cotés du canal et le rebord du couvercle comportent des moyens de blocage coopérant entre eux pour sceller le couvercle au corps en position d'introduction dudit rebord dans ledit canal.
Suivant une forme avantageuse de réalisation de l'invention, ledit canal comporte un fond constitué par un collet qui fait saillie latéralement vers l'extérieur du récipient par rapport à ladite paroi et la bande de sécurité s'étend depuis ce collet'parallè- lement à la paroi vers le bord périphérique. Dans ce cas, on peut avantageusement prévoir que deux rainures d'affaiblissement délimitent la bande de sécurité dans le côté de canal correspondant et/ou dans le collet susdit, la partie de ce même côté de canal au-delà de la bande de sécurité par rapport au collet pouvant constituer un ruban. sans fin de sécurité.

Suivant la figure 1, le récipient 1 suivant l'invention peut par exemple comporter un corps 2 qui est réalisé en une matière synthétique moulée. Le corps 2 est délimité par exemple par une paroi 3 externe qui peut présenter une surface latérale tronconique 4 et un fond 5 sensiblement plan. Cependant, toute autre forme de récipient peut être prise en considération et adaptée par l'homme du métier dans le cadre de la présente invention.

Cette nervure de blocage 118 peut être profilée pour permettre une introduction relativement facile du rebord 8 dans le canal 15, le bord d'entrée 20 du côté 17 étant profilé de façon correspondante.
