Abstract
The present invention relates to an intelligent modular apartment comprises a frame with a
multi-layer structure. Each layer is provided with a stacking area that can accommodate a
number of apartment units. The stacking area includes a plurality of sliding rails. A plurality
of the apartment units can be movably placed on every two adjacent sliding rails, and each
apartment unit is detachably fixed to the frame by a fixing mechanism. The invention can
greatly reduce the moving costs and troubles of people who shift in two places or need to move,
and improve the land utilization rate and occupancy rate of popular residential areas, thereby
enhancing people's good life experience and a virtuous circle of real estate.

Intelligent Modular Apartment
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to an intelligent
modular apartment.
At present, one of the main reasons for the high commodity housing prices in China is the
scarcity of commercial housing land, and the shortage of commercial housing. In
particular, some people often shift between two places, so they often buy or rent houses
in these two areas, which leads to the increase of housing vacancy rate and the decrease
of house occupancy rate, which further worsens the contradiction between supply and
demand of commercial housing.
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an intelligent modular apartment,
which can be demolished at ease and moved to various places to be reassembled, so as to
realize the mobile residence and is helpful for alleviating the contradiction between
supply and demand of commercial houses, and reducing house cost, thereby improving
people's quality of life and reducing living costs.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following
technical scheme.
An intelligent modular apartment, characterized by comprising a frame with a multi-layer
structure; each layer is provided with a stacking area that can accommodate a number of
apartment units; the stacking area includes a plurality of sliding rails; a plurality of the apartment units can be movably placed on every two adjacent sliding rails, and each apartment unit is detachably fixed to the frame by a fixing mechanism.
Preferably, the intelligent modular apartment further comprises at least one corridor unit
and at least one elevator unit, the corridor units and the elevator units are fixed to the
frame, and the corridor units are connected to the apartment unit and the elevator units
closest to the apartment units.
Preferably, the apartment unit is a container structure, and its width is adapted to the
distance between two adjacent sliding rails, and its length can be adjusted according to
the number of rooms.
Preferably, the intelligent modular apartment further comprises a number of water and
power supply interface units, the water and power supply interface units are connected to
the apartment units and supply water and power to each apartment unit, and discharge
domestic sewage.
Preferably, the water and power supply interface units include a water supply interface, a
drainage interface, a power supply interface, and a network interface, which are
respectively connected to the water supply pipe, the drainage pipe, and the trunk line and
the network backbone in the apartment.
Preferably, the water and power supply interface units are fixedly arranged at a fixed
position on each layer of the frame.
Preferably, the intelligent modular apartment comprises a water and power control unit,
the water and power control unit is arranged at the bottom of the frame, and is used to
control the switch of plumbing system and circuit of each water and power supply
interface unit.
Preferably, each apartment unit is provided with slide-proof structure for preventing
sliding of furniture and home appliances.
Preferably, the apartment units are divided into a plurality of types, and each apartment
unit has the same width of 40 feet and different lengths of 20 feet, 40 feet, 60 feet and 80
feet respectively.
Preferably, the frame is a steel structure or a cement masonry structure.
According to the invention, the framework is designed as multi-layer structure, and
apartment units are placed in the stacking area of each layer, so that a plurality of
apartment units can be detachably assembled, and can be conveniently disassembled and
moved to other places for re-assembly, thereby greatly reducing the demand of people
who shift between two places or need to move, relieving the contradiction between
housing supply and demand, and being beneficial to improving the occupancy rate of
commercial houses and reducing the living cost of people.
Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of an intelligent modular
apartment in an embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 2 is an enlarged structural schematic diagram of part a in figure 1.
Figure 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apartment unit in an embodiment of the
present invention.
The realization of purpose, functional features and advantages of the present invention
will be further explained with reference to the attached figures in combination with
embodiments.
Hereinafter, the technical scheme of the present invention will be described in detail with
reference to the figures and specific embodiments, so as to understand the essence of the
invention more clearly and intuitively.
With reference to Figure 1 to Figure 2, the invention proposes the intelligent modular
apartment 100 comprising frame with a multi-layer structure; each layer is provided with
a stacking area 11 that can accommodate a number of apartment units 20; the stacking
area 11 includes a plurality of sliding rails 12; a plurality of the apartment units 20 can be
movably placed on every two adjacent sliding rails 12, and each apartment unit is
detachably fixed to the frame by a fixing mechanism 10.
As shown in Figure 3, the apartment units 20 adopt a container-type structure with
habitable space inside, and furniture and electrical appliances can be decorated and
arranged as required. The apartment units 20 have a fixed width. The width is well
matched with the distance between the two sliding rails 12 supporting the apartment units
, and allows apartment units can move freely between the two sliding rails 12. The
length of the apartment units 20 are set according to the number of rooms in habitable
space. For example, the apartment units 20 purchased by owners are one-room apartment,
and the apartment units 20 have a standard length. If the owners purchase two-room
apartment, the apartment units 20 have two standard lengths. If it is three-room
apartment, the apartment units 20 have three standard length. If owners purchase four
room apartment, the apartment units 20 have four standard length and so on. In this
embodiment, the width of the apartment units 20 can be set to 40 feet. One standard
length is 20 feet; two standard lengths are 40 feet, three standard lengths s are 60 feet, and four standard lengths are 800 feet. Thus, the apartment units 20 of one-room type is 800 square feet; two-room type is 1600 square feet; three-room type is 2400 square feet, and four- room type is 3200 square feet.
