Abstract
Barre au chocolat comprenant une base en chocolat (2), au moins une première feuille gaufrée (4) placée sur la base en chocolat et comportant une série de projections creuses (6) s'étendant du côté opposé à la base, un remplissage crémeux anhydre (8) logé dans les cavités des projections et un revêtement de chocolat (14) déposé sur la surface extérieure de la feuille gaufrée.
