Description
Composition for moistening and relieving itching,
cream and preparation method of cream
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical products, in particular to a
composition for moistening and relieving itching, cream and a preparation method of
cream.
Skin is the first barrier between human body and external environment, which
prevents human body from physical and chemical erosion. However, the skin is often
damaged, such as eczema caused by various internal and external factors and with
obvious exudation tendency; swelling, pain and itching caused by mosquito bites;
dryness, sunburn and chilblain caused by the nature's cold, the sun's radiation
. Although the above-mentioned skin injuries do not affect normal physiological
activities to a great extent, they affect people's external image and cause
psychological burden and mental pain. Therefore, it is necessary to study the products
to alleviate the above symptoms.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a composition for moistening and relieving
itching, cream and preparation method of cream.
The invention provides a composition for moistening and relieving itching.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:
A composition for moistening and relieving itching comprises the following raw
materials in parts by weight:
1-30 parts of pomelo peel extract, 0.01-10 parts of tea tree essential oil, 0.01-10
parts of Sophora flavescens, 0.01-10 parts of thymol, 0.01-10 parts of snakeskin, 0.01-
parts of cortex dictamni, 0.01-10 parts of cortex phellodendri, 0.5-10 parts of
chlorhexidine acetate ;
The pomelo peel extract has a Baume degree of 20-30 B6.
The pomelo peel extract has antioxidant, cholesterol-lowering and antibacterial
activities, and its main antibacterial components are essential oils, lemon-like bitter
tea and flavonoids. Among them, limonin's main physiological activities are anti
cancer, antibacterial, antiviral, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, etc., which has insect
aversion and can inhibit abnormal proliferation of immune cells.
The main chemical components of tea tree essential oil are p-vinylene, pine oil
essence, lemon oil essence, eucalyptol, sesame oil brain and anisin, which have the
functions of sterilizing, diminishing inflammation, astringing pores, treating common
cold, cough, rhinitis and asthma, and improving dysmenorrhea, menoxenia and genital
infection.
Sophora flavescens is mainly composed of matrine, which has the effects of
clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,
removing insects and relieving itching. It can be used in combination with Fructus
Cnidii to treat viral herpes, contact eczema, intractable pruritus vulvae, tinea pedis
eczema, genital herpes, various vaginitis and pudendal eczema. Matrine and
oxymatrine used alone had no inhibitory activity on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus
aureus and Candida albicans, but when combined with Fructus Cnidii extract, they
showed good inhibitory activity on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
Thymol has good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus
aureus.
Chemical constituents of cortex dictamni include alkaloids, limonin, flavonoids,
sesquiterpenes and their glycosides, steroids and other compounds. Petroleum ether
extract of tinea alba has the strongest inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus, Escherichia
coli, Proteus vulgaris and Bacillus subtilis, and the main antibacterial substances are
dictamnine and xanthone.
The chemical constituents of cortex phellodendri mainly include alkaloids,
limonin, flavonoids, sesquiterpenes and their glycosides, steroids and other
compounds. Cortex phellodendri has obvious anti-inflammatory effect on damaged
skin infected by Staphylococcus aureus, which can promote angiogenesis, improve
facial microcirculation, promote granulation growth and accelerate wound healing
while relieving fever and inflammation.
Chlorhexidine acetate can kill most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria,
and is also effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The antibacterial effect in vitro
is obviously improved, and the toxicity is low and the use is safe when the traditional
Chinese medicine components are compounded with chlorhexidine acetate. Its main
application mechanism is to destroy the plasma membrane of pathogenic
microorganism cell wall, and quickly kill Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative
bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi and viruses.
The composition for moisturizing and relieving itching containing the above raw
materials can fully exert the efficacy of each component, and can also act
synergistically after compounding, so that the compounded composition has more
excellent moisturizing, antibacterial and antipruritic effects.
In one embodiment, the composition for moisturizing and relieving itching
comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5-20 parts of pomelo peel extract, 0.1-5 parts of tea tree essential oil, 0.1-5 parts
of Sophora flavescens, 0.1-5 parts of thymol, 0.1-5 parts of snakeskin, 0.1-5 parts of
cortex dictamni, 0.1-5 parts of cortex phellodendri and 0.5-5 parts of chlorhexidine
acetate.
In one embodiment, the composition for moisturizing and relieving itching
comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8-15 parts of pomelo peel extract, 0.1-1 part of tea tree essential oil, 0.1-1 part of
Sophora flavescens, 0.1-1 part of thymol, 0.1-1 part of snakeskin, 0.1-1 part of cortex
dictamni, 0.1-1 part of cortex phellodendri and 1-5 parts of chlorhexidine acetate.
