La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de cuisson d'aliments, qui permet, en particulier, de griller de la viande ou des poissons, de cuire des brochettes et de préparer la fondue bourguignonne.
L'invention a pour but de procurer un appareil de cuisson à usages multiples d'une grande facilité d'emploi et qui permet de réduire, de manière sensible et grâce à sa conception, les risques d'utilisation généralement présentés par les appareils de cuisson connus et ce, tout en offrant d'excellentes conditions d'hygiène.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, ledit dispositif comprend une enceinte, dont le fond et les parois
