SPECIFICATION
TITLE
Kitchen knife
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a kitchen knife used for cutting out to cook various foods such as vegetable, meat, bean-curd and the like in a kitchen.
BACKGROUND ART
Conventional kitchen knife is that a blade is formed by grinding a bottom edge of a flat metal surface, and since food pieces cut upon cutting the foods is adhered to the flat metal surface after passing through the blade, it is made to difficult that a user look about an exact position of food and blade to cut and thereby there has been a risk to injure finger. Particularly, in case when a moisture is contained much, a close adhering has been occurred well between the flat metal surface portion and the cut food pieces by the moisture and thereby above-described risk has been further added. DISCLOSURE OF DEVICE
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a kitchen knife in which concaves and convexes are formed on one surface or both surfaces of the flat metal surface adjoining with a blade so that the food pieces are not well adhered.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION QF DRAWINGS
Figure 1 is a side view of an example of knife in accordance with the present invention,
Figure 2 is a magnified cross sectional view of a kitchen knife of a first embodiment of the present invention taken along A-A line of Figure 1,
Figure 3 is a magnified cross sectional view of a second embodiment of the present invention taken along A-A line of Figure 1,
Figure 4 is a magnified cross sectional view of a third embodiment of the present invention taken along A-A line of Figure 1, and
Figure 5 is a magnified cross sectional view of a fifth embodiment of the present invention taken along A-A line of Figure 1.
REST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE DEVICE
Explaining the embodiments of the present invention in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be as follows.
In figure 1, a side view of a kitchen knife in accordance with the present invention is expressed. Concave portions 12 and convex portions 13 are formed to be slanted as stripe patterns on the flat metal surface 11 of the knife 10.
In figure 2, a kitchen knife of a first embodiment in accordance with the present invention is expressed, and concave portions 12 and convex portions 13 are formed in wave form only at one surface of the flat metal surface 11.
In Figure 3, a kitchen knife of a second embodiment in accordance with the present invention is expressed, and concave portions 12 and convex portions
13 are formed in wave formed on both surfaces of the flat metal surface 11.
In Figure 4, a kitchen knife of a fourth embodiment in accordance with the present invention is expressed, and bulged protrusions 14 are formed to be continuously repeated on only one surface of the flat metal surface 11.
In figure 5, a kitchen knife of a fifth embodiment in accordance with the present invention is expressed, and bulged protrusions 14,15 are formed to be continuously repeated on both surfaces of the flat metal surface 11. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
Since the kitchen knife in accordance with the present invention as described above is formed to be slanted as stripe patterns with concave portions 12 and convex portions 3 on a flat metal surface 11 adjoining with a blade 10, a contacting area with food pieces minced even a moisture is contained much in the minced food pieces and the flat metal surface 11 is minimized, and an air is communicated through the concave portions 12 between the convex portions 13 and the convex portions 13, and therefore the minced food pieces do not adhere to the flat metal surface 11. Accordingly, since it is easy to look out an exact positions of the food intending to mince and the blade 10.
Claims (1)
- CLAIMS : 1. A kitchen knife made by forming concave portions 12 and convex portions 13 to be slanted as stripe patterns on a flat metal surface 11 adjoining with a blade 10. 2. A kitchen knife as defined in claim 1, wherein the concave portions 12 and the convex portions 13 are formed in wave form on one or both surfaces of said flat metal surface 11. 3.
