Abstract
The present application relates to the field of research and development of nutritional
5 supplements, in particular relates to a composition of NADH for relieving alcohol and protecting
liver and an application of the composition of NADH. The present application provides a
composition of NADH for relieving alcohol and protecting liver ,and the main components
comprise NADH, curcumin and silybum marianum. NADH can increase the level of NAD+ in
the body and accelerate the catabolism of acetaldehyde. Curcumin can stimulate the liver to
0 produce more acetaldehyde deoxygenase, so as to improve the metabolic ability of the liver to
alcohol. Silybum marianum contains a large amount of silymarin and flavonoids, which can
protect the enzyme system of liver cells and prevent liver damage. By the synergistic effect of
the three components, the present application provides a comprehensive anti-alcohol and liver
protection composition for multiple links, which can effectively anti-alcohol and protect the liver
5 with remarkable effects.
Description
The present application relates to the field of research and development of nutritional supplements, and in particular relates to a composition of NADH for relieving alcohol and protecting liver and an application of the composition of NADH.
Traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that a small amount of alcohol can prevent diseases and be beneficial for health, but long-term, excessive drinking or drinking of poor-quality wine can damage the human body and cause a variety of complex diseases. The toxicity of alcohol can affect the organs of the whole body, especially the most harmful for the liver. How to reduce and eliminate the toxic and side effects of alcohol, prevent and treat alcohol-related diseases is a hot issue in today's society.
At present, the relieve alcohol products on the market mainly speed up the metabolism of alcohol by increasing alcohol dehydrogenase, or use drugs to improve liver and kidney function to relieve the damage of the liver caused by alcohol and repair damaged liver cells. Some products even add diuretics, agonists and other components, these substances are drugs that have side effects and may increase the potential harm to the body while relieving alcohol and resisting drunkenness.
The purposes of the present application are to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, and provide a composition of NADH for relieving alcohol and protecting liver and an application of the composition of NADH.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides the following technical solutions.
A composition of NADH for relieving alcohol and protecting liver, the composition comprises NADH, curcumin and silybum marianum.
Further, the composition of NADH comprises 5 to 80 parts by weight of NADH, 5 to 15 parts by weight of curcumin, and 8 to 40 parts by weight of silybum marianum.
Preferably, the composition of NADH comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of NADH, 8 to 12 parts by weight of curcumin, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of silybum marianum.
Further, the composition of NADH further comprises one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of mannitol, erythritol, microcrystalline cellulose, extract of artichoke, extract of pueraria, extract of hovenia dulcis, extract of schisandra chinensis, extract of oyster, taurine, calcium pantothenate, L-cysteine, vitamin B6, vitamin C, zinc gluconate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium vitamin C, xylitol, sorbitan fatty acid ester, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, pregelatinized starch, silicon dioxide, lactose, stomach soluble coating agent and enteric coating agent.
An application of any one of the above-mentioned compositions of NADH in anti-alcohol and liver protection.
Further, the composition can be made into any one of tablets, capsules, soft capsules, granules, pills, powders, films, drop pills, solid dispersions, pellets and liposomes.
The beneficial effects of the present application are as follows.
(1) NADH is used for relieving alcohol for the first time. In order to make acetaldehyde rapidly catabolize and metabolize, one of the important processes is to increase the level of NAD+ in the body. By supplementing NADH, it can increase the level of NAD+, so that reducing harmful free radicals, accelerating alcohol metabolism, relieving alcohol and protecting liver.
(2) Curcumin is a kind of natural liver antidote. After taking it, it will stimulate the liver to produce more acetaldehyde deoxygenase to accelerate the decomposition of acetaldehyde and improve the metabolic ability of the liver to alcohol. The silybum marianum contains a large amount of silymarin and flavonoids, which can stabilize the liver cell membrane, protect the enzyme system of the liver cell, remove the active oxygen free radicals of the liver cell, thereby improve the alexipharmic ability of liver and prevent liver damage.
(3) The synergistic effect of each substance of the components of the present application has significant effects on improving the oxygen supply of cells, accelerating the ability of the liver to relieve alcohol, and alleviating the symptoms after drinking.
For more clearly understand the purposes, technical solutions, and advantages of the present application by those ordinary skilled people in the art, the present application will be further illustrated by the following embodiments.
