Description

A stable medical liquid enteral nutrition composition and its
preparation method
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention belongs to the technical field of food for special medical purposes
and particularly relates to a stable medical liquid enteral nutrition composition and its
preparation method.
BACKGROUND
Enteral nutrition preparation, combined with drugs or surgical treatment, can
promote the prognosis of diseases and improve the nutritional status of patients.
According to statistics, 60%~70% of the patients need nutrition therapy in China. with
the "acceleration" of China's aging society, China's clinical nutrition field is facing huge
market demand.
Compared with powder products, liquid enteral nutrition preparation can be eaten
directly or fed by tube in clinical application, and it is more convenient to use. However,
as an extremely complex food system, liquid enteral nutrition preparation is prone to
interactions between various nutrients, which increases the loss of vitamin in the
production process. In addition, it also affects the stability of the product, and is prone to
protein precipitation, fat floating and other stratification phenomena, which seriously
limits its clinical application.
SUMMARY
To solve the technical problems of easy loss of vitamins and poor product stability
in liquid enteral nutrition preparation, the invention provides a medical liquid enteral
nutrition composition and its preparation method.
Specifically, the invention provides a preparation method of a medical liquid enteral
nutrition composition. The raw materials of the medical liquid enteral nutrition
composition include protein, fat, emulsifier, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, vitamins,
minerals and stabilizers. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) Preparation of fat emulsion
(1) Weighing protein and water-soluble emulsifier according to the proportion,
adding into pure water at 40-60°C, and stirring until completely dissolved to obtain a
protein phase;
(2) Weighing fat and oil-soluble emulsifier according to the proportion, and stirring
at 40-80°C until being evenly mixed to obtain an oil phase;
(3) Adding the oil phase obtained in step (2) to the protein phase obtained in step
(1), shearing and stirring; Homogenizing the obtained feed liquid to obtain fat emulsion;
2) Weighing carbohydrate, dietary fiber and stabilize according to the proportion,
adding the carbohydrate, dietary fiber and stabilizer into pure water at 40-60°C, and
stirring until completely dissolved to obtain liquid A;
3) Adding the liquid A into the fat emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain liquid
B;
4) Weighing mineral premix I according to the proportion, adding into pure water at
-60°C, stirring to completely dissolve, adding into the liquid B, and mixing evenly to
obtain liquid C;
The mineral premix I contains copper, magnesium, iron and zinc, and the dosage of
each element can be adjusted reasonably according to the needs;
5) Weighing mineral premix II according to the proportion, adding it into pure water
at 40-60°C, stirring to completely dissolve, adding it into the liquid C at a flow rate not
higher than 23L/min, and mixing evenly to obtain liquid D;
The mineral premix II contains sodium, potassium, manganese, calcium,
phosphorus, chlorine and selenium, and the dosage of each element can be adjusted
reasonably according to the needs;
6) Weighing the vitamin premix according to the proportion, adding the into pure
water at 25~40°C, stirring and completely dissolving, adding the into the liquid D at a
flow rate not higher than 12 L/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain liquid E;
