Ankle Rehabilitation Device
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to an ankle rehabilitation device, belonging to the technical field of
complementary medical apparatus and instruments.
BACKGROUND
Crebral apoplexy, also known as "stroke", is an acute cerebrovascular disease. With the
increasing aging of the population, the number of newly-added stroke patients is
increasing year by year, and about 85% of them suffer from hemiplegia during the first
stroke. In the early stage of rehabilitation, patients mainly receive rehabilitation training
for large joints of limbs, such as elbow joint, shoulder joint, hip joint, leg joint and so on,
which has a faster recovery effect. However, in the middle and late stage of rehabilitation,
the recovery of limb facet joints, such as ankle joint, is relatively slow, especially if the
lower limb rehabilitation of patients is not complete, the ankle joint cannot be guaranteed
to get effective rehabilitation training.
SUMMARY
In order to solve above-mentioned technical problem, the invention provides an ankle
rehabilitation device, which carries out reciprocating rehabilitation training on an ankle
joint through a cam mechanism. Further, the device is simple in structure, convenient in
operation, safety and easy in adjustment.
To solve the above technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is

other end is hinged at the rear end of the underframe.
The further improvement of the technical scheme lies in that the underframe comprises a
support frame, a cam bushing, a roller guide frame and a foot pedal support frame,
wherein the cam bushing, the roller guide frame and the foot pedal support frame are
sequentially arranged on the support frame. The two ends of the transmission group are
respectively connected with the cam bushing and the roller guide frame, and the foot
pedal support frame is hinged with one end of the foot pedal.
Further, the roller guide frame comprises a roller guide frame support tube and a roller
guide frame guide sleeve. One end of the roller guide frame support tube is provided with
a transverse hole and the other end is provided with a longitudinal hole. One end of the
roller guide frame guide sleeve is arranged on the support frame and the other end is
sleeved in a transverse hole of the roller guide frame support pipe, which can further
move transversely relative to the roller guide frame support pipe. Besides, one end of the
transmission group is sleeved in a longitudinal hole of the roller guide frame support
pipe.
Moreover, the foot pedal support frame comprises a foot pedal support tube and a foot
pedal adjusting sleeve, One end of the foot pedal support tube is arranged on the support
frame, and the other end is provided with a foot pedal adjusting sleeve through a hole.
Further, the foot pedal adjusting sleeve can move up and down relative to the foot pedal
support tube, which is provided with a bolt hole.
Preferably, bolt holes are arranged on the roller guide frame support tube.
As the preferred scheme of the invention, the transmission group comprises a cam group
and a roller group, which is matched with each other. Specifically, the cam group
comprises a cam and a camshaft, wherein the cam and the camshaft are in key joint, and
the two ends of the camshaft are arranged in the holes of the cam bushing.
The roller group comprises a roller hinged support and a roller. One end of the roller
hinged support is matched with the roller, and the other end is sleeved in the longitudinal
hole of the roller guide frame support tube and further hinged with the foot pedal.
Preferably, the roller hinged support comprises an upper roller hinged support, a buffer
spring and a lower roller hinged support, wherein one end of the buffer spring is fixedly
connected with the upper roller hinged support, and the other end is fixedly connected
with the lower roller hinged support. Moreover, the other end of the upper roller hinged
support is hinged with the foot pedal, and the other end of the lower roller hinged support
is provided with a roller, which is in rolling fit with the cam.
The further improvement of the technical scheme lies in that the foot pedal comprises a
foot pedal front end and a foot pedal rear end, the distance between which is adjustable.
Specifically, the foot pedal front end comprises a roller group hinged support arranged at
the front end and a foot pedal adjustable sleeve arranged at the bottom. Further, the roller
group hinged support is hinged with the upper roller hinged support. The foot pedal rear
end comprises a foot pedal support frame hinged support arranged at the rear end and a
foot pedal support tube arranged at the bottom. Further, the foot pedal support frame hinged support is hinged with the foot pedal adjusting sleeve. The foot pedal adjustable sleeve is sheathed in the foot pedal support tube and can move left and right relative to the foot pedal support tube.

holes, and straps pass through the strap holes.
Moreover, the foot pedal support tube is provided with bolt holes, and bolts fix the foot
pedal adjustable sleeve and the foot pedal support tube through bolt holes.
Due to the adoption of aforesaid technical scheme, the technical progress achieved by the
invention is as follows.
The ankle rehabilitation device of the invention carries out reciprocating rehabilitation
training on the ankle through the cam mechanism, which has simple structure, convenient
operation, safety and easy adjustment.
The distance between foot pedal front end and rear end can be adjusted, so that the whole
foot pedal length can be adjusted, which is suitable for patients with different foot
lengths. Further, the foot pedal adjusting sleeve can move up and down relative to the
foot pedal support tube, so that the height of foot pedal can be adjusted according to
different height of patients, thereby the device is suitable for patients with different
heights. With adjustable foot pedal in length and height, the provided device is suitable
for different patients to receive rehabilitation training.
The roller hinged support includes a buffer spring, which is arranged between the lower
hinged support and the upper hinged support of the roller to avoid rigid up-and-down
movement of the foot pedal. The buffering effect of the spring can make the cam drive
roller group up and down. And at the same time, the roller group drives the foot pedal to rotate and fluctuate around the hinged support of the foot pedal support frame, so as to make the ankle joint of patients move back and forth and improve the effect of rehabilitation training.
