Abstract
Matrice pour l'extrusion de structures en nid d'abeilles, comprenant des plateaux en alliage résistant à l'usure (5), un corps de base de matrice (6) ayant un coefficient de dilatation thermique différent de celui des plateaux, le procédé de production d'une telle matrice comprenant, avant la liaison des plateaux (5) au corps (6), l'usinage préalable de fentes (8) dans la face du corps (6) devant recevoir les plateaux (5), ces fentes se trouvant en des endroits et présentant une forme qui correspondent aux canaux de formage à créer par la suite dans les plateaux (5).