With reference to Figure 2, the intelligent modular apartment 100 further comprises at
least one corridor unit 40 and at least one elevator unit 50. The corridor units 40 and the
elevator units 50 are fixed to the frame 10, and the corridor units 40 are connected to the
apartment units 20 and the elevator units 50 closest to the apartment units 20. Residents
can take the elevator and be on feet to get home through the corridor units 40.
It can be understandable that in order to realize a more convenient one-staircase multi
family or one-family multi-staircase structure, in other embodiments, the corridor units
and the elevator units 50 can be thoroughly connected, and the residents can take the
elevator through the corridor units 40 connecting with indoors to any elevator units 50 on
the same layer.
In addition, the intelligent modular apartment further comprises a number of water and
power supply interface units 60. The water and power supply interface units 60 further
include a water supply interface, a drainage interface, a power interface, and a network
interface, which are respectively connected to the water supply pipe, the drainage pipe,
and the trunk line and the network backbone in the apartment and supply water and
power for each apartment unit and discharge domestic sewage.
In order to facilitate centralized management of water and power, the water and power
supply interface units 60 can be fixedly arranged at a fixed position on each layer of the
frame 10. When the apartment units 20 are placed in the stacking area 11, the apartment units 20 can be moved to the vicinity of the water and power supply interface units 60, and water and power can be connected to the house.
In this embodiment, a control unit 70 for water and power may also be provided at a
certain position (e.g., security room, control room, etc.) at the bottom of the frame 10, so
as to centrally control the on-off of the plumbing system and circuit of each water and
power supply interface unit 60. In this way, after the owners purchase the apartment units
and the purchased apartment units are placed in the stacking area 11, the property
management personnel can switch on the corresponding plumbing system and circuit
when water and power circuit interface units 60 are connected after owners' installation
and decoration of plumbing system and electricity circuit. Before the owners remove the
apartment units 20, the property management personnel can also switch off the
corresponding plumbing system and circuits.
In the construction planning of the intelligent modular apartment 100 of this embodiment,
the frame 10 needs to be built first, and the frame 10 can be made of steel structure or
reinforced concrete. After the frame 10 is built, modules such as corridor units 40,
elevator units 50, and water and power supply interface units 60 can be installed. Finally,
the apartment units 20 are hoisted to each layer of sliding rail 12 by heavy machinery
such as gantry crane, and then pushed into the predetermined position. When the
apartment units 20 reach the predetermined position, it can be locked by using the fixing
mechanism 30, thus completing the final construction of the intelligent modular
apartment 100.
In addition, each apartment unit is provided with a slide-proof structure for preventing
furniture and household appliances from sliding, including sofas, beds, chairs, cabinets, coffee tables, etc. At the same time, household appliances are fixed on walls or partition plates, thus preventing the furniture and household appliances from sliding when the apartment units 20 are moved. In this way, when the owners move, the only need to do is to hoist apartment units 20. That means both furniture and household appliances can be moved simultaneously together with apartment units and don't need packaging. After moving into the new places, owners can realize bag check, which saves a lot of time for placing furniture and installing household appliances, and obviously reduces the labor intensity during movement, with great convenience and speediness.
To sum up, the invention adopts the scheme that the frame is designed as a multi-layer
structure and the apartment units are placed in the stacking area of each layer, so as to
realize the detachable assembly of a plurality of apartment units. Meanwhile, apartment
units can be disassembled at will and transported to other places for re-assembly, thus
greatly reducing the purchase demand of people who shift between two places or need to
move, alleviating the contradiction between housing supply and demand, and being
beneficial to improving the occupancy rate of commercial houses and reducing the living
cost of people. At the same time, for some popular places, such as the city center or near
scenic spots, this mobile apartment can also make more people enjoy the right to live in
popular places, so as to make the best use of the land and the house.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which does not limit

1. An intelligent modular apartment, characterized by comprising a frame with a multi
layer structure; each layer is provided with a stacking area that can accommodate a
number of apartment units; the stacking area includes a plurality of sliding rails; a
plurality of the apartment units can be movably placed on every two adjacent sliding
rails, and each apartment unit is detachably fixed to the frame by a fixing mechanism.
2. The intelligent modular apartment of claim 1, further comprising at least one corridor
unit and at least one elevator unit, the corridor units and the elevator units are fixed to the
frame, and the corridor units are connected to the apartment units and the elevator units
closest to the apartment units.
3. The intelligent modular apartment according to claim 2, characterized in that: the
apartment units are a container structure, and its width is adapted to the distance between
two adjacent sliding rails, and its length can be adjusted according to the number of
rooms.
4. The intelligent modular apartment according to claim 2, further comprising a number
of water and power supply interface units, the water and power supply interface units are
connected to the apartment units and supply water and power to each apartment unit, and
