Abstract
This present investigation involves the biofertilisers enriched nitrogen (N), phosphate (P),
potassium (K) with the Calcium and trace minerals obtained the waste from the poultry and
animal husbandry industries. This formulated biospectrum based compost required to
enhance the seed germination, plant height, root length and yield of commercial crops such
as sunflower, wheat, paddy, groundnut, and leguminous plants. This compost is chemical
free and eco-friendly for sustainable agricultural applications that are rich in carbon
nitrogen ratio of soil. This preparation also known to increase porosity and water holding
capacity of the soil to increase the plant yield. The formulated biospectrum based compost
can be used for soil reclamation and increase the crop yield of crops.

Relates to process and formulation of agricultural/plant growth promoting microbial based material with macro and micronutrients with the trace minerals containing microbial consortium-based compost. The disclosure also relates to the methods of plant growth promotion, increased nutrient in variety of soil, improving the soil quality, plant protection and ecofriendly natural fertilizers for reducing the applications of chemical fertilizers and increase the crop yield. Thus, greatly benefit environment by using the naturally derived standardized microbial based product based on liquid and soil products for crops.
Soil fertility and organic matter management for crops, do not allow soil erosion, provide nutrients, protect soil against pH changes, water retaining capacity, reduction in soil compaction, store nutrient in soil, reduce heating of soil, increase soil health, reduce the toxic substances and ecofriendly. Invention related to the ecofriendly and plant growth enhancers formulation of natural wastes of poultry dropping and animal husbandry with the microbial consortium. Massive agriculture leaches out and nutrient depletion in soil and exhausting nutrient reserves has affected the crop yield. This resulted in the usage of chemical fertilisers to crop to accelerate the yield but resulted in poor nutritive quality of the crop. Thus, led to the soil and water contamination of conventional chemicals used in agricultural practices that is devastating the ecosystems to sustainability of life with poor human and animal health. There is need for indirect (soil/plant-based), direct application and reduction of pollutant is important for restoration of ecosystem. Effective solutions to effectively to restore the conventional depleting methods of farming, forestry and water management to sustainable and healthier practices to maintain productive yields and soil health management. Conventional chemical fertilizers used in agriculture has greater contributed to depletion of vital nutrients in food crops, soil acidification and degradation, reliance on toxic pesticides and herbicides, eutrophication of waterways and adverse climate changes. The ecological food web can become seriously compromised, resulting in "dead" rather than "living" soil. Specific impacts of chemical fertilizers include following: 1. Acidity destroys the friability of soil and increases surface compaction 2. Increased impermeability prevents rain water from entering the soil 3. Acidity adversely affects soil pH which in turn impacts beneficial microorganisms. 4. Chemicals harm earthworms, the "great aerators and conditioners of the soil" 5. Chemicals harm beneficial insects like bees and ladybugs 6. Increased plant weakness and diseases through damage to mycorrhizae fungi roots 7. Increased fungal and bacterial diseases through excessive NPK and lack of trace elements 8. Wasteful chemical leaching into ground water and water bodies 9. Agricultural run-off and sprays damage ecological balance and wildlife habitat 10. Instant uptake of water-soluble NPK can overwhelm and "burn" plant foliage 11. Lower nutritional value and less flavour in fruits, vegetables and other crop 12. Adverse impacts on climate, air quality and atmosphere

Vermicast, worm castings contain worm humus or worm manure, after decomposition of organic wastes by the earthworm and its associated natural microbiome. These types of the fertilizers are reported to reduce the contaminants and increase the soil fertility through decomposition and soil conditioning. Mixing the PGPRs with vermicast and poultry dropping and finely grounded egg shells seems to enhance the aeration, water holding capacity and controlled release of nutrient during decomposition by PGPRs. Hence, the these biospectrum based NPK and trace elements enriched compost for plants. By mixing vermicast with powdered form of poultry waste and egg shells with commercially available suitable microbes that has enzymes will create a premium top dressing/ landscaping product. Hence, there is a direct positive impact on the soil health, plant growth, economical, eco-friendly and cost-effective. Liquid formulation is suitable for greenhouses, hydroponics, vertical gardens, foliar spray and other liquid agricultural and agro-forestry applications. The liquid formulation can be impregnated as granule form that could be innovative modification similar to urea application in the field. Any natural based food grade materials that include alignate, biodegradable polymers, molasses, natural gums and wax can be used for granule formulation. These granules do contain the PGPRs mentioned and they can be used for the seed coating as well as direct applications. Microbial inoculations include following Azospirillum brasilense - free-living Nitrogen fixer, converts atmospheric N, produces growth promoting substances like indole acetic acid and gibberellins Bacillus varieties - N fixer, nutrient cycling, decomposition, enzymes, soil conditioning and structure Pseudomonas - protect plants against pathogenic fungi in root zone The innovation is three-fold relating the novel formulations and manufacturing process with extensive range of usage that transcends the conventional products. Biominerals with multi functional product with a wide range of derivative requiring whole systems thinking and multi-disciplinary synthesis. The product and process accelerate and enhance soil building and other natural processes which provide excellent solutions for agriculture and environment. These product increase plant yields, neutralises the contaminants, protect the ecological food web and replenisj vital nutrients. All the formulations are natural macro and micronutrients, microorganisms, carbon rich and biostimulators to promote nutritional and plant health. They are formulated in solid and liquid forms that makes bioavailable to plants.