Example 1
Firstly, NADH was passed through a 60 to 80 mesh sieve. The curcumin and silybum marianum were dried, and then passed through a 60-80 mesh sieve, respectively. The sieved NADH, curcumin and silybum marianum were put into a blender at 10:10:40 parts by weight for mixing, then stirred at 20r/min for 20 min, and a first product was obtained.
Appropriate amounts of mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium bicarbonate, sodium vitamin C, and magnesium stearate were passed through a 60-80 mesh sieve, respectively, and then put into the blender to mix with the first product. The resulting mixture was stirred at 20r/min for 40 minutes, after that the mixture was tableted compressing and composition 1 was obtained.
Example 2
The dried NADH, curcumin and silybum marianum were smashed respectively, and then passed through a 80-120 mesh sieve. The sieved NADH, curcumin and silybum marianum were mixed at 45:5:10 by weight, and a first product was obtained.
An appropriate amount of beeswax was took and heated to melt, then added the first product and stirred evenly, then added an appropriate amount of linseed oil at 6080°C. The resulting mixture was stirred evenly and kept at 40°C, the second product was obtained.
The gelatin, glycerin and water were added into a sol pot, heated to 80~100°C until melt, then the titanium dioxide, food coloring, and so on were added, and mixed evenly to make soft
capsules, and the soft capsules were kept at 60±2°C.
The second product and the soft capsules were pelleted, and a composition 2 was obtained.
Experimental examples
Alcoholic liver disease is a progressive development of disease. For excessive drinkers, ethanol will undergo a large amount of dehydrogenation under the catalysis of alcohol dehydrogenase in the body, and oxidize to acetaldehyde, which makes the tricarboxylic acid cycle disorder and fatty acid oxidation weaken, so that affects fat metabolism. Ethanol can cause Alpha-phosphate glycerol increases and promote the synthesis of triglycerides, thereby causing fat to be deposited in liver cells.
A total of forty Kunming mice weighing 20-25g SPF grade, half male and half female, were purchased from Zhejiang Animal Experimental Center. Anhydrous ethanol was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd., alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) kits were purchased from Changchun Huili Technology Co., Ltd., and triglyceride (TG) detection kits were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Institute of Biological Engineering.
Forty mice were randomly divided into a normal group, a model group, an example composition 1 group, and an example composition 2 group, and a total of 4 groups, each with 10 mice. The normal group and the model group were fed normally, and the example groups were fed with the composition of corresponding example at 100mg/kg daily. After continuous feeding for 5 days, the mice in the model group and the example groups were given intragastric treatment with 50% ethanol diluted with distilled water at 16 mL/kg body weight, and the mice in the normal group was given the same dose of normal saline. After 24 hours of intragastric treatment, chloral hydrate with 10% mass fraction was injected intraperitoneally at 30mg/kg body weight, the blood vessels were exposed through a median abdominal incision, and the blood was collected from the abdominal aorta to separate the serum, and liver perfusion was performed to remove the liver tissue. AST, ALT and TG were detected according to the test method of the kit instructions, and the results were shown in the table below. Compared with the model group and the normal group, liver function damage effects were significantly reduced in the mice fed with the composition of the examples.

The above are only the preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. All technical solutions under the idea of the present application belong to the protection scope of the present application. It should be pointed out that for those ordinary skilled people in the art, several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (6)
1. A composition of NADH for relieving alcohol and protecting liver, wherein the composition comprises NADH, curcumin and silybum marianum.
2. The composition of NADH according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises 5 to 80 parts by weight of NADH, 5 to 15 parts by weight of curcumin, and 8 to 40 parts by weight of silybum marianum.
3. The composition of NADH according to claim 2, wherein the composition comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of NADH, 8 to 12 parts by weight of curcumin, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of silybum marianum.
4. The composition of NADH according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the composition further comprises one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of mannitol, erythritol, microcrystalline cellulose, extract of artichoke, extract of pueraria, extract of hovenia dulcis, extract of schisandra chinensis, extract of oyster, taurine, calcium pantothenate, L-cysteine, vitamin B6, vitamin C, zinc gluconate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium vitamin C, xylitol, sorbitan fatty acid ester, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, pregelatinized starch, silicon dioxide, lactose, stomach soluble coating agent and enteric coating agent.
5. An application of the composition of NADH according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in anti alcohol and liver protection.
6. The application according to claim 5, wherein the composition can be made into any of tablets, capsules, soft capsules, granules, pills, powders, films, drop pills, solid dispersions, pellets and liposomes.