In one embodiment, the preparation method of the pomelo peel extract comprises
the following steps:
Grinding dried pomelo peel, placing in 40%-80% ethanol according to the
weight ratio of 1:(3-8), and performing ultrasonic extraction for 1-3 times, each time
for 0.5-2h at the temperature of 40-80 °C to obtain an extracting solution;
Filtering and concentrating the extracting solution to 20-30 B6 to obtain pomelo
peel extract;
The invention also provides an application of the composition in preparing daily
chemical products or medicines with effects of moistening and relieving itching.
The invention also provides a cream which comprises the composition for
moisturizing and relieving itching.
In one embodiment, the cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by
weight:
10-30 parts of the composition for moisturizing and relieving itching, 5-15 parts
of urotoxin, 20-30 parts of vitamin E, 15-25 parts of menthol, 0.5-2 parts of
methylparaben, 0.5-2 parts of propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, 60-90 parts of glycerol, 40
parts of mineral oil, 20 to 30 parts of propylene glycol, 20 to 30 parts of
polydimethylsiloxane, 40 to 60 parts of cetearyl alcohol and 600 to 800 parts of water.
Among them, allantoin is Allantoin, which can increase and promote the
hydration ability of the binding matrix, and also act on the horny egg white, so as to
increase its ability to bind water and make the skin smooth, moist and flexible. The
urea part of allantoin also has antifungal and antibacterial effects.
Menthol, as a transdermal absorption promoter of traditional Chinese medicine
components, has the advantages of quick response, good effect and less adverse
reactions.
The above cream has obvious curative effect on skin redness and itching after
mosquito bites. It has a good repair effect on the symptoms such as dry skin and
sunburn after burning in the hot sun.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the cream, which comprises
the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight parts;
Step 2) adding the mineral oil, cetearyl alcohol and polydimethylsiloxane into an
oil phase pot, heating to 85-95 °C, stirring and keeping the temperature to obtain an
oil phase;
Step 3) adding the hydroxyphenyl methyl ester, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and
glycerol into a water phase pot, and keeping the temperature at 90-95 °C to obtain a
water phase;
14) adding the pomelo peel extract, tea tree essential oil, sophorae flavescens,
thymol, cnidium fruit, cortex dictamni and cortex phellodendri into propylene glycol,
and keeping the temperature below 70 °C to obtain a component A;
5) mixing and melting allantoin, vitamin e, menthol and chlorhexidine acetate to
obtain a component B;
6) mixing and stirring the water phase, the oil phase, the component A and the
component B to obtain the product.
In one embodiment, in step 2), the stirring rate is 400-600rpm.
In one embodiment, in step 6), the technological parameters of mixing and
stirring are as follows: adding oil phase into a preparation pot, stirring, adding water
phase, vacuum emulsifying, cooling to 60-80°C, adding component A, cooling to 60
°C, adding component B, and cooling to 40-45C to obtain the product.
Compared with the existing scheme, the invention has the following beneficial
effects:
In the composition for moisturizing and relieving itching, the pomelo peel extract
has antioxidant, cholesterol-lowering and bacteriostatic activities, and the effective
components in the pomelo peel extract have better bacteriostatic effects on various
microorganisms such as Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, molds and yeasts, and are
compounded with tea tree essential oil, Sophora flavescens and thymol, which have
obvious bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and analgesic effects. The above
mentioned traditional Chinese medicine components can be used in combination with
chlorhexidine acetate, which can significantly improve the antibacterial effect in vitro.
Furthermore, the pomelo peel extract with 20-30 B6 has moderate content of effective
substances, which is more beneficial to exert the effects of moistening and relieving
itching of the composition after being mixed with tea tree essential oil, Sophora
flavescens and thymol in a specific proportion.
The cream prepared from the above composition is applied to skin as a daily
chemical product, which has the functions of bacteriostasis, nourishing and repairing,
and has obvious curative effect on skin redness, itching and other symptoms after
mosquito bites; It has a good repair effect on skin dryness and sunburn after burning
in the hot sun. At the same time, the cream can also be used as a medicine for treating
dermatitis, eczema, podophyllosis, etc., relieving skin discomfort and other symptoms
without side effects.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a preparation method of cream in one embodiment of the
present invention.

becomes paste, stop stirring and discharge, and put it in a clean container.
The preparation method of the pomelo peel extract comprises the following steps:
Step 1) Dry the fresh pomelo peel in the sun or use an oven to evaporate the
water.
Step 2) take 500g of dried pomelo peel with normal color and no enzyme rot, add
it to 3kg of 60% ethanol, and extract it with ultrasonic wave for 1h at 60°C to obtain a
first extract, then add 2.5kg of 60% ethanol into the ultrasonic wave extraction tank,
carry out secondary leaching, and extract it with ultrasonic wave at 60°C for 1h to
obtain a second extract; mixing the first extracting solution and the second extracting
solution to obtain an extracting solution.
Step 3) cooling the extracting solution to room temperature, allowing impurities
to settle naturally, filtering with a 40-mesh filter screen, adding the extracting solution
into a vacuum concentrator, and concentrating to 28 B6 to obtain the pomelo peel
extract.
